My first solo trek started with bcf.i loved the way John (facilitator) facilitated the trek. He was very patient and with that warm smile from starting. He encouraged me more, so I can do on my own. I suggest everyone to experience any treks with BCF.

One of the unforgettable trek for me, as I lost my phone while descending and its almost dark. Thank you Bharath for finding it successfully, it means a lot. Last night barbeque, nattu kodi chicken, entho kasthadi chesina hot chocolate are a bonus. Without any doubt, I would recommend BCF, they make everyone included. Looking forward to join you guys on many more adventures.

Jhon - First of all thank you so much for organizing such a wonderful event. Loved the way you explained each and every minute detail. Glad that I had cancelled my pondicherry trip plans at the last minute for this one. Also special thanks to vijay Anthony, vinay gokana, shashank garu, suresh garu, Rahul, divya, prathibha and others, you guys made this trip a memorable one.

I have went few treks with BCF and for all the treks were with Bharath. I'll definitely recommend this group for your treks.

I haven't faced any issues with this group all the treks fun and adventurous. Recent trek was Hadsar fort and Jivdhan Rappelling, it was very well organized and had great fun. 5-Star rating for the trek leader Bharath.

I have had the privilege of traveling with Backpackers and City Freaks (BCF) for nearly three years, and I can confidently say that they have never disappointed me. This time, I want to share my experience on a recent 3-day, 2-night trip that took us to some incredible destinations.

Our journey covered an array of breathtaking places, including Sathodi Waterfalls, St. Mary's Island, Honnavar Boating, Mangrove Forest Boardwalk, Kapu Beach, Marvanthe Beach, Nirvana Beach, Eco Beach, and Udupi's Sri Krishna Temple. This itinerary was nothing short of extraordinary.

What truly elevated this trip was our outstanding trip lead, Ramraj. He was not just a great host but a responsible and caring individual who made this experience unforgettable. Ramraj kept us engaged with a variety of activities, from Uno to Damshalarts and Bluff, ensuring there was never a dull moment. But what set him apart was his attention to detail. He made sure everyone had their meals, woke up on time, and felt comfortable throughout the journey.

One aspect that stands out is how faithfully we followed the provided itinerary. It's all too common for trips to deviate from their plans, but with BCF, we received the best possible experience at each destination, especially at Sathodi Falls and St. Mary's Island. There was a genuine effort to connect with these places, rather than just ticking them off a list mechanically.

Moreover, this journey allowed me to meet a diverse group of individuals with unique perspectives on life. Engaging in conversations and exchanging views with these fellow travelers not only expanded my horizons but also led to some lasting friendships.

On the downside, the accommodation at the private beach resort fell short of our expectations, especially when compared to previous stays organized by BCF. However I cant expect a luxury accommodation on a Budget trip.

I can't wait to embark on more adventures with Backpackers and City Freaks (BCF). If you're looking for a travel club that consistently delivers, BCF is the one to join.

Worst experience with BCF, 1st thing twin sharing room committed but gave 4 sharing room with no extra bed, ac is not in working condition, bath room door has no lock, entire room is just cardboard room and cigarette smoking smell in entire 5th floor.

When we asked rectify above problems facilitator told it resolved, when reached back to room at night 1am nothing is resolved and we don't have any option only thing is adjustment.

In the morning no water is coming no electricity, facilitators gave their rooms to for fresh up in other building that rooms are in good condition. Travelers paid and facilitators have fun for that.

Worst planning and timing and location knowledge because of it we loss our energy in roaming on the roads multiple times.
Same places we roomed almost 3 times that's really make us sick.

Bus was good but he not turning on ac, when we complained he turned on ac after that again he tuns off and he dropped long distance from tourist places and asked wait for the bus.
While other vehicles came to nearest tourist place and our bus not even came to our hotel as well.

Because of all above our entire trip was spoiled and our fellow travellers are very upset. No one from our group satisfied with BCF hospitality.

In this competitive growing trekking clubs, BCF stands best among them.mainly because they don't encourage smoking or alcohol. This is my 1st time with BCF, which hv given lots of memories which i can never forget in my life. They ensure women safety.
Our facilitator Manasa, have done a great job. She initiated the team gathering activities bz of which though we all met as a strangers in the trip, but at the end of the day we been soo emotionally connected towards eachother. She have lot of patience to handle the team, she ensures the team safety, comfort, her efforts in keeping the team to be full on joyfull and enthusiastic is awesome. Thanks Manasa

This is my second trip with BCF. I have been to Gokarna and now to Coorg with my sister. It's a very beautiful experience. From the beginning of the journey to the moment we depart, we were carefully looked after by our guide Sanjay. He is very organized, resourceful, and entertaining. People in our group were also very friendly. We played UNO, cards, antyakshari, out out, mimic game, word game and the list goes on. I wished the day was long so that we could enjoy more. I am very thankful to BCF for making these journeys possible, exploring new places, affordable prices, travelling with strangers and yet feeling safe all the time. Can't wait to plan another joyous trip and make new memories.

BCF is a great team in midst of commercially exploiting world. I chose BCF for my Gokarna and Scuba Diving at Murudeshwar trip. Me and my friend were planning but hesitant of how this trip would be as we are only 2 ppl but BCF unites Stags n more like us into a pack and provides the best experiences. Thanks RK, Naveen, our co-ordinators John and Prashant for providing us the great support. We went with hesitations and came back with memories. If you are looking for a trip look no further thanBCF. This was my 2nd trip with bcf. The facilitator was Datta. It was good. I had lots of fun. It was a great time with everyone, especially with datta he was very humble and polite with everyone. This was my 2nd trip with bcf my both trips were awesome.
My 1st trekking was at Khajaguda Hills with John, and that trekk was also amazing in 4 hrs. I had made new friends. John was also interacting with everyone.

WORST EXPERIENCE

I have traveled to many places and seen many countries but travelling with Backpackers and city freaks was my worst experience. We went to Pondicherry and Mahabalipuram last week during Good Friday. Many of them visit this place to see the beautiful buildings in the French colony but all we did was walk on those streets in the night and see obsoletely nothing. The accommodation provided was horrible. We paid money to have fun but all we from the time we boarded the train was adjust.

You have these trips every weekend. I m sure u must be having contacts to help u with the tickets and also with the hotels. But the way the trip was organised was bad. Time management was pathetic. For many of us it was our first solo trip but then backpackers made it a nightmare for us. The rooms were not clean and when we faced a short circuit problem in the hotel we were asked move rooms and use bathrooms of rooms that were not cleaned n littered with alcohol bottles. With the kind of money you charged you could have provided us with a decent accommodation.

We paid money to have fun n feel relaxed but only ended up getting frustrated. I will never recommend Backpackers and City Freaks to anyone

That was my first trip with BCF and also my first trip with all the strangers.we went to khajaguda trekking and that was a great great experience for me and an awesome really will remember for life. Thankyou so much BCF

Thank you John and prashanth…. This was one amazing trip…. This was my first meetup trip as solo but at the end i know that i wasn’t solo…. John made sure of that with his activities entire trip……. I had great company…. Backwaters was an unplanned highlight…again thanks to john and Prashanth……

This is my first trip with BCF and thoroughly loved it. I do want to thank Suhel for his relentless coordination and support during our trip. Suhel attended to our concerns and needs tirelessly and ensured we were comfortable. Dealing with adults of all categories is no joke and Suhel did it with ease and patience and yet with a sugary smile. I am super sure the trip wouldn't have been the same without him!
. We had a great time, many more adventures to go. Ready to backpack again!

Never had i thought it would be so much fun in the Aqua World, around the various fishes and corals
It felt like we were welcomed to have a glace into the life of those fishes

The way the sun rays shined into the water, the close shot experience of the sea world almost made me feel am one among them and the peace & tranquility of see and the way our body floated without gravity controlling us. All these felt magical
The fears became my best moments.

Being the first time to dive even though i was excited, i was a little nervous too
But all those fears turned out to be one of the most wonderful memories and adventurous in my life with the encouragement fun, care and great guidance of you guys.

Definitely planning on experiencing this fabulous dive again and lots more adventures

It was a great trip to Gokarna with backpackers, I travelled with my son but was little sceptical how it will be but turned out super good! Special Thanks for the coordinator Suhel who had lot of patience to handle everyone with such energy, never irritated or tired of anyone. Great memories to carryon!

all the trips are memorables for me
But this gokarna + scuba trip is the most special one to me
As it's one of my bucket list, the experience was just magical which took me through the under water world thats unforgettable and unexplainable experience for me which should be definitely tried. Even though I didn't know how to swim, they took care of us well and with patience.
The people I met are from different region and professions
But even with those differences we bonded like a family with whom I was unable to part with at the end and made me emotional
Our facilitator Suhel is more than a facilitator for us
He was so friendly, caring and full of vibes, energy
Definitely would love to go on more trips with BCF and especially with Suhel bro if possible

We had a positive experience with BCF as the guide was highly professional and personable, impressing us with his exceptional interpersonal skills. The trip was made even more unforgettable by the guide and fellow participants. However, I would suggest a significant improvement, namely the use of direct trains to Hyderabad instead of trains that pass through en route to other destinations. The return train was terrible, but aside from that, the entire event was wonderful.
