Very well mannered doctor and staff good and fast service with very good communication skills

The best diagnostic centre, though the place is full of patients the service is very fast. I am extremely impressed with the level of service I received. Highly recommended.

Female Patients Beware Cameras are fixed where ECG test are done. I had very bad experience with management and Technician girl. All dirty and damage Curtains where ECG test done. In place of curtain Technician put tiered holes bedsheet. Very bad experience. Telangana Ministry Of Health need to take Serious action.

The place is clean and very well maintained. Doctor are professional and very friendly. Every step of the procedure was very well explained to me which made me highly comfortable. Even the staff is superbly trained.

In other hospitals and diagnostic centres there is long waiting for scan followed by report almost 2 hours but in Akros the complete process took only half an hour from my time at reception to scan and receiving the report. The staff is well trained and has good experience.
Thankful to this centre.

Visited for my upper abdomen USG. Very humble and soft spoken staff. A satisfying experience. The staff is also very polite. Well kept hygienically. Keep up the good work.

Receptionist is too rude- despite of having printer right in front of her asking a pregnant lady to get the xerox on her own from half a kilometer away. I should appriciate the illiterate doctors who's kept them there.

The place is pretty normal. Just need a lot of attention from the owners/management, there are many things to complain, some of the most critical ones are the behaviour of the staff towards the patients, they behave as if it’s a govt clinic, very rude / improper customer service, it was just a mando visit suggested by the doctor otherwise the place doesnt seems to be worthy, either maybe because they are having a lot of customers coming through due to which they are least bothered about their names,
Other than that best of luck to the management and whoever is visiting there …

The doctor and staff are cooperative. The doctor is an expert, she detected an anomaly at a very early stage for me. Thank You Doctor.

Very Poor unhygienic place. Must be avoided at all costs. Cramped up without any covid norms being followed. The technicians are inexperienced medical students who treat the patients as their subjects.

PLEASE AVOID COMING HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND HEALTH.

This diagnostic centre has to be closed because the doctor and the staff is very irresponsible of there work.

Such diagnostic centres should be closed by health ministry. As the doctors are not at all Panctual. Making the patients to wait for 3-4 hour's in an emergency.

This is Abdul Mujeeb-ud-Din. There are too many patients and no maintenance. You guys don't waste your time. And no response from doctors and staff. I am not tired of their work.

I call them yesterday for ultra sound scan. Specifically asked do I have to be prepared for scan. The help desk said no. Just walk in. Now when I'm here at the center, the radiologist says drink some water and wait till you pee. I request the management to pls guide the help desk for future convenient.

It's really good place to get scan and for all types off blood test I m very satisfied here.all staff girls are also very friendly nature. Dr Salma Noor madam is best Doctor in my view. Happy patient SF
