This was my second review earlier it was positive review as I was a very happy customer but now they went down they use out dated products for keratin I had very bad experience please don't go for hair treatments or else you lose ur hair Old staff went off No customer gesture Strongly not recommended
I called and visited the Saloon today 11 June 2023 the receptionist told me to wait which I did for more than 20min later to my surprise all employees went on lunch for 30 minutes which is unprofessional.

Charged extra for hair wash which was included in cutting without letting me know I have asked for the bill they told that it will be through SMS and did not get the bill even after calling next day.very unethical behavior and service despite being a member in salon

Average staff and less disciplined, they just work for the sake of working, no professionalism and charges more for a fresh face. Pricing is not standard. Very disappointed.
I am a a regular customer at alexander and I have membership too. But i am particularly disappointed with service today by Krishna, I went for basic beard shaping and he messed up completely and left with cuts and bruises, i ended up doing clean shave. I hope management takes action to ensure the customer experience is not hampered.

Went here to get hair cut for my 1 year kid. There are seperate zones for kids and women. Staff is professional and helpful. They offer wide range of services for men and women at better prices when compared to naturals, green trends. During my visit, there is an offer of 50% going on. Will definitely recommend this for good hair services.
They spoiled my 4 year daughter's hair.the lady didn't even know holding scissor properly.don't waste time here. I had to get it done to another parlour. Never going back again.
Small kid of 3 years doing a Bald means triming they charged 150 rupees. It's not proper charge I think because they're is no logic because it's not hair cut it's just through Trimmer doing a entire head clean. For that 150
Strictly okay. Staff is loud and so much talkative with each other. Cleanliness also needs some attention. House flies are flying on my face covered with de-tan pack. That too improperly placed.
They literally destroyed my hairstyle. They can't give proper haircut but want us to shell out a moon and fund them! Their startup salons were value based. Thank God I now got a chance to expose such people so that they are alert. After all hair style does matter!
Unprofessional.even after taking appointment, they did not have nail paint remover available. Kept me waiting saying they are getting from stock but after 15 min I had to move to other salon. Also they lady had too long and sharp nails. Not recommended.
Was one of the best salons in the Attapur area. Most of the good staff left the store. Also now the pricing is increased, but the service is not as per the pricing. Separate sections for Men, women and kids available.
A brand franchise with trainees at service.the charges are descent but the services r pathetic, I have no idea about the rest of the branches but ths one is extremely horrendous.
Despicable people. We asked for a haircut they made us wait for an hour and did a nice haircut. The receptionist is so stupid she didnt even mention that we got a professional haircut and charged us extra money. Mainly the receptionist is very very rude when we call them to get a prior appointment. Am stupid enough that i got a membership here and found out all sorts. Dont visit them, their service chart price and the receptionist price doesnt match.
Day by day it's going down. Experienced a worst hair cut.i just showed him one hair style picture and he just done on his own style.really upset don't choose this if u want to do ah stylist hair cut. They only does the normal hair cut...
Update: The earlier issue was sorted and they rectified the bad cut. However, today after I visited them again I faced an issue with regards to the payment. Apparently they increased their prices and I got a bill of RS 410 for a haircut and even-ing of beard. I was even more surprised when they told me that they have a package which includes 4 services (include 2 which I had opted) for just 360. I felt so cheated, yet again. They say it's inclusive of Gst. After a big argument they settled for 310. I still wasn't satisfied with GST reasoning and I went back for a bill with their GST no. To my surprise they didn't have one. It takes 3 days to get a GST no but they have been charging people since 20days now without a number. I was about to reach to the IDT Dept however I happened to talk with owner who in deed seemed very humble and kind over phone. He assured me that he would have a look into this mess. The only reason I gave them 4 star is bcoz of the humbleness of owner or else I would have had reached every Dept against them. I shall wait for a resolution from the owner and updated the same here.

Cheating wid customer Feb 18/02/2018 I came wid my to do facial, hair cut, detan, they charged 2780 for this And I didnt receive alexander receipt in my ph no. After 3/4 days my wife said nothing is improvement in my face. Pehle toh bhi acha tha abhi facial karane ke baad kuch bhi improve nahi huva. Tab main alexander gaya meru wife ke saath Vaha vo log ha main he kehre ki improvement hai bolke ha main improvement nahi lagra alexander ke counter madam ko lagra improvement hai.kuch bhi coperate aur responce nahi dia main last 1 year se continue alexander jara ha tha abhi Nahi jaraha they are cheating charging high money and no result.
