Doctor is patient and listen to people with patience however the lady in the reception is too rude.
Doctor needs to take some action on this lady which makes pathetic experience to consultation. She behaves as if she owns the hospital.
I would really recommend to replace her.

Doctor is superb and gives the prescriptions in such a way to reduce the fever or any other issues we go for.

Receptionists (both the lady and the guy) are very rude and nasty while speaking to the parents comes to the clinic.

Though it is emergency and patients come to the clinic, these guys argues asking why didn't you take an appointment before coming to clinic.
