I went for full body checkup of my mother. Till payment they were assisting us very well. But once payment was done, no one was there to guide us where to go. And after tests, doctor consult experience was horrible. They were giving us least priority. We reached hospital at morning 10 and I was among few who reached there at that time, but our turn came at 2pm when all other people were done. Once payment is done they will treat you miserably.

We got treatment from Dr Lakshmi and she is very good doctor and kind at heart. Her diagnosis for our problem was good and we got cured in less time because of her prompt medication and care.

Worst service in delivery of reports when gone through a health check up when compared to other leading hospitals. Total 3 days to deliver the reports and no consultation provided at end of the day.

The same kind of reports are provided by by 03: 00pm max on the same day, followed by proper consultation with doctor in other leading hospital which is opp to gateway, hi tech city.

Don't go by brand name. They don't care once you opted and payed the amount for a service.

More than 6hours waiting time without information. Their is only 1 doctor for scanning and check up

Firstly, I have been here to consult a dermatologist, The doctor, <Alekya S>, is not available at hospital timing. We, along with other patients, waited for the doctor from 6-7pm though we had booked an appointment.

Secondly, w.r. T her behavior, the above-mentioned doctor doesn't seem to be interested in treating patients. Finally, Dr.winded up consultation just by writing what we say and without keen observation over the skin, etc.

And we went to Emergency Department in Apollo, Kothaguda. Emergency Physician said we can’t even give any painkiller injection or tablet till we get and X-ray and front office and Staff Nurse says we have X-ray Facility but there is no X-ray technician and he will come after 1-2 hours. When there is a Emergency Department if there is no basic facility what is the use of having Emergency Department when doctor can’t even give basic First aid also? He had pain and swelling in his Left Ankle. ER Physician is asking us to take him to KIMS Hospital, Kondapur.

Don't get fooled by corporate name of this hospital. No staff in here is well trained in customer experience or handling. You are out of there mind and services as soon as you pay the final bill amount. To give my personal experience I was double charged on my card transaction and as of writing this review I haven't received my amount back. The front desk people are next to nothing, they don't really bother even if you protest sitting in front of them. The account's guy just brushes his responsibility and doesn't answer any relevant questions asked. To my surprise these's no one to handle my problem in entire hospital (although it's corporate). I visited few people and yet they say they are not responsible for the problem I have. And the customer care number provided on the website is at next level as they just say the same scripted responses for every query (that customer care number is just there for compliance purpose). All in all corporate or not every hospital out there is the same, squeeze as much money as they can from the patient and you won't get the expected services from them.

Doctor Neelwanti Soni misdiagnosed my illness and prescribed medicines for a condition I didn't have. Total waste of time and money. I had to take tests which made no sense. What's the use of such doctors.

All they care about is money. Even if you have the best of insurance, they will make you run around. It’s better go to CARE or Apollo Jubilee Hills

Utter waste of money & time. There is no response from the hospital over missing reports and over the phone calls. Same line announced busy line and on another minute no one is answering. Seriously they shouldn't be part of healthcare fraternity.

Worst Hospital, Completely Business oriented, Visited Dr. Jagadish Kanukuntlka (Internal Medicine) Initially his treatment was good but later he started suggesting unnecessary tests to extend the hospitalization, he even went on to say false things to Scare us and holding the discharge. He further on suggested Cancer test and when we went to apollo Jubilee hills where the test was to happen the doctor there clearly asked who asked you to do this test? It is completely not necessary for you as you have no symptoms of the underlying condition. We returned back to Kondapur Apollo then the doctor says why did you ask that doctor or meet that doctor? He even stated false blood report verbally in order to scare us more to stay at hospital so that we can bill us with costly to very costly tests. When we got the same report on mobile next day through the link the report for completely something different than what DR Jagadish told us verbally. Pure Business minded things happen at this Hospital. We finally took discharge and the bill for 6 days was approx 1.2 lakhs.

I am very happy with the doctors in the Hospital. Appointments are delayed however being a surgical center I can understand that doctors are delayed due to surgeries.

Worst staff. I booked online for doctor through medibuddy. He is not available. Why there is no prior information? Hospital reception and staff don't know how to behave with people. Corporate hospitals looting money from people. Jaffa fellows.

Very worst management.completely commercial. We have to tell them their duties and responsibilites. Even the doctors also so commercial. They suggests pro health checkups which they will say they will monitor 1 year, 3 years etc.

Slow billing.
Doctors consultation are faster than the billing process. So I landed up waiting for longer for billing than the doctors.

Hospital is clean, hygiene and patient friendly. I have admitted here for my infected sebaceous cyst removal on Saturday (07/12/2019). Satish from Apollo helped me with all insurance formalities one day before after I send soft copies of my insurance details. Doctor asked me to get minor surgical profile on Friday to avoid delay. I got admitted smoothly and PAC done and surgery was done at the planned 1PM. Dr E. DEBARAJU REDDY took care of treatment from start to end. They have given decent single room post surgery. Nurses took care of medication and timely food etc. They have discharged me on Sunday at 4PM. They have allowed my parents and kids to visit regularly. I am recovering now. Overall very good hospital to get your planned treatments/surgeries done. I have taken cashless treatment with insurance so I I paid cash only for non medicals. I am satisfied with overall Apollo kondapur hospital services. Doctor is Expert and patient Friendly. Hospital is Hygiene and staff is patient friendly.

Do not get fooled with the brand name. This is the worst ever hospital. Everyone in the hospital, from janator to nurse to supporting humors are highly money minded. Everything is commercial here.
They do not give priority to patients from out side doctors.
Nurses are very poor skilled, few of them do not even know how to use needle, and when to give the medicines. When I was in high pain, they gave my overdose of anti biotic, which gave me more gas than relief.
They didn't even care to give back the actual medicines that we bought during the stay.

Support staff greedy for money for everything, for cleaning the rooms, for helping the patient in walking, for wheelchair.

Insurance processing is worst, they have only 2-3 rooms with two bed capacity which most of the insurances pay for. Without asking the patient they allocate single room and start charging for single tariff. Please note that the tariff vary based on room size, which results at least 15% high in overall bill.

Only the rating am giving is for cleanliness

Apollo has good doctors, but doesn't care of patients time during a consultation visit.
It happened twice with us that we just waited for thr doctor to arrive 80-90mins even after having a confirmed appointment time. We also got the confirmation call that doctor will be on time so you also plz be on time.
This is highly frustrating and not expected from a hospital of this stature.
Like doctors, patients also need to plan their day and with this kind of irresponsiveness and irresponsibility patients lose their trust and motivation to visit apollo.

I would like to thanks Dr Jagadeesh for his support and explanation for my aunt's chronic thyroid problem. He is one of the best physicians I have met in Kondapur.

Worst service ever seen. I had given blood sample for CBC test, after one day I went for report but for my surprise they said blood sample is missing. Instead of taking responsibility they said you haven't given blood sample After long discussion they asked me to come on next day. But again same story happened. Really very disappointing service from such a big hospital. Never expected this from Apollo. Finally I asked them to refund my money, they agreed. Hope it will be done soon. I request you people to understand the seriousness here. It is not just a matter of money! It is a matter of emergency, matter of life, matter of responsibility. You people are dealing with human bodies not a devices. Hope it will never repeat to anyone else.

They are not 24/7 unless you are admitted. To get any report you have to literally wait for hours and they will suggest you to download your report from their website which is no use.

1star is for staff of OP. They dont know how to manage the people with appointment and the walkins.

Front desk is worst. Very lazy and don't guide you correctly nor they know much about the doctors timmings.they know only to swipe your cards well.
