Ok so I’ll share my experience here, I got to know about Dr. Jasleen through one of my acquaintance. I belong from Delhi and have recently moved to Hyderabad so I had no idea where I should have taken my dog to. As soon as I got know about her clinic in no second moment I rushed there. There was a que and it got me tensed bcz Simba wasn’t feeling well. The doc noticed us and she sensed the need of urgency to attend my dog by my reaction.

This displayed her level of attention and concern not only towards the patient’s but their families too.

Dr Jasleen is very patient and understanding. I visited her twice for the treatment of 2 of my rescue dogs and though their symptoms were for pointing towards the worst, she explained the possibilities of the case and went through the treatment. I really appreciate her.

Dr. Jasleen and her entire staff is so money minded and incompetent. I regret the day I had to rush my GSD of 5 years to this hospital for an emergency. The doctors’ poor decision making, diagnosis and incompetence killed him. Even in a bloody emergency they focused on billing me first. Had they just operated on him, he’d probably be alive. But no. They had to extract money from us and then make my poor baby suffer to death. I strongly recommend pet owners to just stay away from this hospital and Jasleen. Her degree is probably even fake. Anyone can handle vaccinations and grooming, but to tackle life threatening and serious issues, it takes courage and skill which they all lack.
I wish this country had more animal loving vets.

I brought a stray pup for treatment of parvovirus.
The staffs injected so many expensive medicines and iv fluids twice a day in the 2 month old puppy but his condition only worsened and was on the verge of dying.
At last we took him to another clinic and boom he started his recovery from the next day and is a happy, healthy baby now!

I never found any doctor near my dog. Plus the treatment cost was so high but was all useless.

I’m being totally anonymous here! Because I’m telling my experience here! They’re very unprofessional people! At start we thought Dr jasleen would help our persian kitten who fall sick and then he would say us to take him every so and then very oftenly and charge high fee! To be honest and fair I find it really unprofessional even saying what we thought and we said do some test! He didn’t bother but did what he thought was right and spent almost 5K and almost gave up but after going to govt veterinary way better and lower cost and now my cat is doing way better and I’m very happy that I didn’t spend more money on this people who ask people to give 5 star’s reviews just to get 10% off all of them looks eager to getting their bills paid for my experience if you are middle class and is very low budget don’t go there! And their hygeine was good but sometimes their equipments are down and they call us the next day we loved out cat as our own family so we expected a good high end treatment but nothing solved after paying exorbitant high price better go govt vet at naryanaguda even if its far its way better in my experience! I would spend every single penny for my cat but wasting money on a not professional doctor is not worth the penny

Very unprofessional place. We took our dog for swimming for the first time and the caretaker was standing outside the pool and pulling him with the leash. Our dog is now traumatised with the idea of swimming rather than enjoying it.

I've taken my kitten in a very bad state to the clinic, with well trained staff and immediate action, they've treated my cat the best way.

All vet is one of the finest vet clinic I've visited so far. My cat had medical issue for which I've visited so many clinics but none of them were working. But here it got recovered very fast. Thanks to allvet clinic.

I took my already sick kitten here because he was potentially over treated by another ridiculous animal hospital. He had mild diarrhoea but he was given a bunch of antibiotics for no reason the previous evening and that only worsened his condition so I visited allvet with hope that they’d give my kitten some good treatment and help him out but instead one of their vets gave him another dose of antibiotics and a bunch of expensive medication that only worsened my kitten’s condition. He stopped eating and was passing green stools. When I called the vet to inform him and maybe get a solution, he said that he had no idea why it was happening, just making me even more anxious after I spent 5000/- on all his useless medicines.
Finally, I found a reliable vet who saved my kitten by just giving him something to help with all the damage all this unnecessary medication had caused and brought my kitten back to good health.
Only Dr. Jasleen has some experience with treating pets here the rest of them are just clueless and can’t be trusted. Never going back there.

Its my first time to visit and its a must visit if you are having a pet as they will take utmost care about your pet throughout the whole process and will oviously guide you if you are novice on handling the pet for the 1st time.

The best animal clinic in town. Dr. Jasleen is an amazing and compassionate doctor towards our little four legged family members. Her staff is also very caring and courteous. U don’t need to worry at all. She is the best.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. Dr. Shajji in particular went above and beyond in making sure my cat was well taken care of. He did a thorough examination, handled her with a lot of care and attention gave a detailed vaccination schedule. Worth the money, and I’ll definitely keep visiting. Clinic was also very clean and hygienic and the staff were friendly a joy to be around.

If you have a pet, definitely prefer All Vet and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

It's a good place and doctors are really nice. Just that it's a bit costly at times. But they take a very good care of our pets.and provide permanent solution after complete root cause analysis of the issue.

Clean, organized and well run clinic, and Dr. Jasleen is amazing. We had two dogs spayed here (at a very good discount for street dogs), the surgery and post care was excellent.the staff are also very friendly and good at handling difficult dogs. Superbly recommend this clinic to any dog owner.

Update: more recently, we had a streetie with a tumor and needed chemo injections and we were so worried about her. The doctors and staff at Allvet were absolutely wonderful, handled her so well, clearly diagnosed her and handled her entire treatment so well. The whole e2e process from check-in, to tests, to consultation, treatment, billing- all were super smooth and hassle free.

My cat was suffering from severe dehydration and wasn’t eating anything. Brought it to Allvet and have seen significant improvement after the treatment.
Staff is extremely friendly and know their job well.

Allvet Pet Clinic has been a life saver for me and my cat! They are so good! The first time i visited them they explained to me everything about how to take care of my cat, when to spray her, etc. I got Zoey spayed at their clinic and she recovered in no time. They made sure i sent her wound pictures twice everyday and if i didn't, i would get a reminder. The are literally a phone call away when i need a vet. They take care of my cat like she is there own. Very grateful to all their staff and doctors. You guys do a fabulous job, please continue the same!

Very expensive. I don't know why they have taken consultation fees for vaccination.the vaccine they used is also not of great brand.they have given two vaccines at a time to my dog.its minimum common sense not to give two vaccines at a time.my lil one is vomiting which never happened all these days. I regularly go to another pet clinic where they charge 800 for vaccine and this people are charging 2000 that too for normal brand.just another commercial hospital

Edit- I am B.pharma graduate and a researcher. I deal with n number of medications daily. I know about each and every ingredient mentioned dont u dare to say I have not done my research before blaming.and kindly understand I didnt say vaccinations are bad I said you are using normal vaccination brands that too charging high. If you really care about pets you should have noticed that I said "my lil one is vomiting". Instead of blaming me you would have concentrated more on that.remember if a customer is complaining doesnt mean they are not aware.it simply means they are not satisfied.you need to concentrate more on that instead of blaming and saying we dont research and as far as I know being in science field consultation the word itself means you check the consumer thoroughly, diagnosis and treatment prescribing some medications that's called consultation just checking temperature and checking nails aint called consultation. My pup is vomiting, it cant speak its pain out.it feels so bad that you read about me blaming and didnt notice that my pup is suffering.you dont care about it?

Great experience with Allvet. Got our 6 month old Indie spayed here, post operative period was also good with regular checkups by the team at Allvet. Have to try the swimming pool soon:)

I went there for my turtle. Doc was good, the pet was handeled mostly by their helpers. An exception is they take extra money for registering ur pet in their hospital other than the checkup fees.

Being new to Hyderabad, we never knew which clinic to visit. On recommendation of our previous vet we visited Allvet Clinic, and I am glad we did.
Dr. Jasleen is really good. She was extremely loving to our pet and so was her staff.

I took my baby for hydrotherapy here today and they treated buddy so badly. He just threw him in the pool with no one to support him. Buddy was struggling to keep his head up above the water.

I visited Allvet pet clinic10 days ago. My pet Kittu a 9 year old Indian breed was suffering from chronic nasal congestion for almost 6 weeks and my visits to other Drs did not give any relief. Dr. Jasleen’s treatment with appropriate medicines & nebulisation worked like a magic wand. She & her team are highly professional, caring & committed. I found them reasonably priced and very friendly. They took time to patiently answer all my questions and check my pet thoroughly.
We are traveling soon and are happy we have an option to board him while we're away. Dr Jasleen and her team are really sweet and it shows that they love pets and will take good care of him when we're away.

I have visited the place for pet bath and swimming.

1. They have taken the pet for hardly 5min swimming,
giving an excuse

2. When asked the reception how was billing it in a curious way -" hardly it was a 5 min session why do you wanna charge the entire amount for it? "
Response from the billing person was - "Mam, mostly 90% of all the pets get exhausted in 5-10min sessions only, but you have to pay the whole amount"

My concern here is not about the money of 250/-, it's about the response we have received from her. Then I laughed and politely asked her "when you know all the pets get exhausted in 5-10 min, why do you have unnecessary 30min session"?
Her response was - " I don't know mam"

3. There was a one time registration charge of 150/- charged which I asked the receptionist that, I don't wanna get registered here, can you waive this off, she said I don't know mam and called in the doctor/owner or who so ever it is

4. First interaction with the person who came out with "not a feedback receiving attitude" asked "not in a polite way" - what is the issue?

My response was - I don't know, I just did not like the place or it was not as expected or fun.

Response from the person was - HOW CAN A BATH BE FUN? And was rude.

I did not want to prolong the conversation, so I just stopped saying ok.

She would have received a concrete response or answer from me, if she had genuinely ASKED, the customers concern, instead she QUESTIONED the customers concern which is not an expected feedback receiving attitude.

And I did not ASK for a refund of any amount, I just questioned about why the registration fee when I don't wanna get registered here and when m not gonna visit again, as simple as that!

The expectation about the place was not "fun" or entertainment, it was
1. The hospitality towards pets
2. A positive and feedback receiving attitude from the management
3. Staff/reception people being clearly aware of the services that they are offering

Took my pet here for the first time recently. I had no idea about them before this but I'm so glad I found them. Dr Jasleen and her staff are really sweet and patient. She answered all my questions so nicely and cleared all my doubts. My previous vet told me my pet had to undergo surgery but Dr Jasleen treated my baby with medication and saved him from surgery. I cannot thank her and her team enough for taking such good care of my baby.

There approach towards pets is very good. They listens and clarify all the doubts. No hurry at all while dealing with pets. Staff r very friendly. I recommend this clinic without any doubts.

I don't like them anymore, I asked them if they can treat a street dog injured and like suggest me how we can bring him to the hospital they went we don't provide hone services anymore sorry

One of the best pet Clinics in Hyderabad. The doctors and the staff are so good with the pets and they take care of them with utmost love and care.
They also have a swimming pool where hydrotherapy is being provided for pets.

The doctors are amazing and very caring. Shows that they really love pets. I absolutely disagreed with the negative reviews which say they overcharge or are commercial. Compared to few of the other clinics in Hyderabad, allvet is actually very reasonable and they only give medication when it is absolutely needed.
Not just this, their entire staff is very caring and it shows that they all love animals. I was specially impressed with Renuka and Shravan who took such amazing care of my pet and helped him with the swimming session.
If there was an option of giving more than 5 stars, I would give that too to allvet. This is hands down the best best best clinic in Hyderabad. Maybe even the country.

Our tiny Maltese baby fell ill and it escalated quite quickly. She had blood stools and vomitings throughout the night, and we reached the clinic the moment it opened. We were absolutely terrified, Dr. Mahesh was there, and patiently addressed us. He gave two injections and suggested an xray, syrup and tablets, he said by tomorrow she should be better and as he said she is definitely better, regained her appetite! He has followed up himself and has been very responsive and interactive on whatsapp as well, so thankyou for that! About a year ago i had brought candy to Dr. Jasleen who extracted an infected tooth quickly and candy very quickly recovered. I disagree with anyone who says they try to charge unnecessarily as they themselves advised against certain tests they felt may not be needed. However as candy does tend to have an upset stomach about once or twice a month (and makes gassy sound refusing even her favourite most treats), never this bad though. Im beginning to wonder if there is a food intolerance leading to colitis or gastro issues. Id love if we could find the root cause of such tummy troubles do let me know if you have suggestions for the same. Thanks again!

All pet owners, do your research before going to this place. The bill will be exorbitant and every thing is overpriced. For a blood test and bath for two dogs, they billed me 9600 rs. Seems very unfair right!

Terrible place for multiple reasons. I had visited their place for the swimming pool with 3 of my dogs. The pool is funnily built not keeping dogs in mind. Very slippery tiles dogs and humans slip. Handlers do not know how to handle dogs. Caught them a few times pulling the dogs tail. As there was too much bleach in the pool we had to give them a shower. When asked what is the cost of bathing, I was told 900 per dog after seeing them. However, when I was given the bill they charged me 250 for the pool+ 150 registration+ 1100 for the bath. When questioned, they said the registration is for online records. I am not sure why they need record of recreational swimming and bathing as no consultation, medical check or diagnosis was done. Very bad experience never going back ever.

Wow.the response surprises me more than the experience. That just shows how much you care.
Why should the customer pay for your need to keep records for yourself.

And no information given on call when enquired about registration and was explicitly informed that drying the dog would be 300. I was given incorrect information in the clinic and on phone call.
Allvet thinks questioning about the charges is rude while receiving a non logical answer. I will never visit your hospital again and that is my choice like How you treat your customers is yours.

This is the worst pet care I ever experienced. The staffs don't know how to treat a pet which are the basics. The place is not clean. Dog poop were here n there. Don't get fooled by the pool. It's not well maintained. If u really care for and feel for your pet please don't even try once.

You had explained about the false aquisition n all in the reply.please check your video which u mentioned. The way I reacted that would be very obvious after the way of treating from your staff. I didn't use any foul language or didn't misbehave. The way he dragged my dog from the waiting area n took him to the pool that was not comfortable. N please check the stairs you can find out the cleanliness over there.
I checked the reviews before I go but what I experienced was completely different. May be as a Vet you are really good, but when it comes to the facility n the staff, I didn't find it pet friendly.

My puppy was shedding too much hair since 10 days. When i consulted the doctor he said dogs shed during winters and it’s normal and gave me a syrup. They charged me 930 for this. 550 for consultation and syrup was 380. After asking they gave 10% discount on the syrup. They charged me too much. They are literally looting. Who takes 550 for consultation?

I don’t recommend this clinic

My 9 month old Indie puppy - Tashi is adopted from a local NGO. Dr. Jasleen & Dr. Mahesh have vaccinated him and treated him without any bias in comparison to the well-bred pedigree dogs that arrive at the clinic for check-up. They helped build Tashi's immunity through a well drafted diet and address all of our queries whenever we visit them. The staff is extremely courteous and manage to cope with him although he is always hyperactive looking at other dogs. We also engage AllVet clinic for their day care since they are amazing at taking care of the pets and also decently priced. The docs are skillful and have managed to fix most of the bacterial infections my dog gets through hiking with me.

Allvet provides unparalleled care to pets, I took my 3 year old german shepherd when there was a swelling in his left paw. They provided great care for Tyson and he was completely recovered in 4 days. They also have a pet swimming pool which I couldn't try yet, but want to one day.

Dr. Jasleen kaur is the best doctor.she truly treat pets. She is not a commercial doctor. The clinic is properly furnished. Must visit

Worst Clinic ever, I took my dog to this faraway clinic & the doctor wasn't even there, they charged 1100 rs for nothing and the junior to doc neither gave a medicine nor injection form y lovely dogs injury, which is still not cured after 10 days cause of their negligence.i would not recommend this clinic to anyone ever.

It's the only one with a swimming pool and the staff know how to help a senior dog to swim and get adequate exercise. The place is near and clean and spacious.

I have been taking my cats here for a very long time for regular check ups and supplies. Allvet is an awesome place where you can take your pets to. Dr. Jasleen is very patient and will explain the situation to you in layman terms. The best care for your pets will be available here.

Worst diagnosis for dogs. For 6 months they failed to diagnose what the problem is. They kept on giving false medicines which inturn worsened the condition of my pet. Also they charge rideculously high for every thing. Will never visit again

We had a very worst experience with this clinic. Ours is a cute little lhasa apso who was vomting with blood pieces in it. They could not even do a proper diagnosis. What all they did was to loot money with no treatment. We got our pet changed the hospital and he is coping well.

This is my honest feedback that i have for Allvet Clinic, especially to Dr Akila and her team. Firstly Dr. Akila does not know how to deal with terrapins (Turtles) I understand if you are not knowledgeable but why is it you pretend? My turtle had a eye infection she could not prescribe any proper medication, she charged me 889 rs and gave some medicine for water treatment, which may be helpful in a long run. But immediate attention to the eye infection is not addressed.

I had to search in internet where in I got a vet from Delhi who was aware of situation and recommend me proper eye drop for infection.
As a vet doctor you are more responsible and your profession is greater than other doctors because you deal with Lives of animals who cant express their pain. Its ok to say No if we are not aware. I m not sure about other creatures but for exotics, service is extremely pathetic.

Dr Jasleen One word i can say about your suggestion towards a enclosure for a pet and sunlight was very useful.
My humble request please don't pretend Lives are precious of these Poor creatures.

Met Doc Akhila, she is a very involved doctor, gave correct advice and was very friendly and responsive to my queries. They have a big staff but they are a little untrained. Too many people handling one dog. The staff nevertheless are friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience.
