Pathetic hospital, Doctors never arrive on time always unavailable, staff have no clue where the doctor is. Experienced this multiple times.

The service was very good and they strictly follow the time schedule. The food was ok not bad and the operation was a success

Worst experience with Doctor Ramakrishna. Sir, Please stop talking on phone infront of patient. If it is really urgent take break for sometime. Becoz we are paying 500rs for consultation and not even giving 5min to say our problems. He don't care what patient is saying. I visited this hospital for my mother by seeing reviews. Faced bad experience 2 times during revisit for review. But the staff is very good and polite. May be, I am the only person got bad experience or the reviews are fake.

I had my maternity in the Archana hospital there were good and especially about the gyno doctor MADHURI MALAYALA she is good in nature, polite, and quick responser for any health issue

As per my advice everyone who goes to the hospital for gyno I suggest to take the treatment with Madhuri doctor.

Even though I am the last patient of the day Dr Priyank sir treats me as first patient of the day like shows that his interest work dedication. I recommend archana hospitals when you need treatment with care

My dad got his knee replacement. DR. Siddhar reddy when archana hospital We had the best experience and hospitality so far we have seen in any hospital.
Doctor's cleary explained the procedure to us and prepared us up front. Admission process was right on time and no waiting. Nursing and non medical staff are all very helpful and nice to us. We never felt any discomfort in this entire journey. I would surely recommend this hospital for any one.

They are Cheats, Dr Sidharth Reddy,
Director and Orthopaedic surgeon son of Dr Chinna Reddy is a Fraud person. He cheats people. He is a 3rd class doctor. Dr Siddharth Reddy is a thief, Choor Hai.
He also cheats patients by over Billing.
Be cautious before getting treated by Dr Siddharth Reddy.
Gynecologist Dr Louka is also a cheater.
They are total fraud. Nurses act like doctors.
Be cautious before getting treated at Archana Hospital.
By the way it's not not leaving the Job. It's your own staff testimony, as to how you people cheat the patients

I wish I could give negative rating. Such a worst hospital with such worst and inexperienced doctors. I admitted my mother in emergency for fluid accumulation in lungs. Apart from lungs treatment those useless doctors did dialysis had put her on ventilator intentionally made the patient look so critical. They charged me for 3.5 lacs for just 5 days. The doctor named (so called nephrologist) did 6 time dialysis for no reason just to increase the bill amount. The supretendant Mr Arif is one of the worst, money minded and most inhumane in nature manges the hospital.

Sincere request to you all if u can avoid this hospital with all unskilled doctors.

Worst hospital ever with stupid doctor (Mr Arun Nephrologist). They will keep the patient without doing any treatment, and will wait when the patient will be critical, so that they can loot u. In top of that someone should team the Dr. ARIF (so called superintendent) some manners. If u r vising make sure u are checking ur bill thoroughly, for us they had charged ac room charge keeping us in non ac room.

The service they have provided has been excellent. Surroundings and atmosphere around the hospital was good.

Dears, I have never seen this type of challenging Doctors in hospital especially Dr. Loukya Madam has given back my Wife's life. She has taken my wife's 7th surgery, almost I lost my hopes but Loukya madam filled our life with Happiness. She is really like an ANGEL in our life. Thanks to Entire Hospital staff for their caring. Worst Experience. I went for vaccination here.bad experience and rude behaviour of staff. For vaccination took almost 1 hour even I am the only one person in the queue. When I asked for the certificate of vaccination they said wait till next day.

Entire experience in Archana hospital is very good. Doctors are very well experienced and treats the patient's very well. Especially Dr. Siddharth Reddy, Orthopaedic is very good, caring, speaks well with the patient. Total hospitality is good.

Those staff vaccine filled in the room, we can't see wether that medicine is vaccine or other, I suggest fill in syringe in front of customer is correct.

Worst hospital. No covid protocol followed. Doctors and nurses are roaming in ICU without masks. When complained, they started behaving very rudely

Doctors aren’t timely available even when the patient condition is serious, they just visit on their fixed timings. Delay/ negligence in finding out the cause of illness n providing some other treatment s without finding the actual cause (Giving wrong medication without diagonising the problem). We have admitted my mother around Saturday evening after a stroke and there were 3more strokes after admitting one at 11pm and other around 4am other at 10am, and still the doctor was unavailable and the doctor visited at 11am at his usual hours by the time my mom was in coma and this hospital doesn’t have proper doctors and facilities to treat this and then the doctor visited us and asked us to shift to another hospital if we wish and we decided to shift to another hospital and they took more than 2hrs for discharging the patient even in such a critical situation. Such an irresponsible hospital and doctor i have ever seen. My mom would have been alive if they have done proper diagonis and given correct medication on time without wasting 1 whole day. And the doctor whom we consulted is Dr.dileep

Good hospital with all the facilities, all the staff are professionals at there respectful positions. Dr. Dilip kumar was the referral doctor for us to this hospital. It was smooth going my mother recovered with in 2 days. Her sugar levels were stabilised over the night with great care by all the shift doctors and supporting staff. Advice was to more modernisation and extra rooms required.

My uncle drank sanitizer and we took him to this hospital and directly announced that he is tested covid+ve they told they keep him on ventilator but when we took him to the another hospital the pulse rate was 94 this is tryin hust to seek money from people.

Fully commercial and waste hospital I ever seen in my life, I took my wife with labour pains to the hospital, after struggling for hours we have been aloted a room, they used some tablets to stop the pains and created an emergency situation to operate with c-section

Doctors are nice, explained things very well.
But the management is worst including reception staff, no covid precautions are being used in hospital, no social distance are being practiced, washroom are messy

We visited recently for fever and cold related issue. Even without checking temperature doctor directly saying there is no normal fevers now, all are covid cases only. It was hurrible, we made covid test it was -ve. And medicines are giving like chocolates even we asked to reduce tablets he is convincing all r necessary.bad experience for me. Sorry

Expert and well experienced doctors, efficient administration, courteous customer service, cleanliness, hygienic canteen facilities, efficient security and importantly all medical services are charged at a reasonable price with qualitative performance. Once you get an admission then they take complete care of you.

I underwent Open Heart Surgery at Archana Hospital, Dadar. The Doctor did 7 numbers bypass (CABG x 7) on 14 July 2018. Excellent attention and care in ICU and ward. The Doctor was God-Send and did a wonderful job on my heart. Will always be grateful to him and the hospital. Great clean and lovable patient care. Thanks Archana

I didn't find any expert docters.huge fees for docters and scans, tests.just compare the fees and tests in other hospitals. Irresponsible internal staff.
