After doing covid profile, I wanted to take phone consultation but the receptionist didn't entertain and asked to visit the hospital. I had to take online consultation from other doctor, I think once the patient is tested positive and taking treatment, the doctor should be able to speak on phone and recommend the treatment rather than asking covid positive patients to come to hospital, there is a risk of infecting others.

Dr. Hair baby is most experienced doctor in around chandanagar. AND good diabetic doctor he treats we'll to patients ND good co operative staff

Good doctor visited first time but doctor has taken note of all the concerns before giving treatment

Entrance area at reception is little bit congested and can accomodate only 10-15 persons at a time. But registration fee is a bit high

Doctor Hari babu is experienced and recommends the medication if needed and recently my father got admitted due to high sugar, He has treated very well. I recommend this hospital.

Doctor is not even looking properly at the patient and asking to take the Covid test directly. And the person who is taking the Covid test is in the mobile phone talking and taking the test very badly. Full hospital premises is not good. I highly do not recommend this hospital.

Dr Haribabu is one of the best doctor in town.
But the staff members are very rude and have misbehaved in an inappropriate way. Would suggest the management to provide customer service training to staff.

Worst staff and very worse doctor.veru rude and arrogant.staff is very labour type people they dont know how to treat people.they just sit and chitchat with co workers making jokes. Worse clinic I have ever visited.if you want to kill your dignity go here. He won't listen to what a patient said.miney minded.just to give insulin he says we need to stay for 3 days and get admitted. Never go here please

Don't go to this doctor, Only uneducated people go to this doctor. If you still want to go, experience at your own. Yeka vachanam nunchi digadu saaru. Tests done outside this hospital are not valid. Actually.you can guess why they are not valid. $$$$$
