Ridiculous time management. Rude staff. You will end up waiting for hours after your appointment time. The front desk person will refuse to apologize and talk to you rudely.
Very bad management. They will keep you waiting for atleast 1 hour after your appointment time. No basic courtesy to apologize. The guy at the front desk is so irresponsible and rude. All they will say is " go talk to the doctor and I cannot do anything ". I took the appointment 2 days in advance. I called 1 hour before my appointment time to confirm the appointment and ask if there are any delays. They said no delays. Now I'm at the hospital and waiting from 1 hour. Hospital management is a very important part of the Hospital review. The doctor was friendly and sweet. But because of the appointments rush, she was in a rush. Things would have been great if the

It's my first visit & I had positive experience with doctor. The staff at the reception/who answer calls are the most ill trained people I came across. I really don't understand the reason for their attitude & arrogance while they answer calls.
I Consulted Dr. Lakshmi for Thyroid a month ago and went to clinic for 1st followup on 16 April 2023 (Sunday) as per the timing mentioned for sunday in OPD consultation is 8 am to 1 pm. I reached at the clinic at 8: 15 a.m. But the clinic was closed. When I called on the contact number of clinic it was not answered, then I dialed it again and Dr. Lakshmi answered the call and informed that she doesn't see the patients on Sunday and she is not consulting on Sunday from last 5 years, this is what she told over phone, and asked me to come on monday. If they are not open on Sunday, then why the timing of sunday is mentioned on OPD prescription at first place. I traveled 15 km to see doctor and return back. I will not visit this clinic again. Not recommended based on my experience.
My cousin diabetic, He went for treatment, The Doctor Lakshmi Lavanya suggested him insulin but my cousin don't want to take insulin, And He said to mam pls suggest me some tablets for 10 days, later if it won't work then I go for insulin. For that she responded very rudely, we never expected like this, we are paying 1000 /- fee for consulting, *not for free *
Am a diabetic for the past 22 years. I have visited many doctors during this period and my sugar levels wouldn't just get controlled. Though, initially it used to show some encouraging results. But from the time I started my treatment @ AIDE with Dr. Lakshmi Lavanya Alapati, things turned out really good for me. She's is a doctor who gives a patient hearing to the patient's concerns and thoroughly explains the dos and dont's to them. I felt very much at home, with her ever smiling face, the cordial way of speaking and the positive energy she emits to the patient. That itself makes one come out of the gloom and the misery one is undergoing physically. She is a very well qualified doctor and one of the best. I've been her patient since her establishing her practice here at Madhapur. I feel that am in good hands with her treatment. Am compelled to write this review after seeing some negative ones here. Let me tell you that she's not money minded and I've found her treating patients at a discounted cost if they cannot afford it. Also the staff are very polite. Regarding the waiting time, it is very reasonable, as each patient has to be diagnosed and then the proper treatment accorded. If people feel that she's advocating medicines which are not proper for some patients, then I think those people with their superior knowledge can treat themselves without ever visiting any doctor. It's easy to criticize based on illogical presumptions.
I, for one, would highly recommend Dr. Lakshmi Lavanya Alapati, for all my friends out there, who are diabetic.
Dr. Lakshmi Lavanya is one of the well experienced doctor. My wife name P. Sunita is diabetic patient and taking treatment from 2016. Diabetes is fully control with taking tablets. She speaks well and encourages patients to follow diet plan. Clinic is also having well facilities.she is always clarify all doubts with lot of patience Iamrecommend this hospital and madam Dr. Lakshmi lavanya Alapati garu.
I sent my parents here as they are diabetic. The doctor Dr. Lakshmi Lavanya treated them and gave medications which was fine. They spend approximately 40,000 for tests and medications. But, when my mother had a concern regarding one of the medications she was given by her and wanted to consult her, she was not willing to talk or give any suggestions REGARDING THE MEDICATION WHICH SHE PRESCRIBED without paying money first. We don’t have any problem paying the amount but we trusted her and took medications for 6 months. She did not even listen to the problem but was re- directing to staff to pay money first. I felt it was very un ethical and extremely upset with the way they were treated. I am from healthcare background and understand the cost and effort taken by doctor to set up and do this but this is just not tolerable. Hope you are able to do better in future.
Hi Iam a 49 Yr old male who visited Dr. Lavanya with Type 2 Diabetics. My Blood sugar levels were > 500. I was referred to Madam by a local RMP.
Pros - The Reception is amply ventilated with 2 A/C's and enough seating for about 25 people. Hence there is no issue of cramping or waiting by standing. Also the location of the clinic is very convenient and very easy to find. It is walkable from Madhapur D-Mart and in the main Road. Doctor starts at sharp 8.30 am in the morning and 4.30 pm in the evening which is very unusual for a specialist doctor. Hence if needed we can visit the doctor without the need to take time off from office.
Fees - First time it is Rs. 600 and subsequent visit is Rs. 400 which is very reasonable for a specialist doctor. However money is never insisted nor a big consideration. There are instances where I have visited the doctor thrice in the same week without paying for every time.
Treatment - Extremely professional and methodical. Being an experienced doctor, she was able to recognize my problem with the blood test report and by speaking to me for a couple of minutes. I was prescribed new set of medicines and also referred to a psychiatrist because high blood sugar was just a symptom and the under lying cause was extreme mental stress. Doctor was extremely friendly and cheerful and she explained my problem in short but precise words and kind of treatment that I would be needing in the coming weeks.
Suggestions - If u are visiting the doctor for the first time please ensure to take blood test with empty stomach and 1.5 hrs after breakfast before meeting the doctor as this would be mostly needed to calculate accurate blood sugar levels.
Pharmacy - If possible please purchase the medicines suggested by the doctor in the clinic pharmacy itself as the medicines prescribed by the doctor will be diabetic specific and general pharmacies outside might not have all the medicines. Also the price of medicines are the same in the clinic's pharmacy and the outside general pharmacy and hence no need to be worried about over-pricing because there is none.
Conclusion - Nearly 2 months after visiting the doctor and by following the doctor's advise regarding medicines and general changes in life-style, my sugar levels are almost normal and most of the symptoms of high- sugar levels have disappeared for me. Please remember that not just visiting doctor but following the recommendations and suggestions of the doctor is needed to bring the blood sugar level under control.
In one word can say she is unfit to professional, by face to face she will treat peacefully and by her behaviour way of talking we felt like great onscreen.by offscreen we can see her originality of talking attitude.
From the last 6 years iam taking treatment in this hospital from Dr. Lakshmi lavanya, & she is the best doctor, with good caring & politely speaking with everyone & iam very happy to take treatment from her, anyone can come & take treatment here without any hesitation, this is my opinion ADAPA RAJARAO.
Doctor lavanya garu is one of the best endo's I have visited. Having thyroid problem in my family I have almost visited all endo's in the city and finally settled with this hospital. Very polite and clear explanation.
I will surely don't recommend her.the very first time I went for my pcod problem I was asked for many investigations costed me close to 5k which actually could been done in less cost.moreover she is very much demotivating my insulin levels where really high she could be polite n speak to me in a good manner so that I would not panic.but instead she said I will not die if I won't have food at all gave the example of Anna Hazare. I was in depression for almost a week after meeting her.today when I said am effected with bell's palsy facial paralysis as a doctor she could give me a bit courage n explain how the medicines will help me as am also taking steroids n other medicines for my facial paralysis. I can't take her harsh words.sorry for this long review a doctor can be frank to their patient but give a positive boosting listen to our problems carefully. I met my neurologist my opthomologist they were really kind and positive minded.but Mrs. Lakshmi Lavanya u aren't.
Worst. I referred this doctor and hospital for my friend's wife and she had terrible experience, charged bomb for just OP, doctor didn't even met personally, receptionist only collected blood samples in most un hygienic way, doctor came on video consulting, spoke very casually for less than a minute, pl don't waste your money.
Looking at her debates and qualifications referred to one of my friend, surprisingly feedback was horrible, seems just money minded and no care or respect for patient!
After a lot of research on Endocrine doctors in Hyderabad, I finally decided to take my mother to Dr Lavanya’s place. I must say, I made the best decision. The doctor is one of the best I must say.she will give enough of time to the patient, listen patiently and then gives answers to all the queries very politely and explaining things at length. I believe she is a gift of God to serve mankind.
Pros: Very Polite, Knowledgeable, note a money minded doctor at all, devotes time to patients and never in hurry like many doctors these days, very neat and clean clinic, good Tele operators and front desk, great location, parking is convenient nearby and many more.
Cons: I don’t see anything.
Please see this doctor if you are seeking advice on Diabetes and Thyroid, I bet no one would regret.
I have been visiting Dr Laxshmi Lavanya for past 4 years. Even my wife is a patient and so is my sis who stays outstation. Infact when I was first diagnosed with Diabetes, I was shattered. I visited the Doc and she put me very much at ease explaining that things can be beobrou under control and with diet control and medication. I have been visiting her since rhen. Regarding bringing children, yes the clinic has a policy. I appreciate, although I took my child as I could not leave her alone. But I never faced any issue. My child used to sit outside and infact Doc also called her once to talk to her and gave her a chocolate. Doc gives time and makes the patient comfortable. She is a through professional and does justice to her profession. I would certainly recommend the Doc for Diabetics and endocrine related issues.
