DO NOT DO TEST AT APOLLO CLINIC - THEY ARE DOUBLE - **************************************************************** TRIPLE THE PRICE COMPARED TO OUTSIDE LABS ************************************************************ I went to Apollo Clinic AS Rao Nagar to get my annual check done which was completely free of cost from my company. This comprised of 30 nine individual tests ranging from lipid profile to ultrasound of stomach and internal organs like liver, kidney, cardiogram, ecg, chest X ray etc. All tests were carried out swiftly and I consulted Dr. Vivek Belde (General Physician). He comes across a very pragmatic and caring doctor. He spend good amount of quality time to evaluate all my report and suggested to get couple of additional test. This is where I learn that individual tests done at Apollo Clinic are super high in cost. For example Folic Acid they charged Rs 1980 where as outside it is only Rs 550 Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D they charged Rs 3050 compared to Rs 1450 outside Testosterone they charged Rs 1280 and outside it is Rs 400 Moral of the story while the doctor consultation is good experience please DO NOT get any test done at Apollo Clinic as they will charge double and triple the price for each test. Also I had to messageD on the whatspp number and asked Mr. Uday at the counter (only thrice in person) to send the soft copy of the report after which I got the report on whatsapp.
Apollo Clinic AS Rao nagar is a good multi-speciality facility. Provides diverse care facilities. Especially in the dental department Dr. Mounica is an excellent dentist. She's very professional and knowledgeable, and she made me feel comfortable from the start. She listened to my dental issues and gave me a clear plan for treatment. The results were even better than I expected. What's truly special about her is how kind and caring she is. She really cares about her patients' well-being, and that's impressive.
Staff here is very polite, especially the TMT staff are very helpful and courteous. A bit of planning and managing things will help customers with the wait time and coming back and forth. They should not take more customers than they can handle.
Big disappointment! They don’t have female doctors for ultrasound at this place and asked me to travel to Uppal which is far away from the place I live. I visited this hospital for a corporate package tests. Very bad customer service. They said I’ll receive my results the next day. However, I kept waiting and when I called after 5 days they ask me to visit the place to pick the hard copy documents which I was not informed about. 2 tests of mine are still pending and they do not have a proper date to give me an appointment. Very very disappointed with the service the Man is providing who is sitting in the reception (not aware of his name). Apollo Clinic AS Rao nagar - I will never recommend this hospital to anyone specially women who are not comfortable with male doctors. He threw a lot of attitude when I asked for a female doctor for all my tests. I would give it one star too.
Visited this clinic for my mother's health check up. Small place with almost all tests done here, conjusted. No proper system to manage patients / customers on 1st come 1st service. But staff are polite and take care of each and every patient for their respective tests (because of them my 3 star). Prior intimation of ID proof should be given.
Cleanliness, Doctors treatmentadvice, are good. Overall good experience, the treatment was good and very helpful staff. We are fully satisfied with the services rendered to the patient. Please don't visit this clinic at all, the doctor even though mentiones you to specifically visit after 10 days the clinic charges you an extra 500 per visit.
Beware of customer manipulation while entering the clinic.
I went here for foot corn issue. Instead of providing me medication for foot corn. The doctor was talking about other issues and ultimately made me get tested for several things and I ended up paying nearly 5k for nothing. Once the test results were out, doctor was not even looking at the results or explaining me anything. What is the point in spending a lot of money here. Trust me, they just need your money. Doctor was very rude and she doesn’t even answer your questions patiently. The doctor I consulted here was Kavitha.
Pathetic Staff. I booked an appointment with a doctor and 15mins before the scheduled time I get a call saying that he is not available, when asked to reschedule an appointment with another doctor they said that they will call me back.they didn't. I had to call after an hour for appointment for next day. Lazy staff.
If possible I will give 0 n below. The clinic is not accessible to senior citizens, children n sick. Shocked to see the location which is on 1st floor with no lift n view. How can a medical facility be located at such height? Steps too not convenient. To reach landing climb? N then? Again! Saw a nebulizer there. I doubt any asthama patient will survive the climb to use it. Apollo should seriously consider revisiting it's franchising terms n make clinics accessible. Staff are good. Doing their best.
I am fortunate to have this Apollo Clinic near my home. Like to thank the Staff and the Physicians. They are at their excellence. They were never reluctant to listen to patient's problem. Their patience is at par. Thank you Apollo clinic our family gives their regards to you.
There is no meaning of PUNCTUALITY here. The staff is not all prompt in confirming your appointment unless and until a call is made. In spite of taking a prior appointment, you are made to wait for the doctor to arrive. Professionalism counselling has to be given to the staff and the doctors here.
One of the best medical centres. I did my complete body checkup today and it got over quite soon.staff are quite friendly.premises are quite clean and everything is perfect.
One of the worst place to visit, staff are not courteous at all. They run a reference scheme where if a patient knows the staf all the checkups happen immediately. Receptionist is utmost rude and does not know how to speak to patients.

Staff manage their personal client first and then others, receptionist does not know how to speak to clients. One of the worst service ever seen, they are asking patients phone and submitting rating and fooling others. Poorest service ever seen.

One of the waste fraud clinic in apollo BCZ I went this clinic for eye vision test that time I got 0.75site but I don't have site this is proved by another Apollo clinic. After one week I got 1.5site in same clinic. (2nd time check up under NISHANTH REDDY manager of Apollo) I asked to the manager how to increase 0.75 site in one week but he told "site increased within 2days" how it is possible I didn't understand till now. But now I'm understand one thing ONE CORPORATE CLINIC FIRST TIME THEY GIVE NEGATIVE REPORTS AGAINST PATIENT THEY DON'T GIVE POSITIVE REPORT EVEN ITS PROVED BY ANOTHER CLINIC.
