Following the feedback and suggestions I had previously provided, I paid a visit to the hospital today. I noticed that the service has now improved. I appreciate your responsiveness to my earlier concerns. Thank you.

Dr Suresh Giragani sir is very person nice talking to patients good communication to patients good hospitality management

Nagajyoti (General physician) is worst doctor in this hospital she is not taking care of her patient properly.

One of the worst hospital. Especially the neuro department. They charge 600rs for consultation, but the doctor Murali Krisha behaves as if he is treating for free. Don't waste your money by consulting him.

Dr. Kishor Kumar. Down to earth person. He did head surgery for my husband and the treatment which he given helped my husband to recover very fast.we would be Thank full to him life long. For neuro problems defiantly recommended doctor.

Doctor never talk and never listens what exactly the patient is saying about their condition. Doctor patient relationship is worst in this hospital. This feeling I got today with MD Dr Raghu (General physician)

Today we went to DRDO Apollo hospital for Chest pain to my Wife.
I never had such kind of worst treatment ever before. Unprofessional and unethical.

Let me explain what went through:

Today early morning at 3: 30AM my wife had a chest pain, immediately we rush to the Apollo DRDO hospital for treatment in emergency. They checked Blood pressure and took ECG. Emergency doctor suggested to go for one Blood test (hsTnl) which is import for investigate. Based on Test result you may have to join in hospital as an in-patient or come for OP.hsTnl result come negative and Emergency Dr.suggested to come afternoon to meet Cardiology Dr.at OP.

We have took appointment at 1: 30PM at OP with Cardiology Dr.at Billing counter and met Cardiology doctor at his cabin.

The time we entered in his cabin, We handed over the file to him, he just saw the ECG and asked us immediately go for another ECG now without saying any other word. He did not even speak single word and not even allowed as us to speak any word.

He didn't check Blood pressure, didn't check pulse or hearth beat with stethoscope as a preliminary check. And he didn't asked about patient present condition and how she is feeling.

As Cordio Dr.suggested, we have gone for another ECG and met Dr.at his cabin again. Now he suggested to go for Angiogram. He did not even said, why it is required and how it will be done. It help patient mentally prepared for it.

If I am not wrong, before Angiogram the patient should go through ECH-2D or Treadmill test. He did not even suggested yone of these tests. He directly asked us to go for Angiogram.

We have no issues in going for Angiogram. But, the way the Dr.treated the patent is really disappointing.

This kind of unwelcome behavior from Cardio Dr.was really unprofessional and unethical.

Why patent come to hospital? Not for time pass or to spend money lavishly.

When patient come to hospital.first speak to the patient and understand what is his condition, how he / she is feeling.

A good word is better than a medicine.

We all know Apollo is a TOP Class hospital in India, because of few doctors that reputation should not go away.

Do not go to this hospital.my relative met with an accident and we went for treatment, once we went it for scan they have taken the gold chain which was there on my relative neck.we checked in cctv it was there before scan and after coming out it disappears.total flaw for a brand like apollo.totally disappointed and frustrated.hospitals which we think as temples should never break the trust of a common man like this.

Please avoid these kind of worthless & shameless hospitals. My family met with an accident and we went for treatment, as a procedure for one of the patients we needed scan so went for it, the patient was having a gold chain in the neck which has to be given at the time of taking inside which they told we would remove and give once we come out and it disappears when he comes out. They claim that they didn't take it. Was having a good thought about Apollo initially now it's all gone. Robbers and cheaters. Minting money from poor and from people who came for assistance will not take you anywhere. They security is also co-operating with them.

They don't have proper management for consultations and generally we have to wait for couple of hours normally. Also online consultation doesn't means for them it's only the medium. Those patients who pays more without any panel will be given more time in consultation.

Avoid these kind of hospitals.they rob patients who come for their aid thinking and trusting them. Really it is very unprofessional and unethical on their part to snatch belongings from from injured victims. Soon we would file a big file suit on them. Will upload police FIR copy tomorrow to aware others.

Feeling happy to give 5* Rating to Apollo Best doctors & advanced technology available treatment is also cool.

Please don't go to this hospital, Unless it is very emergency and you can't find any other hospital.
Faculty are very rude. They behave like govt employees even the nurses think like MBBS doctors. They will treat you very badly even though you pay all the money. My father had a very tough time due to hospital negligence.

I got admitted in 2nd floor the service is not good they take us lightly they dont care whatever we tell to them

Dr Sree Ranga laxmi Doctor is wrost Doctor, they want only money, She adviced me two CT Scans, But In my head no injury, Also She Wrote me some Mental illness Tablets for me, She Spoiled My Entire Life. Pls i request to All don't visit Dr Sree Ranga Laxmi Nd Raghu doctors.pls pls pls. She Spoiled My Life.

First of all this is not multi speciality hosptial, gastrentrology, rheumatology, surgical oncology, radiation oncology, medical oncology services are not available. Other services are available and general medical treatment is good. Ambience and cleanliness is above average but not extraordinary, emergency attendence is good. Inpatient rooms are Ok, nurses attention is very good. Only negative is pricing, if you are corporate employee then you are screwed, they will charge hefty amounts without even performing test, watch out that. Almost all major insurance and corporate insurances are accepted but for postal department non cash treatment is not available you have to pay amount in advance. #apollo #insurance

Though infrastructure seems old from outside but this hospital is boon for many. Excellent Hospital Administrator and medical care. Some more junior doctors for evening hrs as suggestion.

Worst hospital. And waste of time. Doctors doesn't even no the root cause of the patient.

It's super hospital for burn injuries.but too expensive for it.but Dr Jagadeesh M Jyothi ji is super talented Dr for burning issues.

Irresponsible doctors, they are doing only duty 11 to 4 after they jump, not even concern if informed by nurses to see the patient.

Hospital is good but service is too bad no time management for staff and doctor's Apollo Drdo is not up to mark compared to Apollo jublee hills. Need to improve little bit.rest all good.

I had a bitter experience with DRDO Apollo Hospital and would like to share with you. My intention of sharing with you all to ensure you don't suffer the way I was for 20 days.

My father was admitted to hospital for Pneumonia on 18th Feb'19 and he was brought to the Hospital from our village with a travel of 4 hrs without Oxygen support. His all parameters (BP, Heart Rate, Sugar) were within control but was having breathing problem.

My Father was given lot of Anti- biotics for 18 days and his health getting deteriorated day by day. The doctor (A Raghu) Raghu could not identify the root cause of the disease. There was delay in conducting the tests and reports were not shared with us. He was sure the treatment is not responding but still kept the patient in ICU for no reason.

My observation: A Raghu is not a competent doctor and do not communicate clearly with the patient's relative. Finally we had to move the patient to other hospital forcibly.

My advice: Please do not get your loved ones to DRDO Appollo Hospital as the doctors are not competent and the staff is also very arrogant.

Worst emergency doctor, do no how to behave with patients. Yestarday he tried to kill my mother with wrong treatment. Worst hospatial worst doctors. That Dr. Raghu, also does not no how to talk with ppl. Chi thu waste hospatial. Ambulance service also waste. Blady basterds hospatials.

Worst staff including ward boy to nurses, help desk, billing and in emergency ward ppl.
No ware u feel like Apollo, its worst than govt hospital.

Warest hospital in Hyderabad I suggest to all don't go this hospital. Osmania hospital better than apollo drdl NO DOCTOR VIST IN WARD in cardio emergency ward also No one vist.
There is No DOCTOR only white cot "DACCO"

Billing section staff - 'Murli' is very unmannered, non cooperative, barbarous and over all disgusting.
