Apollo Clinic - Manikonda

Hi am shameem came to Apollo manikonda for my dental issue. Consulted Dr Swetha mam suggested me to go for RCT.i went for treatment which is painless and done by Dr Abhishek. Thanks to dr.swetha and team Apollo. Highly recomended

Services are good, they have experienced doctors but the charges are really high, means for any basic level tests their price chart is starting from 1500 and above.

Good treatment and friendly staff. Did my Annual health check up here, it was a smooth experience

Worst behaviour by front end executive he is scolding customers we went there by seeing his behaviour I went to other hospital don't hire such people

Lab service is good. Home sample collection available. Health checkup is thy. All services in one roof

Firstly, not only this Apollo, the doctor treats you like you have come from another planet, they put the chair very far!

Very positive about the clinic. Was taken ample care during investigations and Xray. Kudos to Dr Usha gaddam and technician ms Kamala.

Nice service, i went to clinic for vaccination, very fast service from front desk department, will suggest others for this clinic

No process for medical health check up. Very unprofessional way of handling there is no proper sequence and way to undergo all test. Every one goes as per their interest. Also eye check up is not done by a doctor instead by a technician who sits in optical shop corner. Better to go for other diagnostic’s to under go health up.

Worst service. Even after spending 10k, I didn't get proper service. Staff is dumb. Please avoid.

The response was nice but due to some technical issue we had a problem in billing. But overall response was nice and warm

For small fever also doctor is writing so many medicine which is usless and taking so much money for that. That fever got cured by taking dolo 650 two time.
No expected this type of doctors are present there.

Worst clinic, please don't visit if you value your time.
They will make you wait for hours before telling you "we are sorry, doctor won't be coming today. "

They have the worst receptionist, who never care to pick up the call or if they pick up they immediately hang it up. Pathetic people in name of providing such a serious and essential service.

I have consulted a doctor with a different specialisation He prescribed a drug and he asked to consult another doctor for better understanding, after meeting another doctor from another specialisation i came to know that they might have studied hotel management. The same medicine with a different company he prescribed Even after asking that I can continue both doctors prescriptions?

Better to avoid this branch, i have taken health checkup almost 10 days back, still i did not get appointment with physician, every time they use to say doctors are not available, seems doctors shortage at this branch

I had a great experience with Staff (Ranemma Ji and Aruna Ji, Kudos to both of them!), they are very polite and patiently answering all your queries - Special Thanks too.

Zero professionalism. Booked an appointment from their portal for 11.50 AM and after I stepped in (at 11.40 AM) they didn't honor the appointment and gave me a paper token for which there were already 15 patients before me. Why on the earth should we even book an appointment if it is as good as walk in. These people don't even know patients come to hospitals and elderly ones and weak ones might not even have the strength to sit for hours.

The front office staff really needs some training on how to talk to visitors. I went to consult Dr Murahari and he asked me to get an xray. After getting the xray, I called to consult the doctor again to show the report. First day, they said the doctor is not available and asked me to call the next day. I called the next day and the same story. So they asked me to visit there and consult another doctor. When I arrived, The front office staff named Vijetha told that we have to pay consulting fees again just to show the xray. She said that I should have mentioned on the call that I wanted to show the report. I told her I did that, Then she was very rude and kept on saying some vague excuses and said that doctor does not look at another doctor's cases. How can a clinic ask the patients to pay the fees again when they visited less than a week ago.

The first time my brother in law visited the clinic, they paid and the Doctor prescribed for x-ray. When they went with the x-ray result the clinic asked him to lay again. Horrible customer service

Absolutely no punctuality. Doctors take forever to arrive. Be prepared wait for hours, despite booking an appointment at a fixed time.

Booked for Executive Health check. When I reported they told me the X ray machine is not working. The also told me TMT is not working. They have now asked me to go to Kondapur

I have visited the clinic for covid vaccine. They didn’t register it in the portal even after 24hours. I being a General physician have informed them to do the registration at the same time. They said it will be done in an hour. They don’t have a branch specific contact number. Their customer care number is not answered. Horrible service

I went here for vaccination. The experience was very smooth and seamless. It just took me 10 minutes to get done with everything. They accept cash/card/UPI payments. The clinic is spacious and clean. Not sure about how the consultation or diagnostic experience is but the vaccination experience was smooth as a whisker. Staff were very courteous. Strongly recommended for vaccination

Complete negligence. They have lost the reports. Doctors unavailable for consultation. Never ever seen such pathetic service. Wasted our time and money.

I have worst experience in Apollo Manikonda branch, As the executive by name Shamim has lied for appointment booking, she didn't booked any appointment at Apollo kondapur but she asked us to visit there as she confirmed our appointment. After visiting there kondapur Apollo people said no appointment was booked for us and also radiologist doctor was also not available, because of this we wasted all our day for visiting the hospital from far away place and i did applied for leave also for my office. I request appollo hospital to take serious note of the issue and take some corrective actions. Being a good hospital maintain some professionalism and don't spoil the hospital name.

I took an online appointment but the receptionist told that is not valid and I have to wait. I don't understand what is the point of online booking.

Dr. M. Usha Rani has Highly skilled doctor in treating fever and very good petient interaction. In single visit my illness was cured. Her service highly appreciated. She is precious asset to Apollo Hospital Manikonda.

I have been visiting Dr. Mythri Sharan from past couple of months. She went through all my previous reports patiently and gave a holistic solution for the health concerns I have. She made sure that she explained everything to me in detail. She will do what is best for you. She is extremely empathetic, humble and puts herself in the patients shoes before giving prognosis. She made me really comfortable and filled me with so much of courage. If not for her kind words and emotional support and her treatment approach, I would be in a terrible situation. I would like to Dr. Mythry for everything she does
