Worst store to visit.
The staff does not behave properly with customers. Asked them to show the shoes and the lady at billing desk shouted back. Worthless shop. Regret visiting here.

Understaffed, lack of variety, long time to serve individual customers, staff move from one customer to other depending how loud a particular customer is. So the louder you are, faster the service to you. Overall not in a good position right now...

They dont give any discount on any books or any stationary though they have many branches, but dont give 1 % of discount compare to other bookstores.nor they give any gifts or anything, on any of their products.

The products are cute no doubt, but the staff stare at you too much and wait right behind you while purchasing things. Even the women.
