Pathetic, tired to rip me off. I refrained from suing this hospital for scaring me to death when they diagnosed me with diabetes and other kidney problems, when I had no issues at all. Dr. Syed Md. Ghouse written multiple tests (test results were unreliable too) and given all sorts of weird reasons for the problem I had explained. Finally I went to see someone else in the same hospital who discharged me dismissing all that trash. By then I already spent more than 25k, and under gone Contra CT SCAN etc, unnecessarily going through needles and pain. This was around 10yrs back. Be very careful whom you see when you are visiting this hospital.

Loved it. Nursing care is good. Doctors are exceptionally good. Dietician is good. Over all satisfied.

I was admitted at Visakhapatanam hospital from 09.11.201 to 13.11.201 for prostate related surgery. Dr. Amit Saple and his team is super. Language is issue with nursing and house keeping for non telegu people. My worst experience in this hospital was with the Billing incharge. He harassed a lot at the time of discharge in giving documents. At the time of admission also the fellow misguided about insurance reimbursement and tried to exploit. How such a nice hospital can have such person in so important post?

Well. My father was suffering from prostate enlargement for the last one and half years and was advised by my dear friend Dr Leela Krishna to get the excess growth removed surgically. It was seconded by Dr Mallikharjuna whom I heard is among the foremost urologists in India. Consultation was done at AINU HITEC City branch but surgery was performed here due insurance issues. But I didn't find any difference other than that between the two branches in terms of quality. Surgery was performed by Dr Leela Krishna and Dr Taif Bendigeri in less than an hour. No after effects. My father was treated like a new born baby by the doctors, the nursing staff and more importantly by the assisting staff and cleaners. High standards of professionalism were observed not just in my father's case but also with every patient who was getting treated here. The USP of AINU is that the patient will be visited atleast 3 to 4 times in a day by multiple batches of doctors and it's almost like every doctor gets to know every patient. This really helps in terms of boosting patient morale and confidence. Should thank Dr PC Reddy especially for the kindness and regard he showered on us during our stay. Finally I'd like to say a few words about a part of the hospital nobody speaks about in general. The canteen in the hospital is run very professionally and serves nutritious and tasty food for very reasonable rates. In fact these are among the lowest prices in all corporate hospitals in Hyderabad and the best in quality. Many tend to overlook this aspect but it is the most important thing for many poor and middle class people who come for treatment. Especially Mr Gopi and Mr Sailendra give a pleasant smile every time. Spreads positive vibes. All in all AINU is strongly recommended for anyone suffering from Urology or Nephrology related health issues.

I should say this is an excellent hospital for treatment of urology problem.
I came from Bangladesh, got an appointment with Dr. Mallikarjuna on 11th February. I was prescribed some testing and at the end of the day the problem was diagnosed. Finally, he suggested for an operation. I was also provided with a complete idea about cost involvement. But, finally they invoiced 30k less than the initial estimation.

I was admitted on 17th February and operated on the same day. I was released on 20th. I saw that they have a good and motivated team of doctors, nurses and medical technologist. The doctors are visiting patient cabin/ward as a group frequently, executives are also coming and taking feedback every day. Thus they are ensuring the best service for the patients.
