We required physio for our mother who is 93y old and very frail. Her mobility suffered significantly following an admission to hospital. Therefore we contacted Apollo hospitals home care and physio department for help.

We were provided with Mohd. Imran to take charge of my mother's physiotherapy.
Mohd. Imran showed great kindness and professionalism while giving physio to my frail mother who is 93y old. He seems very experienced and thorough.

He was very motivating and always stressed upon not only physical health, but also her mental health. His knowledge and technique were exceptionally good.

My mother showed great improvement and confidence with Imran's effort. We are grateful for all the expert help he provided.
And due to his sincere effort, my mother is able to walk again, which is incredibly remarkably considering her frailty and age.

Dr Vadde Bheemesh was of great help when my paternal uncle R Satyanarayana had his CABG 25th Oc 2023… he gave 5 visits in which he was able to give all the psychological confidence my uncle needed in addition to the Physio help.my uncle did show visible improvement in this period. I approached Apollo for physiotherapist as my Father is diagnosed with PSP (Progressive Supra nuclear Palsy). It is a rare condition so we wanted a person who have knowledge on it and can accordingly do the physio. Dr. Vishnu is the one who attended this, and he did a great job. Apart from the regular physio he also used to focus on the standing position of my father. He tried for an improvement in making my father stand on his own. I actually wanted to try 2-3 physiotherapists before I decide the best for my father. Hence, I am now checking for others too. Otherwise, I recommend Vishnu for doing his job well.

I recently utilized the home physiotherapy services offered by Apollo HomeCare for an elderly family member, and the experience was positive. Dr. Shivanagaram Mounika displayed compassion and maintained a calming presence throughout her sessions. The mobility exercises she recommended enhanced the patient's comfort and provided a sense of relaxation. I appreciate Dr. Shivanagaram's dedication to her work and her genuine care for her patients.

Dr. Waseem Uddin was our physiotherapist. He had done a great job. My father suffered from a neurological problem. He helped my father walk without any assistance in just 10 days. I am really thankful to him.

Received the physiotherapy services from Dr.v. SWARNALATHA for my cervical spondylitis pain
I took only three sessions but really she did a good work, seen a good improvement in just three days.
I wish I could have more sessions from her but as am not a local of hyderabad I couldn't. But iam following all the care measures explained by her and doing the exercises in the way she taught

This Organisation appears don’t have basic forecast or scheduling process. I kept on waiting for days to get a response to my request for staff. They don’t care to respond on their own to provide the status of request and Admin staff take Clients for granted.

Tottaly waste hospital and staff no manners to talk to the attenders talking money and no facility to see the patient this is vikram patil from Kim's hospital Secunderabad I will never refer any one for the Apollo hospitals

Very good support from Dr and covered many exercises and also informed about continuous exercise for couple of months to continue.

Great support from Dr Swarna Latha and at some extent relief from pain, as we know it will take many more months to relieve from complete lower back pain.

I am getting lungs rehab with Dr Guguloth Priyanka for the last 1.5 months and I must say she is adaptable as per the patient's convenience and extremely supportive. I cannot say, how long I will take to recover but I will only get my workouts done by her only till I get rid of oxygen support.

Dr. Supriya GR is a name which we will remember until lifetime. Yes lifetime. Why? For an obvious reason. The most ciritical and integral part during Covid recovery phase is Mind and Body coordination wherein you need to make your body understand that everything is fine / you will be fine soon. Theoretically, it very easy to convey but to make it practically possible and implement it in reality, initially you need a Mentor, who gives you an insight into such pshchology.
None other than Dr Supriya GR is whom we could expect or wish for. She was very punctual and explained the benefits of each mind and body coordination by giving a real life example and conversation which was very friendly in tone with a professional intent by making us understand the importance without letting us feel what is the phase we were going through. She was also flexible with timings which makes her a great professional. She is also very courteous and ensures availability whenever required for any sort of assistance. God bless Dr. Supriya GR and wishing her all the best for her future endeavors. Would like to stay in touch with such human being even though the defined number of sessions has come to an end and we are doing fine. Thanks again Supriya! You are a gem of a person

What came through after interacting over days with multiple senior Apollo Home Care Team members, senior doctors, including the CEO, via emails / Watsapp / Calls etc:

While they were in a hurry to get us to pay 48K in advance, basis claims/commitments/promises (or degrees / interpretations thereof) that they communicated at the outset with the intent to sell their services (including a Rhemos remote monitoring device), they seemed not willing to back them up in black & white in the agreement they later sent across, for reasons that should be suspect for obvious reasons.

What's worrying:

- That this is not an attempt by any service but a medical service that claims "24/7 emergency support" & "Health Alert in case of emergency" (REFER Screenshot attached)

- That no less than the CEO himself tried to use a technical loophole of not having (ultimately) entered into a formal signed agreement to deny taking responsibility for all the obvious attempts by his team to misinform/mislead

- That the CEO himself could not offer any concrete basis for his not being able to offer the services to us any more (in a complete turnaround and only after we pointed out relevant commitments were missing in their agreement) even though we had agreed to the virtual version of the services they currently offer, other than citing an unprofessional reason of 'trust' already missing, where a professional CEO would have instead acknowledged that his own team was entirely responsible for doing the opposite of building trust, where trust, reliability & dependability are the most important factors for buying such services.

We feel fortunate to have questioned them prior to falling for what now seem to be (false?) claims, or even in the best case scenario, claims that AHC team members are themselves not confident of.

Also, It was important to post this here, else such not-trustworthy or under-confident services which clearly should not have any space in the "emergency" "health" or any medical sector, would go unchecked.

Dr. Srilekha helped me a lot for my meniscus tear.
I have got the result with in 7 days and now i am feeling much better than the beginning. And has lot of patience
