I consulted Dr GunaShekar few days back at Apollo clinic and was quite impressed with his patience to listen to what a patient has to say and also by the way he explained why is he prescribing certain medicine. His attention to detail is quite impressive.

Dr. Gunashekar asked in detail about my health condition and went through all my previous doctor's prescriptions and blood tests with keen observation. At the first meet he didn't prescribe me any antibiotics just to observe the changes in my health with generic medicine.

This is the first time for me to see a doctor who takes so much care, explaining the issues and counselling to read the file before leaving to doubly ensure I understand the prescription.

I usually dont write feedbacks but after getting treated by Dr Guna Shekar, I thought I should write my experience which would help others. We have consulted Dr Guna Shekar couple of months back. My mother has type 2 diabetes since last 2 years. We have consulted many doctors in last 2 years, but her sugar levels were always above 200. Later we got to know about Dr Guna Shekar, with his treatment my mother's sugar levels have now come down to 150.

Dr Guna very patiently listens to all the problems. With his first interaction my mother got a lot of confidence. He explained the root cause and long term solution for the problem. His behavior and friendliness was very stress relieving.

Now a days, we rarely find such a good doctor who patiently listens to
patient's problems and then suggests the treatment.
