Worst experience. Never seen staff like this.
There is no oxygen facility for patients.
Staff were very irresponsible.
Don't visit this diagnostic centre.

Please don't recommend this to others.

Worst diagnostics center. No one cares, doctors recommend for commision and these people don't care about patients. No response and no accountability.

Blood sample was given 2: 45pm IST, as per their ETA the report is available by 6pm, called their support number around 6pm as per caller discussion it will take another 30min.called around 6: 50pm the
called asked to hold the call and after 2min updated the lab people are not responding and asked to call after 5min.called after 10minmuntiple times but didn't lift my call.worst customer service

I am visit yesterday bhadra diagnostics at night 11.30pm.from my friend ct scan purpose.bhadra technician come to that time.tha technician dealing very well to patient.and totaly emargency purpose is verry weel diagnostics

Don't come and waste your money, it's waste of time, they won't give reports ontime.

Today I visited Bhadra Diagnostics for my mom x ray for the both knee standing ap/lat.view. Technician Bhaskar was very good in caring & handling the patient very well. Totaly good maintenance of X-Ray department.

Worst diagnostics. We went for ECG and Ultrasound abdomen to the branch near Allwyn X roads. ECG showed abnormality and Ultrasound scan showed normal. But when situation became worse went to Sri Sri holistic hospital in Nizampet there ECG was normal but Ultrasound report showed Gal stones. Very unprofessional and they are playing with people life's.

While giving blood sample reports they have to take exact kids age but they are not using exact age.then how the reports will come by considering that age.one star also waste for this diagnostic centre

Radiology specialist is very good but front office staff worst. No car parking, I don't know why our government given permission for all these buildings without facilities.

I visited Bhadra diagnostic centre yesterday onwards for scan staff receiving was good fast reporting I strongly recommend to others for this diagnostic centre thank you

The reception team (KPHB Colony) is strongly insisting for phone number, this is straight violation of HIPPA standards. I can recognise the team. Unfortunately, the facility manager is also unaware of the rules and regulations.

Plse do exact Doppler scan for pargnent women's.it's really bad when I am taking the scan yesterday evng the liquor (ummu neru) they have give 7 to 8 but next day morning when I am checking in my regular hospital it is showing 10 to 11 so plse check properly before giving the report to patients.

I won't recommend this diagnostics for HSG Test.
They don't even have proper bedding arrangement for the test.
I asked a doubt and she replied very rudely.
Every women has to face many complications to become mother, please don't make it more complicated with this type of situations.
My sincere request to doctors, please treat patients with little patience.

Very worst experience, receptionist is very arrogant, they didnt collect samples for some tests, though took money for them, when i asked for ECG report they said they didnt do it very delay in giving reports, whenever we ask sit for 2 min will be the answer.
Need to improve a lot

This is very cheap Diagnostic center the receptionist very cheap third class receptionist is very rude behaviour with pregnancy patient I suggest don't come here waste diagnosis center.they treat patients like a animal and talk like animals.

Need improvement in maintaining hygiene in washroom.

Doctor is very good and having good patience.

Worst experience with bhadra diagnostics.coming for ultrasound and CT Scan test. To much waiting time and there is some irresponsible staff. After tests they will said 5 to 10 Mins for reports but it will take more than 4: 30 hours because they will give reports not serial number wise. I will be waited for reports without having food more than 4: 30 hours. They don't understand the patients situation and they don't have clarity about reports and everything.

I never choose again in my lifetime with bhadra diagnostics.

Went here for my baby growth scan in during pregnancy. It's really a worest experience I have ever faced. The doctor is doing his job with crying face and he not even taking any safety measurement for patients in this Covid situation exepesially. But he him self will take all precosions.
He is working here for money only without any responsibility.

Irresponsible very irresponsible don't come here lot of good diagnostics available in Hyderabad total staff and ct scan doctor all are very irresponsible they don't know anything simply taking bill on time first money remaining nothing
