This venture doesn’t even deserve for one star. Worst venture and worst management and staff. People who purchased villa way before 2019 still they didn’t handover to customers, please don’t buy any villas and don’t suffer.

Worst experience with Vijaya Lakshmi builder.she doesn't even respond to buyers.she is fraud.its almost 4 years bought villa but still pending.i suggest not to buy any villas in this site.

Site is under few allegations. Only LIC gives loans, no other bank gives loan.

Builder is not talking to the customers. Her staff are very arrogant and threaten to stop work if customer asks any questions. Makes false promises and there is no agreement between customer and the builder of amenities and villa, once purchased villa, you have to be on mercy of them. Customers are very frustrated there. Better to go with a good venture than this one. There is no place for amenities here as places that were shown as amenities are sold as villa plots. Be aware of this venture.

Booked on September 2021 and promised handover by March 2022. Building was ready by September 2021, so expected delivery as per the timeline. But now in June 2021 still not handed over. Registration done in January and EMI started in February

All are Fake reviews from the management themselves above mentioned they do not have NOC illegal constructions and selling the Villas.

It's a really great view. For those who want a peaceful place to live then this is the one.

Great location with beautiful scenic beauty surrounding it. The staff were helpful and courteous and provided us with seamless service. I would definitely love to come back here in the future.

Nice flats. The location is great with a lake beside. Great designs. The society is very good. Would love to visit again once the construction is completed.

I am planning to buy a Villa here and villas look good. I see there is Dr Reddy Laboratory very near by.will the ground water gets polluted due to Dr'Reddys laboratory and is it safe place for living?

The experience I had was pretty amazing; all thanks to the location and the ambience. It's peaceful and then having a lake view as soon as you wake up is always a plus. The amenities they are providing are really nice and high-end. Highly recommended to the individuals looking for something worthwhile for an amazing weekend getaway

Its a new society with extremely good infrastructure. Location is also prime with good amenities. A must visit for everyone. And also maintainace and hygiene also top class.

This is a must visit place in hyd. Very beautiful ambience. Staff's are all very well aware of their duties and responsibilities. Its a perfect place for rejuvenation and relaxation. Highly recommended.

A comfortable and gorgeously designed place in a beautiful location with great amenities. The view of the lake definitely proves to be the cherry on the cake. Even the staff were very helpful and took care of all our needs. I would definitely love to come back here again and recommend it to others as well.

Where to start? The place is gorgeous, beautifully designed and decorated. The pool is amazing at all hours of the day and night (excellent star gazing). The staff is wonderful! So kind, thoughtful and courteous. They are very helpful and lovely to be around, yet know how to blend into the background and still be there when you need them. The house manager is there to check in on what you might need and will take care of any arrangements you need for day trips, drivers, airport transportation and anything else you may need, from setting up sightseeing to ordering fresh food for lunch or dinner. It has got quite a lovely ambience and indeed a beautiful place to stay. ️️️️

Nice Project Price also equal to independent house. This project in Gated community. I am intrested in this project to buy villa.

Really construction was quality & they are using A grade materials, villa is in my budget compare to other projects I wanna buy.

Good venture I have never seen around center of Hyderabad villa In low price budget. I like this project.and given full explanation about project. Villa construction are so good. Villas price is equal to independent house.venture totally full gated community with all amenities I referred to my friends to buy villa in this venture.

Pleasant place with good ambience and view. A lake is there nearby. But Reddy labs which is beside of this place really worrying.

Most unethical builder.selling government land in disguise.check with the buyers in previous project. Bhavana's Sita rama homes in Bachupally.worst experience where the builder left the amenities uncompleted

Builder Vijay Lakshmi is big fraud and the comments who gave 5 are their supervisor who are working under builder as employees.so I would request not to trust this builder and I am sure there is no approvals for the GLC cribs.

Construction is good but the approach roads are under construction. Hopefully it will be completed by the end of 2020. Price is affordable for salaried.
