Barbeque Nation - Hyderabad - Alcazar Mall

Friends with barbeque ends up with lots of memories.
As a group of 8 friends we want their, it's really amazing experience.
This is my fourth visit to barbeque's.
Especially their starters, ice creams, sea food is excellent.
I tried chicken biryani, mutton biryani in other barbeque, but here it is really good.
You can also visit alcazar mall for your shopping.
If you want to try barbeque definitely you should eat more sea food, non-veg, starters.
Don't start with crispy corn, cheese aloo at first because it will fill up your stomach early.

Just Okay. Less spicy food. We went for dinner. At that time the biryani bowls are endedup. I think they have filled with afternoon remaining food.

The food and service was excellent, special mention to Kamal and abhineet who were really helpful and great at service!

Food was good but no proper air-conditioned.starting they treat you like a royal guest and by the middle They will not respond you properly.

No matter how many times we say that the food in this particular restaurant (Alcazar Mall) is bad. The manager compares that there is no issue with other customers. Why do you people have? Their service is awful as they take a lot of time in serving beverages and starters. It would be wise if the manager would show some courtesy to the customers. And also why is BBQ Nation even opting for an IPO? Pehle customers ko acha sa khaana khilao.

Only one improvement I would like to suggest team that be honest while giving an appointment/reservation

Lip-smacking food. Starters were really good, chicken and mutton curry was delicious with paratha. Live grill was good too with turkey and duck varieties. Biryani tasted well too. Dessert was heaven. Kulfis were highlight of the dessert with so many dressing options. Value for the money. Will go again for sure

Service quality, Taste and customer reception has increased a lot when compared to past. Ambience was good, felt AC could be better. Good place to consider, certainly preferable when in groups.

Just an average place with average food. The spread was limited and they had nothing new to offer. All the barbeque items tasted the same and did not have much to offer in variation. Tasted the Biriyani in the main course which did not live up to hyderabadi standards. The desert spread was also limited but not exciting. It was very clichéd. The best part was the staff who were very courteous and tried their best to provide us a great experience. Thanks to them that I can rate this a 3star experience.

Great Hospitality, Quality Food, Clean ambeince.aur kya chahiye. Best Place, love to keep going back.

Reduced two stars for the attitude of the manager who was reluctant to give us big table though it was available. He gave us 4 tables for 11 people tough there were longer tables that could seat all of us together. Later spoke to some other staff and got the arrangement done. Have never seen such kind of staff at Barbeque Nation.

Food as usual was good though service was slow.

Its was my first visit to barbeque nation and I had some amount of expectations but if I have to be frank I was disappointed I felt ABS is much better than the found taste here and the service is also very slow we have to wait for the food to arrive many times inbetween which is not excepted out of a restaurant if such reputation

Very Good ambience and Hospitality. Quality of all the items is simply superb. The most significant thing is, not accepting any tips by the Team. Really I Congratulate the Team and Management, which is Model to all. Keep it up.

Good Food, variety of options & very very good staff, crowed at weekends and a bit difficult to get reservations but worth visit

It's very good.you must visit it and the food is delicious. As per 23-05-2019 per person it costs rs875 including all tax.

We stuffed ourselves too much that we could barely move. Crispy corn, Cajun potato were our favorites. Panneer, pine apple, mushroom and corn were also good in grill section. Drinks and desserts were okayish. The non-vegetarians in our group also said that the food was awesome.
Ambiance is so so, nothing special.
Very polite and caring staff, who kept asking us to try more things.

This place is now average, was better before. They serve same barbeque, not much change in menu especially veg they have very less options

Had a great time today at barbecue nation in alcazar mall. Our family truly enjoyed the food, ambience and the hospitality. We enjoyed the live counters, chat items, kulfi, all starters very much. Desserts were plenty and was very filling. We had a sumptuous lunch on a relaxed sunday.

First of all people here are amazing they treat you well. Ordered a lobster from a-la-carte menu and it was nice not disappointed but it can be great, because we ate of lobster outside India. But BBQ Nation is always bang for the bug kinda restaurant. We love it

Loved the way they treated us. Management is doing a great job. Starters are amazing. May not like Biryani if you are a typical hyderabadi.

Foodie will definitely enjoy this place ambience is super and also the variety of food will tempt you to take the food more n more foodie cannot go out with not even a space in their stomach can take unlimited food.
But the disadvantage I observed is of you go @ closing time there would be delay in the servicing I waited for the food serving for almost 15mins.

And my suggestion to the BBQ nation is every branch is having same ambience if it can be different @ branches then there would be a small surprise to the customers

Absolutely upset and disappointed with the food we had. No much variety dishes. Just satisfied with the starters - chicken, prawns n fish. Not sure whether this effect is bcz of change of location or they maintain the same throughout. Comparatively with other Barbeques in city this stands far away out.

We have were 5 members visited this hotel.
1. Ambiance is good.
2. Service needs to be improved little bit - They always come and ask about that we need anything else, how is the food taste, how is the service, but if we ask anything then it will take around 15 minutes to come. The service must be improved little bit
3. Food taste is good.
4. The number of items should be improved, especially vegetarian.
5. They have live counters for vegetarian and non- vegetarian which are good. However it is good to place a menu on the table about the varieties they serve at live counter.

By comparing with AB's Barbeque it is poor. Less items are available. Some items are already grilled which took from the others. It is better u just shift ur thought to Absolute Barbeque. I promise u will definitely get good experience over there guys. Have a great day to all food lovers

For a meal at Barbeque nation, you should starve for a day to do justice to the spread that they put on your plate. The grilled items are enough to fill your tummy and they keep adding more to it. The appetiser is also there. Then comes the buffet! A huge spread again and so many desserts.

Very bad hygiene.food was uncovered and not at all qualitative. Very pathetic service.useless drinks
