Booked corporate health checkup for my spouse at this clinic. First they did not do three tests saying that they are not part of package. But tests were part of my package. No proper response from front desk people. During General Physician visit instead of providing reports they are working on some other work. Not all recommendable.

I am very happy with the management support.things are very good and they maintain accurate timing

Worst clinic in Hyderabad… no doctor is punctual and all the people working especially the receptionist is good for any purpose.

Raheem has been outstanding. Ontime everytime. He has collected samples without any pain. Keep up the good work.

My appointment was scheduled for 2: 30 PM using Apollo's helpline. But when I reached the clinic at 2: 20, I was informed that the doctor (Dr. Bollini Maanasa) had left for lunch and will be back by 3: 00 PM.
Though agitated, I decided to get a haircut to pass the time but to my surprise, when we returned at 3, the doctor was still nowhere to be seen. Apparently she had gone to Gachibowli fron Miyapur for lunch, when there was a scheduled appointment. This is heights of unprofessionalism from Apollo, I had an infection in my dog bite wound and I came in rain to get it looked at. I eventually returned after 3: 30 PM, since the doctor had not shown up and there was no update from Apollo. Extremely unsatisfactory and unprofessional behavior and approach from Apollo clinics.

Doctor is good, But at medical shop it took us 40 min to collect the medicine.
For giving injection they are charging separately, They collected 55 Rs for giving injection.

Availed a health chek and its a automated process. Smooth process. Pleaae avoid Saturday and Sunday (s)

Health checkup service provided was outstanding and beyond. TMT specialist Aruna has been very informative and provided good guidance

Went to Apollo Clinics (Chandanagar) for treatment of Covid to Dr Bollini Maanasa Jayaram. She was very professional and got the test done that are required. Gave the medication according to the diagnostics. Staff was very supportive. Will recommend the Doctor.

Service and staff has been good. Not all services are available on Sunday so better to go on weekends to avoid multiple visits.

Good Service. Health check up (Corporate) done at Apollo Clinic and all staff members are good and helpful. All tests went smoothly and got intimation of reports promptly.

I consulted Dr. Sangeetha last week with so much of weakness n diarrhea. Received good treatment. She suggested the diet to be taken at that period which worked very nicely and helped me to recover fast. She is very patient, kind and friendly. I sincerely suggest her to my friends and others.

Staff is very friendly and responsible. Very busy on weekends. Weekdays, the crowd is less compared to weekends. We went for annual health check up and we received complimentary dental, audio and physio check up as well.

It is very good for all clinical test and all staff are very co- operative and kind to the Patience

I have visited clinic, got bad experience. Staff always try to concentrate on billing. Doctor prescribed two tests on my second visit followup (in first visit prescribed 7 tests, which was reviewed), visited next day to show reports (third day), even for that they are asking to pay consultation fee. Why are they prescribed test? To collect money next time? To whom i nees to show? Why it needs consultation? It was told post covid slight fever got billed for huge amount. * think and take your decisions*

If there is something less than 0, I would rate that. There is no proper co-ordination within the staff. They even don't want they are doing. Better select other options instead of Apollo Clinic, Chandanagar

Worst service.even if you wait in lobby nobody cares if you are on followup visit.as they don't get any money on that!

Mine is a worst case.for small cut on leg toe.visited this clinic for TT injection after having first aid at Metro station. Total charged for me by this Apolo clinic are Consultation 500 +procedure charges 200 (for cotton and removal of previous first aid) + medicines used in treatment 1050 (tt injection+ gel to stich) and Prescription medicine for 5 days - 691/- total of Rs 2441. Informed me to visit after two days for dressing again.

Waited for half an hour in lobby as receptionist informed staff are in lunch. I thought they will call.but no response.staff are moving here and there but no one bothered. Finally approached nurse to ask for dressing she denied as doctor not mentioned anything in prescription or else wait till 5 pm. I requested I have work pls do.she informed they will charge agin if they do so!

So frustrated and I opened my self cotton and band found nothing only a scar due to blood I thought it's severe earlier. "Imagined Tagore Movie.of chiranjeevi garu.

Reception at ground floor - worst Co-ordination and no clue how to Manage personal data of the patient. So much irresponsible and neglegence attitiude.

Parking is the worst experience. No place at all if you go by Car.

Even if you have appointment no one cares.it's upto you to see the doctor.

Doctors - are they good?
Experienced - however, extremely careless, behaves as if they are doing consultation for free. Imagine BAD govt doctors we see in movies - trust me you will see here

I will never recommend anyone to visit this clinic for whatever reasons. Maybe the Apollo clinic in Kothaguda is better from what I learnt from colleagues.

Visited for general physician checkup due to viral cough cold.

Had very average experience with doctor Bollini, the warmth was missing in my opinion. Moreover, Instead of listening the core prob of patient she was just driving the conversation to COVID checkup (patient already had covid twice in last two years and one dose of vaccination is also done). Currently it was evident that it's seasonal cough cold, however left with a prescription and some med from pharmacy, would prefer some other clinic and doctor next time.

Front office management was also chaotic due to COVID vaccination load, lot of delay on the counters for OPD billing.

Today I have the appointment I call to the clinic multiple times no has lifted my call how once can expect this type services from Apollo call center service require alot to improve.

Inside area is very congested. Not sure how they plan before giving appointments. They will give appointment and doctors wont be available and we have to wait for hours. Not even single time this happens and always it is the problem. Unfortunately this is the option available as per company tied up Diagnostic centers.

We had very pleasant and supportive experience from Apollo Clinic Chandanagar during peak pandemic waves for non-Covid related treatment.

Dr. Gunasekhar has diagnosed the nature of cause and recommended the précised medicines which helped me to get cured in a timely manner. Many thanks to Dr. Gunasekhar sir for following personally over call to know the progress and gave assurance on moral support to avoid our thought process of whether its Covid or non Covid Related stuff.

I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mrs Asiya, She understood our situation and proactively helped us in making online consultation, coordinating home sample collection, following up on reports with Doctor and delivering medicines to home on time.

Even my recent visit to Clinic had same experiences and support. Please continue the Good Spirit of humanity and service.

Booked the appointment for 10th Sep. On turning up I am told, it's a holiday. Completely unacceptable service.

Good to visit appollo within half an hour all medical tests are completed and guiding promptly the reception executives

They give appointment but doctor leaves with out waiting for patient to arrive. They say doctor available till 9 pm but doctor leaves by 8 pm? Says emergency! What about the patient coming to meet you?

I've visited Apollo chandanagar several time in x ray department and most of the time the experience was good. But this time it was awesome as Sister Asiya very friendly and explained the report well. Good to have such technician in labs. We need more like her

I visited to avail corporate health check they charged me 3200 as procedure charges for normal dental cleaning so don’t go to this clinic for any consultation even if you have a free corporate consultation.because I visited many dental hospitals they have not charged like this, even if it is a clinic they charged very high.
It’s all money making business.
I never suggest any one to go there eventhough if you have free Corporate checkup.
They are just medical practitioners though they charged like mbbs doctors.

Dr Asiya has been the most helpful and very prompt and warm in her service. Entire experience was digital and very well structured. Try coming over weekdays to avoid huge rush over weekend though

I opted for health check up at this clinic. Staff was really nice to explain the sequence of various tests and the relavant staff for those tests were also cordial. Thank you Apollo.

Services was really good compare to last time. Everything went well. I had my health check up done and my experience was really good this time.

In Apollo clinic, Madinaguda branch, visited to Dr. Sreedevi M (General Physician) and got very disappointed with her counseling. Nothing she enquiried in depth. Not taking proper history. Just asked what is the problem and prescribed the medicine. No quality. Why we are visiting to Apollo whereas, the same treatment will get it from street clinics in less price. Very unhappy with the service. Please visit to some other physician for better treatment.

Had a very good experience with apollo recently though im a regular visiter there at apollo but this time i had asked for health checkup for home collection the person was on time and everything was done on time including consultations. I really appreciate Raheem for his patience and good service. Whenever we call he is always there to help.

I'm not happy with the service and the time management at the center. I was given a check list which has a series of tests to be taken. I was waiting for my turn for each test and after waiting for 2.30 hours, I was informed that the doctor for ultrasound has left for the day and I need to visit the center on the next day again. So my concern is basically why was the appointment given to me if the doctor is not available. Manager Shiva of chandanagar center is not at all good at managing things. He told me that doctor comes by 9.30 am and leaves by 11.00 am, if that's the case they should give the appointment as per the doctor's availability, customer's should not be kept waiting. In my case I've taken permission in my office and waited for almost 3 hours but my test was not done which was a complete time waste activity for me. My suggestion is that the center manager should be well informed about the incoming customer and the doctor's availability while giving the appointment to customers.

I would not suggest visiting this place. I saw Dr. Gera Raj in Chanda Nagar, dermatologist, and she gave advice that goes against medical advice that I received from the United States. She does not know what she is doing. The clinic is also not equipped to do very basic testing. The quality of care is very disappointing here.

Numbers never reach, I have been trying to connect with Chandanagar Apollo and the lines is getting disconnected with few rings and this is happening since many days,
At first ensure your numbers are easily reachable and then think about making it a premium call
