Back to Nature Spine Clinic

I visited the spine clinic on November 4,2023 for an appointment at 11 AM. However, I had to wait until 4: 30 PM to see the doctor. This clinic does not have a token system or a proper appointment system. Anyone can go straight to the doctor without waiting in line. There is no first come first serve system in this clinic. I felt very frustrated and angry by the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown by the staff and the doctor. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who values their time and health. Please don't go there, don't waste your time and money by going there, staff need to learn how to behave with patients and don't go there by watching Instagram reels, insta doctor, if you went there please ask other patients is it 1st visit or 2nd, no one will come 2nd time. We went there by 4pm The staff sent us to the doctor at 7pm after that the doctor said to us to take a scan and come tomorrow, we already took an appointment but no use, Simply they are wasting our valuable time, and they need a crowd to show off and impress the patients.

Wasting your time and money by going there. Mr Sandeep's behaviour is very bad, first he needs to know how to behave with patients then automatically staff learn how to behave with patients, they are wasting our valuable time and money, showoff showoff don't go there by watching Instagram reels, all the patients are 1st time visiting people they didn't come second time. Better to avoid the place (it's not a clinic),

I have gone for 3 days sessions, but truly I got so much relief, I surely thankfull to Dr.sandeep

I am Suffering from L4 L5 S1 disc BULGE from past 10 months i feel better after coming here for the treatment i attended 3 sessions and 50% pain gone and doctor suggested to do spine mobility exercises and take vitamins rich food

Worst clinic ever, they are more concerned about your money than the treatment. The doctor (sandeep) won't listen to you if you are complaining about a problem, I kept on saying that I'm experiencing pain in my upper back and he kept on saying that I don't have a problem at all. I doubt if he's a doctor in the first place. I did everything they advised for the next few days and there's not even 0.00001% improvement.
I'd never suggest this clinic to anyone don't trust the vidoes on their page. Face clinic fake doctor

I was having back pain went for 3 sessions, but in 2 sessions only I got cured, I am very happy now doing all my thing individually, thank you so much doctor.

Disappointing Experience with Back to Nature Chiropractic

I've been suffering from severe neck and back pain for the past three years and have tried several treatments including physiotherapy and seeing an orthopedist. After seeing videos of chiropractic treatment on Instagram, I was tempted to try it out. I made an appointment at Back to Nature Chiropractic and was surprised to be able to schedule one for the same weekend.

During the consultation, the doctor simply looked at my x-rays and prescribed three spinal adjustment sessions without even physically examining my spine. I was also shocked to be pressured into paying the full cost of ₹15,000 (₹5000 per session) in advance.

The treatment itself was underwhelming. The doctor spent only 6 to 10 minutes per session cracking bones, but I didn't feel any significant relief from my pain. On the third day, the doctor only treated my neck for 2 minutes, which felt like a waste of time, money and it felt like i was tricked to complete 3 sessions.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at Back to Nature Chiropractic. It seems like they prioritize money over actually helping their patients, and I did not receive any useful tips or advice from the doctor to manage my pain. I would not recommend this clinic.

It's completely waste of money i also spend 18500, i am totally unsatisfied the treatment, i went there multiple problems, but they focussed one or two issues, actually three seasons i have taken but doctor given treatment time is only 5-6 min, so i thought only 5-6 min time but 6000 income, even there ultrasound therapy machine is notworking but they're doing same that machine

Yes now i m having sciatica pain severe.cocycx pain.i went to some other hospital after 2 adjustment for above issues. 60% better still having issue.

Since a month resting completely. For one session you take 5k. But hardly perfection of adjustment and later facing other issue as i addressed.

Nothing suggested.just had 2 sessions post to that, suggested for xray. Meanwhile due to sciatica i m resting.

I had 2 adjustment for Severe pain of my l3 and L4 disc. They even posting in Instagram my video without my consent. Post to that i got immediately next day sciatica pain. Which became worse. I went to other hospital now. What i understood is if not properly adjusted very dangerous. Now i m facing shoulder blades pain, neck pain all of sudden no where since hood i had this immediately started after sciatica adjustment.

Hello as of on 12-12-2022 i went for tailbone adjustment and he took money for spinal adjustment cause he can't adjust tailbone myt be and dipped my money 5000rs am not satisfied the pain is same now as it is same day and i can't sleep righting it with deep pain and charged me 1200rs for ultra sound which was just 2mins and not even a baby massage please please don't waste ur money. The videos are up to the mind satisfaction they turned off the Instagram comments to and am not gonna leave them untill my amount is back.

One of the worst Hospitality you give to patients, No one respond on phone.by God Grace if they do, one lady is very low at her voice and always talks about payment rather the services, queries, etc if any.it shows that your money greedy than that of Patient service. By Experiencing the situations, please you have a good name but the way your reception responds is wierd.

Yeah probably the worst ever clinic I've ever visited. I came here for my lower pack pain and after all these expensive treatments, my back is still the same. Like i never saw any difference in my back during the treatment itself. Looting people and making a fool out of a patient is the speciality of dr sandeep. Majority of the people are ordinary middle class people. I've paid around 15.5k for my treatment which didn't even give me any relief. Later I found out there are actually many underrated brilliant physiotherapists who charge less and give a full recovery treatment.

I will definitely recommend this hospital back to nature Spine clinic. I was suffered with pelvic tilt and Sciatica nerve pain after visiting this hospital I see a difference in my walking and nerve pain was better in two sitting. Dr recommend 6 sittings to cure it completely.

I suffering from scoliosis.
And i completed 12 sessions, in that iam feeling better day by day. Now iam cure.
The staff is good indira sis was nice person.

I have visited back to nature for my son Mr. Pradyumna for occupational therapy. Dr. Sandeep is very good in understanding problem and approach towards therapy of children is appreciable.

Dr.sandeep is an excellent doctor, passionate and kind hearted.whoever visits his clinic will never regret.bcz he is such an expert.
Any problem will be cured in seconds. Frm past 19 years i was suffering frm spine problems.i have taken many medications.and there is no hospital which i din't go through but unfortunately nothing worked.nd then i got to know abt his clinic frm youtube.and this was my last hope so i went to his clinic and took treatment nd i really got much relief after that. Iam very thankful to him.and also one of the staff member was indra mam.she was very cooperative and helpful.

I am diagnosed with scoliosis during my college days and I'm 40years now that means I having this problem from past 25years. From all these years I have visited lot of hospitals, also tried alternative therapies but didn't get rid of the problem. I came to know about this clinic from my friend and I started visiting the clinic and After 5 treatments/sittings there is lot of change in the curvature of the spine, my walking style got changed, feeling much better and more confident now. I am hoping it will be corrected fully in few days. I am very happy with the treatment given Dr Sandeep sir and I feel it's a god's grace to get such a wonderful doctor and wonderful human being. He is very friendly and at the same time he is very passionate about the treatment and he has given me a hope that I will be recovering fully and will become normal in few days.
