The service was pathetic and the staff lacked a information on service rates. I requested for a service and they asked me to wait for 5 minutes as the provider was busy. I waited for 35 mints and still they didn’t get back or arrange for an alternative.
Got a hair wash and blow dry done but the service was so bad that my hair was as normal as it was.
One of the best saloon i have come across.the stylist have so much patience and dealing kids is not an easy part at all.this place is perfect for the kids.
I asked for senior guy for my hair cut. They have suggested one guy and claimed to be a senior guy. But after my haircut and they way he was doing the cut he was a junior guy with less than a month experience. They have been fooling ppl by lies. I would never recommend to anyone. Guys be careful before u get an haircut with this saloon

Pranav is an amazing stylist. From the time I came back from US, I have been searching for a good stylist. I met Pranav in ab event, he was private stylist in that event. I then went to Alexander Filmnagar and got - cut, colour, highlights, beard trim, beard color.
Pranav did amazing job in finding a balance between what I want and what suits me. Instead of just blindly doing what I asked he tried to give his inputs in a respectful way.
Overall Pranav is very professional, friendly, skilled.
Hi I am shankar, we had visited this saloon thrice now for my 4 yr son Reyan who loves this place. Everytime we go we make sure to ask for Rajashekhar who is excellent with his work, very patient guy, friendly, knows what he is doing, knows how to manage kids during hair cut and above all takes care of COVID safety thing as well, sanitises the chair n other stuffs and wears his mask through out the hair cut. He is very good with his work, we would like to thank him for his service and excellent work. Keep up the good work buddy

Rs 700 for a normal hair cut, which was also not done well! Despite seeking professional service, my friends asked if I gave a shot for hair cutting, which messed up kids styling!

Have been a regular customer since years but the last time I am completely unhappy with the service. A lot many reasons lead to this very poor service. Strongly avoid. I am sure you will get a better service in any other salon because the service here is down drastically.
You are not justifying the place if you’re not giving five rating to it. Great service and on time appointments are taken No delays. Staff is very friendly and understanding they styled my child the way I wanted. Car parking is easily available.
They have new guys for kids haircut and their work is poor. The guys at the billing counter at first refused an appointment on the phone citing full bookings, but when we reached there, the place was empty and were immediately attended to. For billing, there was another issue when they were forcing us to pay more than that mentioned on the rate card and when we insisted to see the rate card, about 3-4 people got around trying trying to harrass my wife. We finally paid as per the rate card but were not given any bill. The overall experience does not even deserve one star
Alexander Salon has been in Hyderabad for long now and are well known for their service. I've been going to Vijay for my hair cuts and styling since a decade. He's one of the best in Hyderabad. The staff are also very friendly.
My son has a hard time with haircuts. I scheduled an appointment here thinking that I might as well try this place. I would highly recommend it for children who don't like haircuts. Bunty was extremely patient with him. Since my son doesn't like the machine, he only used scissors. Also, he had rounded scissors for his haircut because he tends to move a lot. Something that I haven't seen with other salons. Thank you so much for making it a bearable experience for my son. Highly recommendt.

I came here for a haircut with my friend. The one who performed his haircut, Venkatesh did a horrible job on his hair. All the hair that he had grown had gone waste. He literally ruined his hair. All the time, energy and work that he put on to grow his hair and get a proper haircut has gone to vain due to the person who did his haircut. And yes, having a salon in such an area and taking so much money from the customer makes no sense when the customer is dissatisfied and there is no proper review system to file a complaint. Totally hated the haircut and the experience.
I go here for my daughter's haircut. The place is very kid friendly. And the staff are very friendly. My daughter always cries when she gets her haircut. But the staff show patience and care in handling the kids. A bit expensive.
The barbers here understand what you are looking for and their results are good. I also like this place as at one shot I get a complete family solution - for myself, my wife and my kid daughter
I had an ok.ok.type experience but had and went with more expectations after reviews and disappointed with the real feel of it. Even the service was not up to the mark for what they are charging.
My DD got her first happy cut done here and she had an amazing experience! The staff are extremely well trained to handle toddlers who are terrified of hair cuts. They actually move and attune themselves according to the toddler's movements and moods. There is even a tiny playground and birds to keep the kids entertained while they await their turns.lovely place!
My kid is so fuzzy for haircut but she like this salon its first time my kid didn't cryed for her hair cut and the staff is so friendly to kids they feel comfortable with them
The guy acts as if he understood what I said. But did what he knew... Absolutely no ta lent to judge what hairstyle suits a person. The road side barbers are far well talented and focussed... Young guys with dress code and English. And cool atmosphere doesn't make a good hairdo... Talent is not there... Bad experience... Wen i complained its not what I said... The guy became irritated. Saying I did what you asked for... No talent boss... Absolutely no talent...
Had been here and wanted to try once after hearing so good abt this place. And I felt it's just asusual saloon where I usually been to Jawed Habibs, Leonar grey Studio and Keras touch in my locality. But here I felt its too costly compared to other major saloons. May be its bcz of the location.
