God blessed us with a beautiful baby girl and we are utterly thankful to Dr Sudha Madhuri for her mentorship and guidance throughout the pregnancy. Sudha Ma’am is a true dedicated professional who not only knows her field very well but is also a humble human being who gives extra care, attention and personal touch to her patients by being reachable at any point of time for genuine queries.
From the moment we started consulting Sudha Ma’am till the day of delivery and even beyond, she clarified our silliest of queries, have guided us with next steps to be taken, and directed us to other doctor’s as and when required (as ours was high risk pregnancy it was required for us to consult other stream doctors apart from Gynaecologist. Every doctor I visited has commented that we are in safe hands under the supervision of Dr Sudha Madhuri. This was great praise from other doctors and after consulting her for the last 9 months I can say that she truly deserves this level of commendation).
For anyone consulting with Sudha Ma’am I can only say that just handover yourself fully to ma’am and she will make sure to give you the pleasure of parenthood.

The team supporting Sudha Ma’am is wonderful as well. I would especially like to call out Sister Jayshree and her team who understands the criticality of each case and do their due diligence accordingly.
In the OT we were given superb care by Sister Pooja.
In the Birthing apartment Sister Ramya and other nurses were very helpful.

My pregnency period went so well with Dr. Padmini silpa garu. She takes care like a sister and she is very calm in explaining every detail. Will not make the patient tensed and explains everything in a cool way. My delivery also went very easy and happy with the services got at apollo cradle OT and the nurses are also very caring.
I should mention about the NICU. Dr. Suguna reddy took good care of baby and used to explain the recovery of baby each and every day. In the NICU each and every nurse took very good care of baby and everytime I go to NICU they ised to booat up and spoke in a decent way

Today I had a disappointing experience at the Apollo hospital's emergency department. Despite waiting for 45 minutes with my baby, emergency department repeatedly informed me that the doctor was in the operating theatre. Frustrated by the delay and concerned for my child's well-being, I had no choice but to seek care at a different hospital. This lack of timely medical attention was deeply frustrating and concerning.
Next time i will think twice before taking to apollo credle kondapur

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Jasmin rath for my wife's delivery. I was very impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and care. She took the time to answer all my questions and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. She made sure to explain all the necessary tests and how they would benefit my pregnancy. She also took the time to explain all the risks, benefits, and options associated with my pregnancy, and made sure we are comfortable with all the decisions we was making. She was very encouraging and supportive throughout the entire pregnecy. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jasmine and would highly recommend him to others.
Dr. Avash pani pediatecian for our new born is also very supportive and explained things in easy way.

Throughout our journey, Dr. Sudha Madhuri's guidance was invaluable. Her deep knowledge of her field is evident, and she ensured that we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her attention to detail and personalized approach made us feel like we were in safe hands.

Appointment was in between 11 to 11: 15 AM.the doctor was not available. Routed me to different doctor who was even not available. Was awaiting for doctor till 12: 05. Very upset.

Got admitted during pregnancy complication under emergency in Apollo Cradle. Was in the hospital for 2 days. The Doctors are really good and did right diagonsis. But the nurse and reception staff are really pathetic. Had the worst experience. The reception staff didnt even bother to give a wheelchair to the patient even after multiple requests. He made the patient walk all the way to emergency. Nurses were also very unhelpful in their attitude during the stay and delayed some tests the the Doctors recommended and the doctor had to intervene again to get the tests done. Wish the management knew about all this. Despite of such good doctors I will not wish to go to that place again or recommend it to anyone.

Very poor service. Although you book appointment you have to wait hours and hours to consult a doctor. Never book any appointment in Apollo Cradle, such a waste of time. They take your money first so you cant even go without consulting a doc. Ridiculous!

Doctor sudha madhuri is a very senior docotr, she explains the problem very clearly and makes patient understand about the problem.when we talk with her we fell like talking with our family person and soemtimes more than that

I got the health checkups done here. There was no professionalism at all. General doctor was checking hurriedly and she wasn't professional. Even some tests were done in an hurried manner. They don't lift the calls and some call center agents show attitude. Expected better from Apollo.

Dr. Jasmin Rath treatment was very good. I had undergone two surgeries and both were handled perfectly and I had no trouble after the treatment. Madam is very friendly and explains the position clearly.

6. OP Pharmacy: Only one thing we faced issue was with pharmacy
They don't have qualified staff, they take 30 mins to give one tablet. They need to improve their services

We had to admit my wife for emergency during maternity and the hospital staff, house keeping, nurses, consulting doctor, duty doctors, cafeteria staff were extremely supportive and cordial throughout the difficult times.

The caretaker staff, security and other support staff were gentle and considerate 24x7 without slightest of discomfort

The medical staff - nurses, consulting doctor, duty doctor, nurses visited us regularly to check-in for medical examination or to check-in we needed any support.

The coordination and support ensured that we can focus on our personal priorities and least worry about logistics or accommodation or food.

The billing and settlement also was smooth as the hospital staff coordinated with insurance directly without requiring me to intervene.

Overall the hospital provided a very compassionate support during the critical situation

I have been Consulting Dr Jasmine Rath during my wife's pregnancy. Very nice doctor. Very friendly and one can freely discuss personal and practical issues with her. Delivery also happened safely. And now I am blessed with a baby boy.

I visited Apollo Cradle Kondapur with my wife and this being our first pregnancy we had so many doubts about whom should we see. We ended up meeting Dr. Padmini Shilpa and we found her very professional, she guided her so well.

The receptionsits are so very rude. Ask them anything then dont have an answer or they do not have any idea. Poor management.

I had a really good experience with Apollo cradle. I had c section due to certain complications. The service provided by Doctor and hospital staff was exceptional. It made my delivery experience smooth. The only concern I had is after the delivery the lactation consultant should visit first and guide the new mother with feeding process. So that bottle feed can be avoided as much as possible. But overall, me and my family members are satisfied with the service. Thankyou Apollo.

Very shabby hospital full of unethical practices, just focuses on how to drip money from patients when the moment you say you are insured prices of each service becomes 3x, on top of it there Insurance billing department are full of junkies specially the one with beard sitting to the corner, he doesn't know how to even talk has anger issues it seems!

We got in there for our pregnancy consulting and delivery, seems like they already mark down cases whom they want to do cesarean which are 90% and for the sake of reputation 10% they do normal, we reached there on D-day and they started heart beat monitoring and immediately tried to convince us for C-Sec, don't fall in their trap as you will end up agreeing to them in that situation like we did, my wife didn't had any complication like BP, Sugar, thyroid, age etc.they just wanted to go with c-sec and don't want to put effort for normal delivery just for few more thousands!
don't play such tricks anyone who affords apollo can pay those additional 20K just ask for it!

even i had started getting symptoms of covid staying there 2 days, they have stinking cafeteria in the parking, wish we could have seen it before no-one wears mark and gloves working there, but while bringing it your room they will wear everything just to show-off.

In same prices there are better hospitals, if u can avoid this one!

Pathetic. They care only about money, nothing else. Zero importance given to cleanliness, care to the patients, sense of urgency, compassion etc. None of the sofas in the lounges are clean, kids and patients will get infected just because of improper maintenance of the facility. House keeping services are hopeless, rooms were not be cleaned daily. To comment of medical services, most of the staff nurse don’t talk English or explain the procedures which are done to the patients. Net-net, It sucks.

Really very good hospital I have ever visited, from the beginning with Parking, now a days parking is a najor problem for every hospital but yiu can find good thing overout and front office people received us in very good manner. Specially Dr. Rolika mam, Gynaecologist is treating us & explaining to my wife is too good. Even sisters were interacted themselves and helping us in medicines & Diet. Of course I will refer to my friends and family members for the better treatment and speedy recovery.
