Pros: Few staff memebers extend thier support to deliver best service. To get the customer on board adminstaff will put all the efforts but later on you have to follow them
Cons = Fed up wih thier Billing system & Unnecessary charge. Few junior staff members who behave like MD doctor and dont know nothing. Another important information, its not different from other hospitals to make money, Laboratory chargers almost dou le w.r. T to trusted diagnostic centers. But you don't have any option. The system itself took the latest price for the drug even drug have old & less price.
I have took my 15 months child for common cold checkup. Doctor Venkata Ramana saw her and said to join her in Child ICU for oxygen mask treatment and the reception people said a bill of 2 lacs approximately. Even the SPo2 levels is 99 he suggested for inpatient treatment under oxygen for a little child. Just ruining their health in the name of business. This is cheating at next level. Later we went to other doctor and he treated well and cost of medicine is less than Rs. 500 and my child recovered easily. Ankura is not even sparing little children and doing business in the mask of service. Dont visit this hospital at any cost.
We came to hospital my son was in critical situation.he was in uncouscious stage and was not breathing. He was ventilated in emergency department, all the doctors and staff took very good care of my son. Dr. Ajay sir, Dr. Naveen sir, Dr. Keerthi madam, sister's, house keeping department took very good care and helped us whenever needed.we are very happy that now my son is safe, we also had psychological help during counselling sessions.we developed immense trust in ankura hospital. Treatment is really good and hence we visit this hospital regularly. One day, we came for regular consultation from far away place but we were late due to unexpected traffic. Our appointment was cancelled and the answer was very rude from reception. Their answer is “Doctor will ask me to check your baby if I give you an appointment now”. I did not expect such behaviour with people.
I came here to admit my daughter.i came here at 4: 30 pm its been 6 hours now i got room.worst service compare to last time.no responsinility and no co ordination with other department

I was visiting the doctor since 7months of pregnancy.
Right now I'm in 37th week of pregnancy, my delivery date is sep 11th, about to delivery.
She was shouting at my mother not even giving us few seconds to talk about our concern.
My reports were very clear with no complications till now, I'm looking forward for normal delivery. She was like join on 9th Or 12th i will not be available on 10th &11th who is looking forward to operating c-section.
We want any other doctors available with proper care.
She was so rude, sarcastic and arrogant and most importantly no patience at all. In the last moment is it the way to frighten the patient who visits you, I was feeling like I have visited her unnecessarily.
Excellent doctors and very good treatment but very very bad facilities and coordination b/w billing staff and nurses. They literally took 14 hrs to just start the billing process. Not at all recomended for joining here if required consult doctor and go away but dont join here for treatment. Facilities are not at all good but charging more than of a multi speciality hospital. People may say treatment is good why i am complaining. Post treatment is not at all fine and if you say have insurence then gone will drag for couple more days simply saying observation And billing delay
Ankura hospital (boduppal), greatly privileged to have my little baby arrives their, It was a fantastic experience with the Dr.poornima mam, one who assisted and advised us is really appreciated and satisfied (She is one of the awesome Doctor and great person). Also very grateful for the sister whose hospitality was phenomenal * (Bhavani) *, A kind and fun loving person. She is really awesome because of her concern and caring _towards_ the clients.
I have seen review before visiting this hospital but my experience in this hospital is worst. Poornima dr.she doesn't even listen what is our problem is ndcshe doesn't even know how to talk with people nd without seeing the reports she will give medicines In ankura I don't know about other doctors but the people who all are pregnant ladies don't visit her.

Hospital is maintained clean and hygenic Visited the hospital to see a relatives newborn baby there is a marked difference from my previous visit 3 years ago.the new wing is maintained very neatly and the staff is more courteous from earlier.
I had great experience with Ankura Hospital. I came here for my baby who was suffering with jaundice. Doctor took the case with prior and explained everything with past records. They have suggested to go with the phototherapy depended on the bilirubin level. Dr. Digesh was the one who gave courage and took efforts in explaining each and every step as he planned for the future huddles.we were here for 3 days and experienced homely and friendly environment. Every staff with whom we had interacted were very polite and good mannered.

Worst service from Management. No experience nurse's are available all like freshers only they don't know how to treat the patients, worest behaviour of security persons they treat patients are their slaves very rude behaviour.coming to Receptionists team they will not provide us proper information and guidance they only look for money irresponsible answers. I given complaint letter to HR but no response from her also. I faced a worst experience from this ankura hospital Boduppal branch.

I am writing this to express the worst experience in one of the so called multiple speciality hospital. I hope it will reach to the concerned authority or management.
My kid met with accident and got head injuries, on rush I visited Ankura hospital and I experienced the worst behaviour from the staff.below is few points thati want to highlight. I even have all the photos evidences. 1. The behaviour of the staff is very rude using voulger language, They just don't know how to speak with patients. 2. Patient admited in ICU with serious injuries, surprisingly a normal medicine is not available in Ankura pharmacy and we have been asked to get out and purchase the medicine 3. Patient lifts nor general lifts not working 4. The stair case is full of water and in front me couple of person fell down because of water on the stair case steps, who is responsible for that? 5. No waiting room for attenders, yesterday i.e. 16/10/2021 we have been aksed to get out even though it's raining heavily for almost 4hrs. Even in cellar also security there is no proper facilities to stand for the attenders 6. Morning at 10 am doctor advised to move to general ward but today is 10/17/21 nothing has been done and we were told that general ward beds are not available. But infront of me more than 3 patients were given bed in general ward interesting those came after me. 8.16/10 morning doctor advised for ENT specialist and he will be visiting between 4 to 5 pm but to my surprise when I checked at 7: 30pm I was. Told that they have taken the advice over the phone. 9. Completely worst service. 10 it's raining heavily and all lifts were shutdown and in ICU at 4th floor the door was locked and for one of the patient carrying 7yrs kid asked to stay out for more than 30mins. Interesting part is the kid has taken the addmission and along with her the staff is aly there andd there is co coordination and communication between security and staff. An emergency case take admission in ICU but the entrance. Is locked and asked to stay in heavy Rain.

If you really need hyginie.please do not come to this place. We needed to admit our 11 month old baby.said single room would be better.took the room.it is stinking, seems like a cheap lodge.cots are old used and never cleaned, please never ever ever approach this hospital for children.leave about getting cured, kids would feel sick staying at those rooms itself.
Liked the overall experience with the hospital…. Staff are really very friendly and caring…. I had a normal delivery. The prices are also reasonable when compared to other corporate hospitals…. However don’t expect world class facilities…

Dr. KL Poornima is like 'Naam Badey aur Darshan chhote'. She is unfit to be called a consultant. I am glad I changed my hospital from Ankura to Apollo after listening to her nonsense and arrogant tone. She also frightened me and my wife of some BP problem, but after visiting Apollo there was nothing of such issue found aftet scans, all normal. She doesn't explain anything to patient or attendant (maybe because she herself don't know anything). I don't recommend this hospital to any of my friends and family. Doctor's job is not to harass it's patient, but to asvice right in soft tone.
I am completely unsatisfied with the hospital. They want only money don't want ethics and values of patients and attendees.only nursing and house keeping personal are good rest departments are very bad especially ip billing and security.

I recently visited Ankura hospital for women and children Bodupal for my delivery. It's very well mannered staff, good coordination with patients. The way of handed patients is excellent and so soothing that patient feels immensely confident about recovery. Overall experience is Excellent. The entire Process from check in to the end was seamless. Thank you!
Appointment system need to be improved a lot.worst system. No use if we take inadvance.those who visit and pay amount those are 1st in queue.so this system should be improved.other than everything is fine.
