Mainly I need to mention about a particular trainer his name is SRINATH he is the best trainer you can find there. He is very friendly inspiring encouraging enthusiastic energetic and a gem of a person. I personally recommend everyone to join this gym if you want to see a change in your lifestyle

The ambience itself makes you feel that you entered to an area filled with strong energy. Equipment for both cardio and strength building are available. Trainers are very kind and punctual. One thing you should keep in mind before you entering into this area is, being ready to sweat and don't forget diet is more important. I actually left this area long ago, but still take diet advice to keep myself fit. Extra sessions of 5k run will be conducted in weekends to get relaxed with equipment. Biggest asset of this gym is Trainers. They regularly change the types of workouts, so that we don't feel bored. I lost 6.5 kgs in 2 months. Thank you 'Be Strong'.
