Do not go with this store, payment process is not reliable, by swiping your card at this store you will get sms on payment confirmation and they will tell you that they didn't receive the money and you should swipe the card again, i had this experience twice in just 3 months, later also seen surprise sms at midnight on payment transactions at this store and the available limit get decreases, when I contacted bank they have said that there are couple of other transactions recorded on card with this store, to clarify these all i have visited the store, explained these all, and they have responded in a way that with no minimum respect towards customer, and arguing with improper manner, even if I tried to show the transactions list they are not even care about it, after these all they have replied it's fault with card, dont have proper response on it and in return asking me to not swipe the card at store.even though I have raised complaint with bank csr, because of these all i had to block the card and keeping all my time daily on customer care support to follow up on issue. Finally it's a bad experience to me on these all.
