One of my family member is getting treated with Dr. Parinitha mam. She is very cool, friendly and provides holistic treatment with good team work. Dr Pradeep sir in her team provides good guidance, treatment and motivation to the patients. Usha mam and sisters in the ward offers good support. Dietician listens to the concerns and provides food options accordingly. Looking forward for best treatment in the coming days as well.
Am very disturbed with the service of this hell. My dad is detected with cancer 4th stage. Biopsy is done twice even though test is not done properly. Irresponsible behavior by pathology department and Dr. Naidu always has a problem with attenders. Always criticise and humiliates patient and attendees. Pathetic experience
The senior consultants / HODs are highly knowledgeable and committed to the patient well being. The hospital has got very good treatment and service facilities to take care of the patient's needs in all ways. A good place to undergo treatment, if need be.

Not made for health checkups.no proper management.they not even know if particular test is done for patients or not. They simply say come tomorrow Not recommended for health checkup packages.

Some doctors need special training that how to deal with patients sympathetically as most of the cancer patients are already under mental stress they need symtahy from their doctor not the bitter words. Moreover I want to know that whether the patients have some rights at hospital or all the rights are reserved with the doctors and management?
One of the best oncology institutes in and around jalandhar area with best of the specialist doctors and well trained and professional nursing staff. They have state of the art medical equipment and hygiene standards are very good. Entire staff is cooperative and they do follow up with the patients after discharge as well. I am totally satisfied with the services at AOI Jalandhar.

Hi all, my overall experience was superb. Every test facility is their at American oncology Institute. They have indigineous advance Lab at their premises. Every test facility is available their. Doctors n whole staff was very cordial. Ambience is so good that i never felt i am visiting a hospital. Bestest Treatment is their for cancer at AOI. Special thanks to Dr Krishnamani sir.
This is my initial experience of last couple of weeks, at Sparsh Hospital, Bhubaneswar, it may be to early to elaborate about an institution like this. My petient is detected with Endometrial Carcinoma, and CAMO has been started day before yesterday only. With a plan for four sittings with a gape of 21days. It's costing me arround 30-32k per sitting approx. This much I must appreciate and thankful to the entire team of Dr. Ghanashyam Biswas, sinior Oncologist along with Dr. Ganesh, Dr. Debasis, Dr. Mrinalkanti Das sinior Gynecologist, all are very much worried and restlessly alert to make the disease confirmation to start treatment at an earliest from their end.rest is known to the Almighty what destiny my patient has. Our experience during the course of entire treatment from day one was excellent. Be it Doctors, nurses, technical / non-technical /administrative staff. Everyone was very cooperative and helpful. Moreover the cleanliness also is superb. We are thankful to American Oncology Institute Jammu and it's entire staff.

Dr. KV. KRISHNA MANI Sir is a God for our family who has saved my wife who is suffering from CML since 1997. In the year 2015, when my wife Mrs. SUMALINI, SEIZURS were attacked, even though he is on leave, he came and treated as if she is her own family member. For complete one week he has taken special care. There will no be such a day in our life that we could not remember him. Once again very thankyou and greatful to you Sir for the whole life.

Visited AOI for second opinion for my father for neuroendocrine carcinoma and took consultation with Dr Naidu N Bethun. The doctor was very rude with us and was talking in a insulted way as my father had surgery already in different hospital. He was saying for 3 years u people had visited different hospital and now if you come to me how would a doctor feel. Thus this mean we even don't have right to choose doctor and hospital. We were not at all happy with his rude behaviour.for every clarification which we asked he was correlating with the past treatment and was saying what did you do this three years, didn't they insist that. He was also saying "I know I am a good doctor and don't need any promotion". Being a doctor this is not the expected behaviour, when he can't handle the competitors why did he chose this profession? He was also saying u people are from software u will chose a weekend as per your convenience and visit the hospital and act as if you are caring. This was the worst experience for us. As we respect his profession we didn't utter a word. If you are visiting AOI please don't go for second opinion with Dr Naidu as he's against it. He is very arrogant. If he wasn't ready to treat the people who visited different hospital he would have rejected our consultation initially itself. Then why did they put second opinion option in the site?
My mother got breast infection and we are going to AOI then she got surgery and there surgeon Dr Krishna Kiran sir is very good and staff nurse mamatha also friendly with us. Thank you to Dr Krishna Kiran sir.
My mother got Cancer Treatment (Chemo Therapy & Radiation Therapy), it was excellent and went on very smoothly. Many thanks to Dr. Naidu N. Bethune & Dr. P. Vinitha Reddy. They are very polite & wonderful, the way they explains about the treatment and handles the patient is awesome. Thanks to entire support staff. I would highly recommend American Oncology Institute.

Its been a year we are taking treatment of breast cancer, we are satisfied with the treatment, doctor also very friendly and care taking person, and hospital environment and staff also very good.

AOI is one of the best oncology Institute in Hyderabad with expert doctors. We have seen AOI for our uncle treatment and our experience with the Hematology department and the nursing staff is too good that made me to write this review. Special mention is the Dr. Ashok kumar who is one of the expert in this department and without him my uncle journey for recovery wouldn't have been possible. He is an expert transplantation specialist in AOI and I would recommend him for the hematology issues.
Good staff and doctors. Clean and hygiene hospital. Came for few scan, but I found all the facilities are good. Services are good. Nice atmosphere for patients.
Treatment and Experience are Great. Have friendly staff including the Doctor and the care given is very good. Can't ask for anything better. Infact the COVID precautions taken are exemplary. I would Highly recommend this hospital.

My humble thanks to Dr. Ashok Kumar K, who saved my life from TTP condition. It's been really a great care he has shown for me since day one of my admission at CITIZENS HOSPITAL, when the prior hospital has lifted there hands and recommended to take me to an advanced facility, I have got reference of Dr. Ashok Kumar Sir and it was late night and heavy rain but still he made him self available to make sure verify my condition at Emergency Ward and instructed the hospital ER team to take the tests required and update him, once the test arrived he got into action steps to be taken to save my life which went abnormal and I was hospitalized for 30 days at CITIZENS HOSPITAL under MICU Ventilator not in a situation to get mobilized, Seizures etc. There were many others who played their major role in saving me. The hospital bill was extremely high which is not bearable, but still it's all about saving Life. It would have been really tough to see this day if Dr. Ashok Kumar Sir would not have supported all the way till date and he is still showing extreme care and attention during the medical review which I'm undergoing as per his advise. A Million thanks for Dr Ashok Kumar Sir for his simplicity and extensive care showing for me and make sure I'm all ok and well on health. I personally recommend Dr Ashok Kumar Sir for every one to just follow his medical advise. Really a Great Doctor Ashok Kumar K who saved my life and taking care of me personally for every medical review till now since July 7th 2021.

Am writing this review as a parent of student patient. My son aged 25 was admitted for blood cell count abnormality on the advice of our family friend and doctor amidst covid second wave. Dr Ashok Kumar was the chief consultant. He lost no time in accurate and timely diagnosis of the leukemia and was put on treatment. During the course of four week of Induction treatment, with many challenges, his entire team of colleagues, staff were very considerate, professional, efficient and caring to say the least. During consolidation treatment of nearly two months, once again, Dr Ashok Kumar and the nursing staff were extremely nice and patiently dealt with all situations with prompt response. My son and wife joins me in offering heartfelt gratitude to the entire team of Haematology especially Dr Ashok Kumar of the AOI of the Citizen Hospital.

One of my friend had been admitted here before 7 month.she was suffered from ovarian cancer.due to doctors and nurses neglect we lost her.in there nurses are very bad.they are not behaving properly.nd also there are totally unknown about how to behave.pls sir do something in this area so that patients are not facing problem again.and teach the nurses how to behave with patient.
It was very nice, happy and comfortable experience in this Departmental of Apollo hospital. I undergone treatment for vocal cord carcinoma under advise and supervion of Dr Vijay Anand Ready Sir. Long waiting times Even you book an appointment for a PET CT before one week you end up coming in the morning and wait till evening to get the Scan And the reports will take another hell out of time to get No care for the elders and the post operated patients

I came to AOI hospital in Hydarabad from Yemen the pit had cancer stag 4 we did for him an operation n radiation now he's much better it's one of the best hospitals in india spatially cancer care they r the best starting from doctors n nursing n everybody at the hospital treating us like a family International department it's like brothers for us they have been helpful for everyone Specifically.
