Very nice place to host local games. Better Maintainable though. But as it's private managed by bhel it's up to them.
There is a walking track of nearly one km around it and it's widely used by people from bhel township and surrounding places.

I spent most of the time in this stadium in my childhood and now I am 29years so I can say it is the place for all who wanted to be a sports pesons, achieve fitness goals
