Not convinced it has any truck with Apollo: may be licensed user of the brand name. They don't use the same PMS. Also, charge exorbitant rates: at least double. There audiometry and optometry are done by one and the same person! Again, they don't upload reports so that one could download them or see them in one place.

Pathetic service. It's extremely difficult to book a basic stuff like sample collection. I was transferred between hospital and diagnostic center's customer care numbers. Eventually had to book it from other provider.

She doesn’t know how to collect blood, its very painful, if possible train her or change her position.

Worst service ever. I gave the sample for CBC in morning hours and was communicated that i will receive the report by 5pm. After enquiring multiple times after 5pm they said i will get it by 10pm. Till now i haven't received it and all the phone number are switched off. They are fake. If by tomorrow i won't receive the report, i will put up numbers here

I had inquired Apollo 24/7 diagnostics 3 times on RT PCR test. First they informed me that if sample is collected before 11 AM the report will be given the same day else within 24 hrs. In 2nd call, they said report will be given within 24 hrs since its 'Sunday' irrespective of time when sample is collected. I did not have any option that time as I relied on their information given in 1st call a week ago. So I registered fro home sample collection. Now when the guy did not come at booked time i.e. 10: 40 AM and when I inquired to executive over call that if he is coming late to collect the sample, when will you give report. On that, customer support (Priya) said that since its Sunday the report will be generated within 36hrs.

After all this harassment, I asked the executive on call to cancel it with customer remark and ask to collection executive to return. He did return but conveyed to support team that he is waiting outside, a plain lie.

This is ridiculous. They are so irresponsible and illiterate to comprehend things. And after all this misinformation they show attitude, disconnect calls, mute calls, keep customer on hold while customer is speaking. Management must take action against these unprofessional behaviour.

He made me to roam around for glucose powder for tolerance test in the early morning, where no shops were open. Later when I was about to leave, then he was saying that he has the glucose powder with him. I saw, he got a 1kg box with him. Very disappointing and frustrating.

PATHETIC service. I gave the sample early in the morning and was assured that I'll get the results by evening but when i called in the evening, i was reassured to get it the today by late evening. I called them again and was surprised to find the sample has not even reached the lab and i am being asked to wait till tomorrow evening for the reports.
This is for a test that any other lab will give you the reports within maximum of a couple of hours.
Will highly suggest to AVOID this clinic.

I have never experienced such a pathetic service. I gave the sample in morning 9: 00 AM for Dengue and they told me that the reports will be available by 5: 00 pm today. I checked online and there were no reports and even I was not registered. They were not picking up their call. At last, I visited the centre in 102 fever and what I saw amazed me. My samples were still their at the centre and they have not even sent them. I highly recommend *not* to visit this centre for any blood checkup. They are not good in responsibility and play with the life of patients.

Home collection is not at all professional. They came very early in the slot and insist patient to give sample which will not give correct results. When requested to wait for 10 mins, they are talking very rudely and saying home collection will not work this way and do not book home collection next time. We choose Apollo for the brand and trust. This kind of rude behavior and unprofessional manner will only give customers a second thought and to choose alternative. Complete bad experience at Apollo diagnostics kondapur.

Service was incredible.i visited many diagnostics centers but I’m sure this is the best center I ever visited
