Balamitra Children's hospital

May be doctors treatment is good but the staff doesn't maintain mask and gloves i have visited this hospital with my new born doughter literally I was shocked by seeing the staff, very crowded hospital there is no proper sitting place even doctors room also very much crowded. Hospital management needs to be organise well.

Treatment point of view it is good and best doctor but when come to OP waiting time is worst because even if we book the number at morning and number is also less then also we have to wait for atleast 2 to 3 hours to get the doctor treatment.

డాక్టర్ గారు చాలా బాగా ట్రీట్మెంట్ చేస్తారు, కాని అక్కడ ఉన్న స్టాఫ్ మాత్రం చాలా rude ga behave chestaru, సరిగా సమాధానం చెప్పరు, రెస్పెక్ట్ లేకుండా ఇష్టం వచ్చినట్లు మాట్లాడతారు

Doctor is very good and the treatment suits the child. But the boys working under the doctor are not communicating well and they are answering in a bad way. They don't know how to communicate and they are not maintaining the hospitality with the child's parents. All four are with the same attitude. My first visit to the hospital is when my child at 9 months. Now my child is 18months old. I met all four men working in the reception with the same attitude.
