Smt Sobha Raju melodious singer of Annamayya keerthanas is staying in this sacred place. Shri Balaji temple is also located inside this complex.

Every Saturday group chanting of keerthanas and other religious prayers happen here

In addition during the days of Annamayya birth and death ceremony famous singers from many places render music performances here.
