Great experience getting work done by Sushanth. He is very understanding and has great insights on various aspects of hairdos.

I have used the home service for first time shaving of my 2 month daughter's hair Abhishek has done an excellent job with great patience. They have been very prompt with the service. Would highly recommend this salon especially for parents looking for first time hair cut/head shave for babies. Also a lady handles the bookings she is also very prompt and polite. Thanks a lot Alexander salon and Abhishek.

Nail art service is bad. They charged 2k for extensions but the nails came out in just a week. Bad nail art service.

I had a hair cut few days ago. Had a long hair wanted to trim and shape up. It was horrible. Messed up with my beard too. Very disatisfied.i would never visit again nor i would recommend anyone.
P. S: First time in my life I ever saw guys there fighting for a pair of scissors. Customer had to wait untill the other one has done scissoring for the scissors. Insane.

One of the best places I have ever been to! The best best salon! And Pranav was volunteering from Jubilee Hills branch. He is one of the finest hair stylists I have ever met! Humble when he talks, and excellent when he works his scissors! You’ll feel in the best of the hands if you visit here!

I wanted an inverted bob. One day before the haircut, I spoke to the salon. I asked if their hairdresser had the experience to pull it off. They said yes.
I went to the salon the next day. I asked the hair dresser if he could pull it off. He again said yes.
I had hip length hair. I got a hair cut. What did I get? A plain bob that's too short for a repair. I'll have to wait till it grows back and get a proper hair cut. Very unhappy.

I had a very bad experience. They have a couple of staff who are unexperienced and very young. My hair cut and beard shave experience was pathetic and not done properly.my haircut was uneven and looks very ugly.i had gone there because of the brand, but believe me i felt it is waste of money and a normal saloon outside can do better than this.

Jahnavi did a extreme professional job on my wife's high Bob haircut. Special mention to Pradeep for my head shave and beard shape. 10 on 10 for jahnavi.

I went fir hair styling.wanted to have curls at end.but the result was pathetic. It did not last fir even 1 hr. They took lot of time and still result was not good. The old staff was good but new staff is not Trained well

If you’re looking for some self pampering around Suncity then Alexander Unisex saloon is the place. This place is well maintained, hygienic with all Covid measures. Mr. Uday is very professional with his work and he takes care of his clients very well. He knows what he is doing and provides great suggestions. Now they have added lift facility which makes this place even more accessible to everyone.

It was my first visit to the Salon and the experience was really good. I really appreciate the staffs and the service. I would recommend this Salon to everyone who are looking for a better place to do beauty treatment or hair do.
