Very bad experience. Consultation fee is 1200 but he did not spare even 2 mins. Very much disappointed. I guess if you go with all medical reports he doesn't like. We should give him scope for prescribing more test to get.

Dr Sudhir Kumar is indeed the best neurologist. I had a great experience with him, and I am very much satisfied with his consultation. I had booked an online consultation with him through Apollo 247 app for my father who recently had a brain seizure. He is very professional, very punctual and I must say a very technologically sound doctor. He was right on time at the time of appointment, and he was not in a hurry and gave me sufficient time to discuss the problem with him and he clarified all my doubts. I had pinged him 4-5 times after the main consultation for follow up queries, and he was very humble and he responded to all my queries very politely. He went out of the way to help me get a second opinion of the MRI report by showing the MRI images to his wife who is a good radiologist as the original radiologist (Dr Shalini Suri, Dehradun) who had done my fathers' MRI, had got me very much scared by telling me that my father has tumor but she didn't mention it at all in the report.

I wish all the doctors in India were true professionals like Dr Sudhir who have empathy for patients. The previous neurologist to which we were consulting (Dr Krishan Avtar, Dehradun) was unprofessional to the core. He used to unnecessarily make patients wait for 3-4 hours in the clinic and used to treat the patients as illiterates by not discussing the problem with them. He used to just prescribe medicines and kick the patients out of the cabin in 2 minutes without answering any of the questions related to the disease and medication. I am much more relieved and satisfied after switching consultation with Dr Sudhir.

My visit to seek his professional opinion regarding my cousin's treatment was an extremely disappointing experience. It became evident that he harbored significant unconscious biases, as he promptly dismissed any possibility of offering guidance without a physical examination. Without affording me even a moment to describe the situation or the specific advice I was seeking, he displayed a surprising level of impatience.

I remain bewildered by his demeanor during our interaction. He barely allowed me to express my concerns in no more than five sentences before abruptly terminating our consultation and refunding the fees. Regrettably, I didn't have the opportunity to explain that my cousin is physically incapable of making a journey spanning 2000 kilometers to meet him in person, as she cannot walk.

This encounter left me deeply dissatisfied with his approach to patient care and his inability to consider the unique circumstances of each case.

This Dr. Sudhir kumar is very rude recently my mom went to this Dr for brain headache and after the check-up he just suggested some medicine and when my mom ask questions about her headache Dr sudhir kumar did not say anything he just suggest some medicine and told that you don't have to come this hospital one's again just eat those medicines. This kind of behaviour from this Dr is not acceptable at all after checking online my mom get to know that this Dr sudhir kumar is the best Dr for brain treatment and after going there in-person to see the Dr he is not the same the way how other people give him good review.

Dr Sudhir is a senior and highly qualified Neurologist. He understands our symptoms well and prescribes accurate and limited medicines. Avoids unnecessary diagnosis. I always had a great experience in consulting him via Apollo 24x7.

I would really suggest you NOT visit this doctor. For a neck sprain (cervical dystonia symptom) suggested us test worth 25k and then didnt even cure 1%. The symptoms stays the same and the patient has not received any relief. He recommended us to another doctor and he too charged uus ₹30k for some injection but no relief. I hardly doubt if he should be a doctor of choice if cannot be honest to his patients. He would smile all through the conversation and make you like he is the best but face is they are there just to make money irrespective of if the patient is cured or not. He is very knowledgeable doctor, very good in solving complicated neurological cases, to the point, does not write unnecessary investigations or medicines, quick and accurate in diagnosing the disease and very good in counselling the patients. He can speak Hindi, English, Bangla, Telugu and Tamil fluently. He is one of the BEST neurologists in India and highly recommended for neurological problems.

Gives very high dose of medicine which leads to serious other problems, I personally faced 1 month respiratory problem bcoz of his high dose medication. This doctor is not at all recommended, he plays with life.

Doctor not ready to listen completely, and not respecting patient's view, he didn't even do basic checkups, directly writing for MRI.and no professionalism, while attending the patient, receiving personal call and talking 6-8 min.what they think about patient, a third grade people anyhow they can wait, they are doing business. I don't recommend this doctor. If he can't do basic checkup directly writing MRI, then same job can be done by MBBS fresher doctor. What is the use of his experience. Just giving some vedios IN YouTube will not become famous need to learn how to treat patient who came with lot of expectations.

I am resident of mehdipatnam, Hyderabad. My mother has undergone decompressive craniotomy (right side) in the month of march. Her complaints were severe head ache, numbness in her left side of the body. As it was an emergency case the present surgeon suggested for a surgery due to multiple clots in the brain.

I visited Dr. Sudhir Kumar twice with back pain. In my first visit, I thought he was good but in 2nd visit, I got to know his other side. In the first visit, he asked me to do an MRI and gave private diagnostic's details. In 2nd visit, I thought he will see the result and explain the issue properly. He did not explain the issue and recommended some pain killers. I am having all those medicines along with the recommended exercises. Till today, my pain is severe and I am thinking to see another Dr. He is not worthy of seeing.

My self Razzak Ali Khan took treatment 1month back for sever headache when I was on medicines no headache and wen am done with course again started thinking weather i shud meet u again or try some other doctor because I dont want to come again and again for revisit bcoz am a busy person. I visited him for epilepsy of my wife, but the same levera medicine is suggested. And every time you end up paying consultation of 1000rs with same medicine and few stories. If you go under table rs 500 else 900rs pay at Apollo reception. If repeat the same medicine is the answer for every visit then patient wont feel consultation re-visit fee worth paying. We travelled 40km again for this 2nd visit. The Levetiracetam drug is well known drug for epilepsy, why we arrived at his doors is expecting something beyond. A nearby physician has suggested the same medicine earlier with a mere 300rs consultation fee. Easy to review someone's work but my personal experience is disappointing. Never recommend the doctor for epilepsy.

This dr. Is a very pathetic dr, fully money minded, took 1000 rs for consultation n advised for lumber puncture of which reports were supposed to be given after 10 days n he told us giving his mail I'd to mail the reports n he will prescribe the medicine if required, but after I mail the reports to him asking suggestions for medicine he replied me in mail to consult on line for which he took rs. 1300 for prescribing the name of medicine, the cost of medicine was approximately 1 lakh 10 thousands per month I requested him to give the alternative, n he told me that there is no alternative, n nt also other medicine for ths treatment, n if u want the treatment will hv to take the same medicine only, for saying this he again took 1300 online consultation fees.

But when i came to NIMHANS Bangalore they after diagnosing suggested us that for Multiple sclerosis there r medicines available starting from rs. 2000 per month, thanks to them for which I got affordable treatment or else he would hv killed me.
