One of the oldest buildings in punjagutta area. 5 floor building and ground floor ansd first floor mostly jewellers and rest of the floor having private businesses. 3 floor basement parking. Opp to south india shopping mall punjagutta.

This is one of the old malls located in the city. Still much maintenance is required. Not worthy for shopping with family. This place is not so good nothing specials there are more office rather than shop.
Not recommended for shopping
1. This is quite an old mall, maintenance is poor. 2. It has turned more of an office space. 3. Not many options for shopping. 4. Location is good. 5. Parking available. 6. The toilets were not so clean.
