Very bad service. The doctor is not fit to practice. I witnessed a patient being ill treated by the Dr. E. Rajendra Kumar himself. The family and the patient went through alot of trauma for hours. The patient was seriously ill and was denied treatment by the doctor.
My friend's family had a horrible experience at this place. 70 year old grandmother was denied treatment and harassed by doctors and their staff. Not recommended at all.
Heard from my friend that her grandma who is suffering from brain stroke and left side paralysed was ill treated, staff and doctor misbehaved with her even after payment for 15 days. The family had to go through a lot of mental trauma. Please make an informed decision before taking services from this hospital.
Very bad place do not visit them. Dr E Rajender kumar from Anurag Rehabilitation centre, near Indira park, is a blot on Doctors profession. He is not fit to be a doctor. He and his staff are very Rude and unprofessional. They illtreat the patient and their attenders. Worst physiotherapy centre.
Very bad service. My mother was mishandled by the doctor. He should not be allowed to practice. We went through alot for 2 days. We had to wait for 4 hours and was then my mother was denied to be treated. Even though the payment was made beforehand.
Doesn't deserve even 1 star to be honest. The staff and Doctors denied treatment and behaved very rudely with my 78year old grandmother who is suffering with Brain stroke with her left side totally paralysed. The staff and Dr. E. Rajendra Kumar dragged her out of the hospital hurting her in the process and refused to give her the treatment, inspite of paying the fee for the treatment of 15days.
Worst Rehabilitation Centre Ever seen. No staff or Doctor had enough manners. Dr E Rajendra Kumar Practice is very poor, doesn’t Even deserve any star! Very bad service, My Grand mother aged about 78 years old and family had very bad and worst experience here on 27/1/2021. Dr E Rajendra Kumar has misbehaved with my family and my grandmother, He pushed out my old grandmother who is left side paralysed and was sitting on wheel chair and denied her treatment even after the payment was made. Dr E Rajendra Kumar has dragged us out of the hospital and the staff is also very bad. My family had to go a lot of mental trauma because of the doctor. I Request higher authorities to please cancel the licence of Dr E Rajendra Kumar, not meant to called as “Doctor”. I also request people not to visit Anurag Rehabilitation centre, It doesn’t provide you a better treatment.
Very Bad Staff And Doctor! The doctor is not capable to practice. Dr. E. Rajendra Kumar has very bad knowledge of treating patients badly, No sense of Responsibility, being called “Doctor”. He doesn’t have heart for his patients, Know only to earn money from patients. He should be called as businessman rather than doctor, because what is is doing now is nothing but business. Totally disappointed! The workers are completely irresponsible and doctors have no sense of handling their own patients. One of friend's maternal grandmom, who had a brain stroke recently and is half paralyzed now was mistreated by a doctor of this hospital and even the family members were humiliated. Such kind of doctors should not be allowed to practice at any cost.
Does not even deserve one star. Terribly unprofessional and horrible staff. They treat the patients worse than animals, the doctors also have no sense of respect. I witnessed a patient being pushed away WHILE SITTING IN A WHEELCHAIR by the DOCTOR. She was made to sit outside in bad weather for FOUR hours without being treated or even spoken to. Please don’t go there if you have any respect for yourself.
Every one in the hospital is irresponsible no care all are acting when doctor is coming not recommended even if they give single cotton piece they charge 100 rupees
