I have faced worst experience in Anoos saloon. I am not satisfied my hair cut. The staff was not well trained and to also not maintain neatly.

I have taken hairfall treatment all of them which was suggested by the councillor, 7months treatment, no change absolutely in my hair still loosing at same rate, not a single positive comment from anyone. I have purchased pain as the so called advanced treatment is very painful. Worst is all of my7advanced sittings were done by different doc's. Management is not responsible for any thing, once you pay and get in rest is your fate. One of my notes i requested management to contact me, but invain. So my dear friends except the basic trico no other treatment has any effect, our weakness is someone's wealth i am giving only 2/10marks

I came to have some clean up since I have no clue what to select for my skin, after coming here I came to know that my skin has dark deep patches called pigmentation. I dared to go for the course of treatment and followed all the instruction given by Prem.and doctor.
Now over the period of time my skin looks much younger and that boosted my confidence.

She attended the service with much much patience, understands client requirements and she acts accordingly and also suggested what care should be taken. And rest 3 are like HELL talking about fixing appointment.one will say it was fixed and after sometime if we cross check next person will say i was not. Finally they will say"DOCTOR IS ON LEAVE " happened for next 3 sessions had call data as well.

I have good opinion about Anoos, it was proved by Anoos KPHB. It has best staff especially Estate is experienced friendly with a smile.products of hair spa, pouch & signature products are so good.

This is worst ever branch of anoos. Very bad response. I paid for treatment at kukatpally branch but now they are asking me to get it from somajiguda branch. Once we pay the money they change their word even if we make a call there is no response from them.

Treatment is helpful and customer health oriented. Staff is supportive and friendly. There is a huge change after the treatment.

It is very bad experience for my wife for hair fall. They did not treat properly and the Doctor does know any thing. We spend more than 30,000 but no use. Too much expensive and won't recommend to go.
