Best Western Ashoka

Hotel exterior and interior was really good. Also the location serves as a central point for the visitors to cover all the sightseeing places. Buffet breakfast was good with many vegetarian options too. Reception Manager Ajith was approachable and understanding.
Only flip side is water gets clogged in the restroom and closet which should be improved.

It will give you a vibe of living in your own house with the sprinkle of luxury. All the staffs are well mannered and you can actually see they love their job. This will be my destination next time

Centrally located on Lakadikapool metro station. Rooms are big, breakfast is ok. You can reach airport in 40 minutes.

I loved this hotel very much. All the staff are friendly and the service is great. They always ask: Is everything okay? Are you comfortable? Everything was clean and great. It was a great stay. I will come back again

I left the hotel that I'd booked and changed to the Best Western Ashoka. The difference was immense. The room was clean, modern and comfortable, the service was excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Also, it's located right next to the Metro station. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hyderabad.

Good hotel with almost all the facilities. Good receiving at the reception for the guests. The assistance was good but there was delay in services like when you ask for something over the call. Excellent food. Food was very Delicious. Neat and clean bathrooms and water doesn't comes smoothly from shower head. Soap, moisturizer, shampoo, body wash, shower cap are provided. Kettle with coffee sachets, milk powder sachets, green tea is provided. Spacious rooms. WiFi range is bit bad. The hotel is next to Lak-di-kapul metro station. You have ATMs near by. Bar is also available next to the hotel.

Good rooms, Very central location, will be hell if you are sensitive to noice, loud sound of TV from adjacent room and roadside noise 24 hours, beware

This Hotel is a 3-Star hotel which looks better than that. It has a attached restaurant and a good balcony too. A good place for someone to stay for a day or night. The ambience and the service is cool.

Verymuch disappointed during the whole stay in this hotel. I would like to share my experience with this hotel.
"I had booked the room to stay for 2nights for 3adults and 2children. I made a phone call in advance to the hotel staff that i will be having a Early Check-in and requested to arrange even for extra cost. Staff agreed.
Later when i arrived the hotel at 05: 30hrs along with 2children and elder parent they asked me to move out until check-in time 11: 00hrs saying that there is no rooms vacant. I had to forced to roam on the adjacent streets along with family and children to find a room till checkin time", later at 11: 00hrs after number of phone calls and long awaiting a suit room was allotted for me with a bed which can accommodate 2adults.other adult and children are forced to sleep on floor.

I made number of calls to the housekeeping department to provide atleast an additional blanket. After4 call and the day passed they provided me an additional light blanket which can not be used at all.

Geographically, located at a well connected place. Metro station is just beside it. Ambience is not great but good. The conference Hall is of medium size (around 150 people). Washroom condition & maintenance is good.

The location of the hotel is very good.tourist places is easily accessible and also metro is right beside the hotel. The food is very good and the hotel staff is quick and courteous. The reception staff needs to be more active and quick. The breakfast menu is quiet variant and delicious. Overall happy and satisfied.

Best Western Ashoka is centrally located, close to hitech city, airport all site seeings. Rooms are good, clean and staff are very cooperative. Hotel plus point is food. Breakfast spread was excellent and tasty.food ordered in room was excellent.specially non veg items.we tried there buffy, but still needs an improvement.but overall i would rate this hotel 9 points out of 10

A very good hotel for a stay at the so-called heart of the city. Lakdikapul area where you can board the buses and make a halt here as well. You got make booking in advance most of time. They provide good service and not to forget good complimentary breakfast
