The doctor is very good, but ICU treatment was very careless, and so arogant, pathetic, there is no minimum care for patients no ayamma available I had a nightmare experience. But the ward nurse and team are the best with good care and humbleness, ICU staff should learn from them!

Best and biggest hospital in kukatpally. Dr. Venkata Lakshmi is a very caring, very knowledgeable pulmonologist doctor. Dedicated to the patient's welfare. Remembers small details about the patients and that helps in diagnosis. Very happy with nurse and hk services.

There is no proper procedure. Staff doesn't have any idea. There is no queue or tokenized system.

The timely response of the staff and duty Doctors even on Sunday night was blessing in a disguise after trying in two other hospitals where staff was inadequate.

My mom had serious knee issues and Dr. KBR sir recommended total knee replacement after considerable testing and reviews. However, there was no pressure to do so (unlike other hospitals). The decision was totally ours. We went through the surgery last week for the first knee and today for the second knee. The surgeries went like clock work and the doctor did a great job in taking good care of my mom, considering her age and health condition.thankyou so much KBR sir for your great support

Only Gynaecologist Dr. Shilpa is good and will provide the best care, Other than Gynaec everything is worst, Pediatrician Dheepthi is very Bad she don't care about patient and the Billing guy pramod is money minded, They charge double the amount for the services, Really very Bad experience

Dr.deepthi is professional pediatrician available in this hospital. Thanks to the Amor hospital we experienced comfortable and great. We came in midnight as my child Was suffering from high fever we rushed to Amor hospital at 2: 30am Er doctors and nurses received us took care of my child very well, they made us comfortable Doesn't feel like a hospital. My brother met with an accident at Y junction, kukatpally. His leg and hand got fractured thankfully Amor hospital is on main road near the spot but we don’t know about this hospital but trust me literally we were very lucky to get best treatment dr.kishore sir and emergency care services were excellent saved my brother leg and hand and financially he supported us. Worst experience ever.looks like big hospital with high price but there is only one scan machine.waited for hrs for that machine for scanning.don't come to this hospital.it's waste of time

Excellent treatment with an equally cooperative and caring staff here at Amor Hospital. This makes the overall curing process and post operative period is smooth, tension free and quick. Cleanliness is taken very seriously and we see the staff frequently cleaning stuff. The overall experience is par excellence and one feels completely at home with them, completely forgetting we're at a hospital. Highly recommended for any kind of consulting or operation/care requirement. It may really sound strange that anyone recommends a hospital, but this warmth, care and comfort is more than a compelling reason to recommend.

Had senior health checkup at Amor Hospital for grandpas. Excellent service offered. All the people were very cooperative and patient and hospitable. One extra star for the consultant doctors who actually invest time and try to understand the patient's problem with care. Thanks to front end office who really organised the checkup well and everything was done timely and explained to us.

I always had good experience when ever I visit this hospital. I recently had a small surgery which was done by Dr. Kishore Reddy sir, he was very good and took great care. I could imagine what dedication he will have for the other major surgeries. There are many Doctors who take good care in diagnosis and put you in suitable medical procedure. My dad was admitted in the hospital and was taken very good care, the doctors genuinely care and on call doctor always picked our calls and explained his situation, they were also very transparent with reports results and provided us with clear numbers. The billing staff is good, We were remote and not available on the hospital and billing was smooth, bill was clear no hidden charges, the estimates given at admission was appropriate. Admission and discharge was made very smooth for us. Overall We are very happy with the care my dad received at this hospital.

Been there for a health check up at Amor hospital, which was done with at-most punctuality, perfection and care. One of the best Hospitals I have known. I have actually experienced the best of medical treatment and hospitality during my mother's treatment there. The doctor's are fabulous and very experienced. They listen patiently & explain the exact cause of patient's illness/ problems and give the best treatment possible. They have the best medical equipments needed for detection and treatment of all the medical issues. Cleanliness staff did a marvelous job and kept the Hospital room clean and tidy round the clock during our stay there.

We had gone to Amor hospital for emergency surgery the same day we got to know we have to operate. The reception desk was very helpful in helping me arrange it within couple of hours. We reached the hospital in evening and everything was ready. The initial check ups before surgery were lined up and on time. I should mention that the staff and nurses were very polite and concerned about patient’s pain. We had opted for private room and it was very clean. The sanitation was happening at regular time intervals. Timeline and coordination with doctors for discharge summary was also well planned. Thank you for the care. Dr. Kishore sir is a very great surgeon, he answers every question of patients to the point and makes them understand everything about pre and post surgery plans. And also, I must appreciate the management, administration and hospitality services. We’ve always got swift response from them for all the questions we asked.

This is an extremely disorganised hospital with focus on extracting the maximum money by continuing to keep patients in the ICU.

women’s health check up. Very cooperative Hospital staffs and timely procedures and tests were done. A lot of tests were done in quick time. Hospital was neat and clean. Doctors too provided advice on what to take care of. Overall was a fantastic experience with nice hospitality.
