Apollo Diagnostics

One of the worst Phlebotomist around in Apollo. Such big brand but they do not have the skillset of drawing blood from an old patient. I think vijaya diagnostic and healthyfy me has better experience Phlebotomist for patients above 70yeras old. The person named Rudra was sent but he was so unprofessional he came late sweating running and then he was on calls and drawing blood. He was in attentive and irritated. He poked the needle at the 86 years old patient in the wrong place and left the hand swollen for days. Sadly the feedback and complaints raised was not taken up and no action was taken and no refund was provided for the amount I paid

Have been using them for last three years for any diagnostic needs. They collect samples there and as well as come to home for pickup. Result’s are also quick and available on app.

Very good and knowledgeable staff, very polite they follow all the precautions n are good in their service.

Location is very accessible to us and will be available from early morning 6: 30.staff are very friendly

Very friendly and helpful staff. I wasn't aware of the timings and ended up going at 1.45pm which was during their break and non working hours, but the staff was sweet enough to collect my blood samples and perform the necessary tests.

I have done my complete master gold checkup including lft, thyroid profile etc, it was smooth and hassle free. No waiting and center staff was patient enough that my veins not found but still was very patient in collecting the samples.

Helping staff and mostly all important blood tests are available, they also come.and take samples from home and online report available
