The smart Bazaar is very smart with consisting of all kinds of mens, women's, kids dresses, electronics, Book, households, daily needs.
It is better to visit in offer day's

Nice ambience and comes to screens Sound system was good but chairs were not comfortable and faced issue with recliner for two times were damaged face

We can do entire shopping here
And you can find all the things
Shopping, grocery, kids, food court etc
But I am not satisfied with men's wear

Grocery, home kitchen and electronics have decent options, but furnishing and furniture don't have good options or pricing.

I had a very bad experience in the store goods are not kept in proper category wise I have faced a lot of problems in the store for overall it's ok and staff should learn how to help a customer and learn some manners.

Don't shop at online here.they are playing cheap business tricks towards customers.
No proper consumer support and response.
Waste of time and money.

There is no CRM at all from Big Bazaar.

I have purchases items from online, few items were not received, few items were cancelled by big bazar, no contact number for contact, dont buy anything from.big bazar app, its a cheating process

You cen get groceries below MRP like D-Mart and you will get vegetables as well at reasonable prices.

Nice place for buying all kinds of thing. But Only few brands are available. Staff's in every floor where so helpful. There is long queue for billing.

I think 2 months ago i visted this place, at the entry level security behaves very rude, while am exit the mall, at the time of entry i kept my luggage over there.and he doesn't allow me to exit in the same way.he doesn't explain anything.and he started arguing with me

This is a mall located in Punjagutta quite near to the Punjagutta Metro station. There is a theatre inside the mall famously known as Carnival Cinemas which has 4 screens. There are different sections for different items in the whole mall and are divided into clothing, food, travel, stationery and many more. The staff is polite and helpful to their customers. Fast billing. Good options for products. Is well equipped with lifts and escalators. Overall good experience.

Cinema screen was dull and parking place was not good and funny thing is lift buttons are also not working properly

As I went on 31st of July for promotion they are giving 4 250rs coupons for buying 10k profit club card and they said if you buy for 600 RS we will get discount of 250 flat then I went and selected item of RS. 799 and showed this coupon they are telling it is Invalid bcoz already it is offer you can't apply that coupon. Finally they are cheating us.without applying coupon what will be the benefit for daily customer.they are taking extra only.dont take 10k profit club card anyone please.
Need to raise a complaint

It's been 30 min since I came out of this big Bazaar and thought of writing this feedback. I went to utensils area where I wanted to buy dinner set, steel plates and hot pots. There was no one to assist with the questions/ clarification needed. I asked 2-3 workers there and they said staff has not come sir.they were not understanding Hindi and English. At billing department there were 15+ customers in a line and only one billing section was open. The lady at billing department was simply talking to other workers near by and making billing process very slow. After that I went to share my feedback to customer support team and the boy there was also not able to understand the meaning of utensil department. Meaning he was also not knowing English and hindi. I have been to 20+ states in India and have visited many big Bazar in Bangalore and Hyderabad but have not seen such kind of ignorance and pathetic support. Hope this review helps to the mnagiif they care about it.

It was quite good than other centers. It has it's own unique in collections and sufficient products with various companies

The place was okay but there was no air conditioning and yes it had many options for clothes and all but still it lacked air conditioning which is crucial in weather like summer in Hyderabad, 3 star
