Disclaimer: I am not a big fan of Buffet just for the reason that we waste too much of food. Other than that, BBN Forsum Mall, i went with a low expectation given my previous experience but they have exceeded mine on the wrong side. The soya chap and paneer were rubbery and so was kofta and the best part was when i asked for panipuri to be made a little more theeka, they had loaded it with green mirchi and brought it.never seen someone do that. And for the service was a little too obsequious trying to ask for my feedback while i was trying to finish the meal
Very noisy place. It is like some bus stand hotel. The person sitting infront of you cant hear what you are talking May be they are using some background music. Food taste is average.
Awesome experience with humble staff specially Mr. Suman he was taking care of each and every minute details of food which we required, Also the food quality was excellent. Definitely wil visit again.

Service was not good. Unlimited buffet with limited serving and taste. Some items are just bland in taste. Would have given a negative rating if it was possible. Avoid if possible
Pretty good service and experience, only issue was payment mode. Their QR code wasn't working properly and money got debited twice and took 4 days to get the refund.
Today visited BBQ Nation at Forum Mall on my special day, food is very yummy, my experience is very pleasant and staff are very friendly. I'll visit again for sure. Thank you BBQ NATION for wonderful hospitality today.
Food wise it is good for starters and desserts but not great with biryani or curries.they are just okay. I visited this place unplanned as I have been shopping in the forum mall. I was told that they donot give preference to customers who donot have appointment. This is something their policy is what the person recieving customers mentioned. Even though I came ahead of different customer, I was asked to wait till they are served. So I understood that I should not come to you directly.
Need to maintain staff. Even after booking the table before it is taking alot of time to get the table and food to be served. Table must be cleaned neat and have to sanitized. Food taste is good prawns are over cooked
Staff members are polite, though you make reservation as per your available time, you have to wait for min of 10 mins. Starters are good (w.r. T Veg) apart from that rest of the veg items are average in taste including rice items & butter naan. Veg biryani is ok but taste should be improved. Gulab jamun is pretty good & kulfi's are bit disappointing. Just a 1 time go place.
Not what it used to be. Went with high expectations after many years. The service was bad. The menu was limited. Even after reservation had to wait 1 hr. And was first come first serve basis.
Many of the non-veg items were too salty. They were serving without asking, even after saying NO they were serving with all the corn.
Overall was disappointed. Now Barbeque Nation is definitely not in my list of restaurants under consideration. AB's was a pleasant experience.
I given rating as 3 because here if you are not booked your table then you will get after every are done.behalf of that its very good place to enjoy food here main thing is about grill and you can have hold food for evwry single second because you will get grills to your table which having coal and all time buring in a medium sized iron box on that there are some grills with some meat, chicken to those and heating on the coals
Nice food and Great service.the below incident made our experiance bad - The day we went for Lunch, the Shawarma machine was not working. And we were not told about it earlier. Half way through our lunch, when we went to the live Shawarma counter and asked for it, the server told us they will get it from the kitchen. We were expecting Shawarma, and what we were given was chicken manchurian wrapped in Rumali roti/Tortilla

It's Was a Nice Service from Mr. Ashish. Ambience was awesome, Loved to visited again and again. We are the first Costumer who visited early. Started early finished lately.
It was great experience. Sanitization and cleanliness was top notch. Staff are well dressed as per covid guidelines and very persistent on to enhance your time at BBQ nation.
Whatt! You want us to time travel or what? I received booking Confirmation at 1.43 and you ask to us to report at 12.45 ️ Worst customer service. Will never visit BBQ Nation again and will recommend the same to my contacts.
This was one of the worst experiences. We ordered over Swiggy and the order delivery time was 1 hr. After one hour we followed up to find that the BBQ manager wasn't even caring to service the Swiggy partner who was waiting. They are least bothered and don't even respond properly Even when I explained that there are diabetics who are waiting for food they didn't care. Wasted our time as well as that of the Swiggy delivery person
Every thing is good except prawns and chicken biryani, prawns not peeled properly, local restaurant biryani is better than barbecue nation biryani, deserts are awesome, must try all non veg towa items.
I had one of the best experience here. The staff is friendly and they do some interesting activities to keep the customers entertaining. They have all types of cuisine from Indian to continental. Wonderful atmosphere and great ambiance and the food is really tasty and they will also help you celebrate your birthday, anniversary or some other event. Don't forget to taste the barbecues and desserts
