Worst Service, Badly maintained smelly rooms, bedsheet pillow not washed in ages! Always stinking! Breakfast was soooo bad! I can go on and on about the hotel. Amrutha Castle is an example for how a hotel shdnt be!
Please dont waste your money coming here! It only looks good from the outside! Now my skin is itching! Even the water is bad!

The behavior of head was very rude toward there employes. He doesn't take care about their health issues nd want tr staff to work if they are not well.

Seriously you won't believe me.this hotel is like booth bangla.their kitchen is for rats and cats and cockroaches not for humans.i strongly warn you all think and see their kitchen and cooking sections before you eat their food

Amrutha Castle located at near Telangana Sachivalayam. I visited some meeting, meeting hall's are very small but good ambience. Rooms are clean. This hotel inside look like old Raja palace.

The hotel has a very good design at a very good place but it is seriously under maintained and even the elevator doesn't work. The only positive thing about this hotel is the design, rest all are horrible than a cheap OYO Hotel.this hotel needs to be fixed ASAP

The maintenance of the room and hospitality of the staff quick response for customer requirements are very much impressive.

This property is fantastic and has a very unique architecture design. I have been there several times and it makes me feel very comfortable and royal.

The rooms were very unhygienic and bathroom were even worse.and staff was not even responding properly and poor internet.

But the restaurant hospitality was very good and food taste was very good.only try for restaurant not hotel room

One of the worst hotel I have witnessed in my life. There were no lights in room, restrooms were not cleaned, shower was broken, we kept on requesting for bucket and mug, none of staff /management cared about it.
We had booked 3 rooms, all the rooms had same problem.
There were many cockroaches in bread, food was pathetic.
Google images are misleading, Don't get fooled by external look of hotel.

Worst service, rooms were smelly, unclean, toilet flush was broken, the doort was so hard to pull, fan was too noisy, AC controller was also broken, even a single hour will feel like hell

One of the best hotel design in Hyderabad. The rooms are neat and clean, the front desk staff polite and nice. We had the variety of dishes that provided by restaurants staff. We stayed 2 nights here. We enjoyed our stay

Room was not even cleaned. Even though we checked in late, they didn't even bother to clean the room and washrooms, change sheets and towels. The most pathetic place ever to stay. We have been fooled by the Country Club, promising good experience and stay. The representatives Sumit Papani and Janardhan promised us that it would be a wonderful experience but it was all a false promise. They cheated us. They will just talk sweet and nothing else. Never ever go for Country Club. It is just a scam.

The vintage feel of the stone modelled castle with rich ambience brings a whiff of delight and urge you to explore the place further. The stone seating with plush cushions and around the fountain in a visitor exclusive lobby is set in a relaxing posture.

Courteous staff are available to make you feel at home.

Buffet and alacarte was available but can be improved further by adding more dishes to the menu.

Good hotel located at a prime location with all the important places nearby. Room are spacious having all the basic amenities and clean. Hotel staff is good and friendly. Overall a good experience with family.

Superb hotel, great hospitality. Nice Birla Temple view rooms. Public place are well maintained and hygienic. Special thanks to Shekar from House Kepping he did the excellent job. Great breakfast spread with good taste. Good food over all best experience and so relaxing

Food taste not upto the standard. Should improve. Located in the heart of city which is advantageous. Country club should make all efforts to improve and improve the properties to regain the confidence of their stakeholders and clients. Food served at Bandhipur resorts is very nice.

If anyone is going for the booking of banquet hall please be aware of mr.chowdary (banquet hall manager) ur going to pay extra plates then you expected please be aware atleast 25 plates minimum, ask them them to keep the food courter open till the end, lot of mis guidence is done.

My kids looking at the castle, soldiers, their swords and the fish. It was like we were in a different kind of world, like we were in the times of the kings and kingdoms.

Food is worst very salty and with oily smell (re used oil) ambience is bad no air or AC.it's very suffocating inside.worst experience.dont visit at all when you are hungry
