The prices are very high, the final price, difficult for food

Pathetic service. They stand no where in comparison to corporate hospital standards. Staff has no idea about the ways of working. They charged me 2X of the proposed rate slab for the delivery. Way premium than Fernandez. With 1/10 of their service standards. Doctors are not available when in Emergency while delivery. It was pathetic experience for me. And I paid 2X of the Frenadez rate slab. I regret my choice. I would recommend no one there.

I tried to take appointment on 27.05.2022 for Dr Shyam diabetics, but when I called the reception, The response was very very disheartening and reception lady was very very rude because of which I dint want to visit the hospital. I have observed this attitude when I visited on 23.05.2023 with other attendants as well, Management please take care of front end staff, it's spoiling the hospital image

One of the worst hospital. Check your bills twice before paying. Nurses don't have experience. Don't handover medicines to nurses.

Due to illness, we have made our son joined in reputed Ankura Hospital. It’s been more than one week even though he didn’t recovered yet.
Being a famous children’s Hospital, the way of treatment to the kid is not at all good.
They couldn’t able to recognise the type of illness and doing the treatment.
Even they couldn’t able to put the IV (Canula) to his hand.
If it is like this, how can we trust and put our lives on them?
And the doctor and nurse behaviour (not talking about all all doctors) is also so rude, After we questioning all these!

Please do not take appointments. They will not serve as per appointments. We need to wait for hours and hours to meet doctor.

Worst experience with staff and receptionist, very negligent behaviour by the receptionist. Waited for 4 days to get scan done with prior appointment but ended up with negative behaviour by staff and doctors who don’t care patients waiting. Very worst branch compared to other Ankura Hospitals.

For those looking for vaccination here, DO NOT schedule your appointment as there is no stock available for the first dose. For those who need a second dose, please cross check with the hospital personally before heading there as they are under no capacity to answer phone calls at their help desk.

Worst ever experience in Ankura Kompally branch! This repeat of 3 times in a row…. Always it take about 4 to 5 hours for any kind of scans. For blood tests and other tests staff is not enough respective to patients coming in.
Doctors in hospital don’t know patient appointments which shows hospital staff is bad at communicating internally.

Patients who will have more time and patience can go this hospital else please ignore and go to any adequate hospitals near by…

Have been consulting with Dr. Vijay Shekhar since childhood. I have always had an excellent experience. He is always accessible and gives time and attention, making sure all my queries are answered. His diagnosis is very good. Kids come with problems and go out smiling under his care. He is the best in his job. I am thankful we still have such wonderful doctors. No doubt, the hospital is very neat and staff/nurses are very polite and friendly. I highly recommend Ankura hospital to everyone.

Doctors are good but billing team is very worst. There were lot of mistakes in final bill, discharge summary and new born screening also. Not a quality persons sitting at billing and reports. I asked for explanation on my reports but noone contacted me yet.

My baby was delivered here.all the staff take good care of her. She is born healthy n her Dr. Dr sharath take good care of her. Thanks to each n every one for taking care of her.

Delivery charges very expensive in this hospital, one day lift not working, one day tv not working, next day Greecer not working, I don’t know Which bases they r collecting high amount, comparing to other hospitals ankura taking extra amount, And other hospitals taking half amount comparing to ankura estimation, persnolly not recommended to poor and middle class families!

Worst Hospital and worst staff, they took the money immediately but won't even take vitals for emergency for hours together! Don't waste your time going for this Hospital, better to go for any local hospital than this one.
Doesn't matter how many branches you have, when you don't do any service properly. Just donated 500 for not checking vitals and for no consultation, hope you build another hospital and doom in the debts.

Commercial hospital. Always they will think to charge more in all possible ways. I will not pref this hospital for mid class families.

Hospital staff and nurse/sisters were not trained well.they don't know medicine dosage, for baby weighing machine they used garbage cover.facilities/services need to improve for pediatrician treatment.not meet requirements for baby treatment.

Dr. Vijay is one of the best pediac I've ever came across. Surprised to see few negative reviews but its been an year since am visiting the hospital and found staffs and reception been kind to us and the DR, the way he handles the kids its fab.

Few years back this was good but now it's pathetic. This hospital is only good if you can wait for doctor and reports for hours. You will hear only one word "5 minutes" when you will ask for reports or when the doctor will visit? There is severe coordination and communication problems within management like reception-lab-nurses and employees. No one has the importance of time.

Very pathetic service and rude staff.no staff is ready to take responsibility. Me and my father waited on their for 4 hrs and returned home without consulting the doc. Every 45 minutes when we ask them about our turn, the reception and nurse extend the time by 45 minutes. We reached hospital by 7: 00 PM and returned back from their at 11: 00 PM, without consulting the doc.there is a limit for how much time someone can wait. Very bad experience

We got appointment for covid vaccination on 29.4.21 3pm to 6pm. But when we reached there, They were saying we don't have vaccine. They were giving vaccine to other persons without registration. And doing black business and not giving to registered persons. I request to government to stop giving vaccine to these pvt people who don't follow the rules for vaccination

One of the worst hospital in Kompally, do not visit again. I took appointment for covid vaccine through Co-win but when visited during slot timings they says no medicine is available.
I request govt to action against these hospitals.
Worst experience ever.

I recently had visited this hospital for general consultation which was good. Dr. Phani is the regular doctor that I go to for consultations and he is good undoubtedly.

My concern is about the labs. They charged extra from me for the tests. It's been 36 hrs and I have yet not received my reports. The lab technician doesn't even bother to update me on the status by when the reports would be ready. He himself is not aware and giving excuses that his system is not working.

How can a hospital or a lab run if their machines are not working? This is ridiculous!

Recommended hospital for kids, very good doctors and staff. Dr Vijay Sekhar sir patiently explained the issue and answered all our queries. The entire staff are very courteous.

I was shocked going to Bloom Hospitals Kompally. The front office collected Rs 550 as consulting fee for Dr Shyam Sunder Raju. Refused to accept card or UPI. Demanded cash and refused to issue a receipt. The receptionist was extremely rude, primarily because I requested a receipt. Bloom appears to be running a black market operation and illegally stashing cash.

No receipt was offered to me. They proposed to write the amount on the consultation sheet, which I find inappropriate for a legitimate business.

The reception also advised me to return on Monday to receive a manual receipt as the apparent excuse was they ran out of a bill book! I find this spurious at one level and inconvenient for the customer on the other hand. Would you accept payment two days later? Why should I be inconvenienced as a customer? I pay, it is the hospital's duty to issue an authentic receipt!

It is not acceptable to me that neither a receipt is offered nor payment accepted by card or UPI. I find the demand for cash inappropriate.

I wish to reiterate that the behaviour and approach of the people in your reception was rude and dismissive.

I find the entire experience very disappointing as well as opaque financially and irresponsible to the customer.

The service provided by the doctor and nurses are very good manner, the gynaecologist Doctor Saritha Jaiswal provided very good service when my family member has urgent situation, she was handled the situation very good manner. The staff nurses also good behaviour interns of service.

We stay near Kompally and the only worry for us was healthcare. No proper set-up we had nearby.
But when we been to Blooms that worry is no more. Excellent doctors they have.
Recently my mother had back spine problem for which we had treatment with Dr Jaya Krishna Singh Orthopedic Surgeon we are so happy now with his patience and treatment. And for my Baby from day 1 we go to only Blooms for Dr Vijay shekar and team. They are well trained and very apt in treatment. You can blindly choose blooms as choice.

Bloom hospital is very Good hospital meeting mother and child requirements. When I came to Hyderabad for settle in job, my son got fever and came to bloom hospital by searching near by good hospital in web. Bloom is very good hospital with care. My wife delivered baby and Dr. Sarita Madam and co.taken care of my wife during pregnancy and Dr. Abhishek is taken care of my Baby. I thankful to both of them. Especially congratulate to Mr. Murthy in finance section during my wife and baby discharge bill summary preparation. He is very talented and friendly and moved bill very fast without waiting by taken care of my inputs. No wait at his desk. Thank you to entire bloom Hospital Nursing system which they served at all moments with lot of care. Finally Hatsoff to Janapareddy Gaaru and co. They established the hospital with good aim.keep it up.

Completely MONEY oriented hospital. Also, CHRISTIANITY promoting staff. The nurses play CHRISTIAN songs in the patient's room while she is having labor pains though they know that the patient is a Hindu and was playing hindu songs. The worst I've seen. I'll admit that the cleanliness is maintained but that doesn't make it a good hospital. They'll charge double the values of what they show for delivery.
