High amount for partial parts. It won't work after 5months. I bought Samsung galaxy m51 for 18k. They charged 10k for screen change and power supply belt change. After my 5 months my screen touch again not working. Again they asked me to pay 8.3k. It's better to avoid service centre if warranty expires.

They do check phones and do charge for service but they don't issue receipt they are cheating samsung and custamers.i paid money and I don't even received any onlinereceipt or offline recept

Very rude staff. The way they call the customer name is as if they are giving money to the beggars, the irritation in their voice and when the customer is in the F2F counter, they work on other mobiles like forever, and when we ask how much more time should we wait, sir please wait I am working on a mobile fix, dude, what the heck, why did you call customers to the counter when you can't attend them immediately and the way they tell the prices like as if we can't afford.anyways I should have understood this when the whole store is empty, keep it up guys you are succesfull in driving away the customers

Plz don't visit this service center, they don't know about the mobile service, they are not commanding on service
My mobile M51 model got charging issue and submitted my mobile for rectifying the issue in service center they called to me next day and informed mother board issue need to replace it.

Don't visit this service center.
They are not responding quickly.
Worst service center.

Though spares and service are costly when compared to local market, we can get reliable spares and quality service here. They are maintaining time schedule. Communication to the customes also very good. Only drawback is not having sufficient parking place for customers.

Worst center taking money from customers i have display problem and charge point is working even though my phone is in working condition but also they told you need to change whole display along with charge point.
They simply took inspection charges 180rs.
They are charging for display 6500 and giving only 3months warranty which is not a reliable thing in this product.
Samsung service and terms and conditions are totally useless.
When they can't even give 1 year warranty after repairing or replacement then all the Samsung products are waste to use.
Please don't buy Samsung phones especially.

My Samsung Galaxy M31 phone fell into water and phone was constantly getting restarted at boot screen. This was inspected at KPHB Samsung servive centre. Upon inspection they told mother board need to be replaced & cost is around Rs 8000 and hence, it wasn't given for service.
After 2 days, phone started working normally, there's no issue since then. I would have been at a loss of 8k if I'd have replaced it as advised.

I recently had my phone screen replaced at the Samsung service center, and I was very impressed with their service. The technicians were able to replace my screen in just one hour, which was very convenient for me. While the price for the replacement was a bit high, it was definitely worth it given the value of my phone. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received and would recommend this center to anyone in need of phone repairs.

I visited to replace battery for my mobile. The engineer made me to submit the phone as he suspected hardware issues. He charged 180 INR and told that the battery is unavailable. To raise an order, i shud submit the phone to them for ten working days. So he intentionally charged me 180 INR. He might have told me in the first hand about the unavailability of the battery. Bad service center. Instead, the sales and service center near BJP office is comparatively better atleast in terms of response.

Worst service center at kukatpally. They don't any phones spare parts. They will take your phone for one week to get repair. Whatever u ask for 1 or 2 years back phones. They will say parts are not available and ask like pay money now and will let you know once the parts comes. #Samsung needs to look into it about spare parts cost and availability.

Very bad experience, had issue with my new Samsung s22+
They took twice and said no problem with the mobile.
After showing them the problem also, they denied that there is no problem.
This is not the way service centres should work.

As of now, visited this service center for 3 times and have not faced any bad experience. Front desk people are polite and they'll help for our issue. Only thing is if you have insurance you're safe else spare parts/repair cost will be high.

Went there after reading all the negative reviews here. But was absolutely delighted with the service at this service centre! They were quick to identify the problem and did appropriate replacements within warranty. Great technicians who were courteous and explained the problem in simple terms!

As usual anyone can see more people coming to this place holding samsung. Service is good but after service issue is not addressed that quickly with the best solution.

1. It took 4 visits to service center to resolve the issue - Not a complaint, server issues they said. Understandable
2. **SHAMEFUL ACT** Service executive asked my phone and he took the survey which I'm supposed to take, when I asked what he's doing on my phone he kept silent and closed the browser and handed over the phone to me. When I asked why he took the feedback survey (I checked my browser which said, thanks for the feedback), he said it's noting and I will get a call by evening for feedback which I obviously didn't receive.
3. I spoke to the service center in the evening regarding the feedback call which they mentioned, they said I will receive it in a week which I'm not believing cuz no company sends a feedback request after a week of service
4. I know their names too who took the survey and who mentioned the wrong timeline, but do not want to disclose it in a public forum.

Over all, the service is okay, but they should follow minimum ethics to provide correct information and ***should allow their customers to provide feedback rather than taking customers mobile phones and filling the survey for themselves!

Editing it after a month. Haven't received any call! Raised a complaint with Samsung, hope they should feed some ethics to these unethical customer care executive!

Very bad and poor service, my smart watch galaxy watch 4 lte which was under warranty, they refused to even look into it, worst exp.buying their luxuary watches worth 30to 40k and cant even calim warranty is such a useless thing
