Good atmosphere and plenty of space to sit with friends and chillout near the tech park.but they have to concentrate on the cleanliness near the sitting area gutkha and pan has been splitted near the sitting space all the street dogs will occupy the sitting area most of the time.please concentrate on these things.

Auto rickshaws charge more and leave very far from your office location

Back gate maintenance is worst. One has to go through a pool of water and this is not just in rainy season. They don't care to resolve. This is the worst tech park I have ever seen.

Phoenix aVance Business Hub is one of the best office workspaces in Hyderabad. The place is very well maintained and secured. There is a good parking facility available in each and every building. Overall a great environment.

Earlier OLA & Uber cabs, food delivery guys were not allowed inside the SEZ.

Now Internal roads, pavements, smoking zones, seating area and infrastructure has improved a lot.

Avance Hub is a well maintained Hub where many organisations are set up many facilities are there for employees like the cafeteria, walking zone and many more etc.

बाहर बैठी गेट में एंट्री करने वाली security महिला बहुत ही बेकार है। उन्हें बात करने की तमीज नही है। किनसे, कब और कैसे बात करें पता ही नही। मुझे बहुत गुस्सा आया था उस महिला उपर लेकिन मुझे कुछ करना नही था इसलिए चुप चाप आ गया। ऐसे लोगो से उलझना बहुत बेकार है।

IT Hub very close to Cybertowers and Mindspace campus. Prime location to many software organizations in Hyderabad.

Business hub with many MNC's, has all facilities for a big business, some big companies are like Amazon, Optum, Value Labs etcs

Ascendas IT park consists of many software companies. Great amenities provided. Cleanliness maintained. One of the best IT parks in Hyderabad with companies like Cognizant, HCL, ValueLabs, Optum, IBM and many more. The facilities provided by them are very good.

SEZ area having offices of tech giants like optum, capgemini, cognizant. This area has all the facilities which includes pharmacy, atm, separate smoking zone. Good option for commute are also available. This area is also nearby to few residential societies where one can get flat at affordable rate. Overall good you will get good experience, if your office is in this business park.

Worst ever Sez. Cabs are not allowed inside. Employees have to walk a loooong distance to reach their offices. They have only one free shuttle which is not at all sufficient for employees.

Many software companies like hcl, cognizant Optum, Kony are inside this avance business hub. It is neat and clean but the road inside has many ups and downs and hard to drive there. It is very near from hitech city jntu road.

Ample parking space, comfortably designed office spaces and cafeteria. Outside security is lax though as they allow entry to people who drive in from the wrong side of the road.

Not so great. It's a small IT park, feels kind of congested. It's in good location. Worst part is they don't allow Uber or Swiggy people inside.

Good place in middle of high tech city. Easy communication. Food option is basted on road side trolly

Good:
1. Neat surroundings
2. Secured place.
3. Roads are repaired instantly when ever they get damaged
4.7 seaters are available for employees. Not in odd timings.
Bad:
1. There is no smoking zones separately.
People smoke everywhere and come in lifts which effects others.
2. Non synced lifts for many days.
Our office is at 7 th floor and it took waiting time of 10 mins at least for a lift for many days.
3. No taxis/buses allowed: Even if you are an employee they does not allow cabs inside.
We need to walk for a long distance if it's the last building.

Very shoddy work, not at all on par with other SEZs in the same area. Construction quality is just average.

Place wise it’s good one. Around 12 buildings are there in Phoenix avance. This is a sez. The main worst part of this sez is speed breakers. Unnecessary speed breakers. Too many speed breakers. Inside Phoenix avance roads are not good. Phoenix avance maintenance people don’t bother about roads. They don’t repair road as soon as it was damaged. Trees are also very less. Shuttle service here in this sez is good.

If any one going for interview don't go by your own vehicles as there is no parking available and we have to put our bikes outside only.and traffic police put challans heavily

Phoenix avance is one of the SEZ in Hyderabad and it has huge number of IT organisations like HCl, HSBC. Quantum, IBM, Capgemini, freyr, maq software etc.it also huge icici bank and different banks ATM s and a medical hall for emergency requirements.

Business park is well maintained. One has to pass through two rounds of security checks before entering the actual building security.

It's a Hub of major IT companies and foreign operating companies like amazon, ICICI, OTSI, HCL, KONY LABS, COGNIZANT etc.
Has ATM's and a Medical Dispensary with few food places in and outside at a walkable distance around it.
However the private cabs like ola and Uber cannot enter the SEZ and can be accessed outside the SEZ main entrance.

Really well maintained.no parking for visitors is the only draw back.
Apart from it the construction is well planned

There's only one place to eat in the complete SEZ and there are no stalls allowed. Otherwise it's a good and calm place to work.

I didnt like the architecture of the buildings and the parking lots. Messy. Yet a good business park!

SEZ with small roads inside and building attached with each other risk of continuous collapse due to any fire and earthquake

It seems like fully developed and.some of great companys are located in this area.but there is an a issue with parking.and great security system.

Its a good SEZ. But the maintenance is bad. They allow smoking everywhere where even no smoking boards are there. And, washrooms are not cleanly maintained.otherwise, its good.

A SEZ accommodating multinational software companies with high rise building, peaceful atmosphere and good ambience. The parking is not convenient. Rules are strict. No non smoking areas. A few hotels are available offering costly food. People there mostly depend on wayside hawkers for meals and snacks.

Worst SEZ in hyderabad i believe.
They don't have much parking space and battery vehicles are not operated frequently.
Unnecessary rules to cabs entering into the campus.
Security supervisors could have been a better educated persons or having minimum commonsense

Its Amazonian's. By the name, you would definitely figure out the place to be as esteem as the organisation. Great place to work, with soothing interiors and delicious food.

It was my first working location in Hyderabad.place is nice with good parking space.however not that big as mindspace. It hub completely surrounded by Hotel Lemon tree and others.
