AMRESSH'S DANCE AEROBICS STUDIO

Best dance aerobics studio in the city. I joined recently and it did a world of good. It helped me build my confidence and also help me control my weight.

Recently 25th anniversary celebrations of the studio were conducted in Ravindra Bharati a got an opportunity to perform and it was one of the most memorable experience. The anniversary celebrations are conducted every year and all the students can take part.

One hour daily here is a sure shot stress buster.

Amressh's Dance studio is my all time Happy place. Amressh sir has taught me almost all kinds of dance forms and gave me the opportunity to participate in 15 songs on their Silver jubilee celebrations held at Ravindra Bharati. Also I've lost weight because of this physical workout. This place can also relieve mental stress. There are students who have been coming here since 10 to 15 years. Hope I'll also be one among them and continue to dance.
