Best equipments (new), good sound and good ambience.

Gym owner is rude, I told him that we are 3 members so can you give some discount on monthly membership then he told he needs only members who can pay 3 months fees at a time. He is not interested in monthly payments.

Trainers body is not good and they wear jackets to cover their body. When they cannot build their own physique how can they changes clients physique.

Gym will be complete with equipment and trainers.i went 2 days and I came to conclusion that trainers doesn't know which exercise can be done by which person. Irrespective of our capabilities they are asking us to do same exercises whether you are a new person or an expert.

I just came to gym for 2 days and trainer irrespective of my strength he is asking me to do exercise which others are doing

High quality of equipments, gym trainers are very professional and friendly.very clean and sanitized every hr.

Gym trainers doesn't know which workout has to be done by whom. I think they just see workout in youtube and tell to their clients. They don't know which workouts females should do.

I have been doing workout for the past 10 years never experienced such gym.
First thing is gym floor is uneven so equipment will be unstable to perform.
Cable crossover is not properly installed so single person cannot use it.
Ceiling lights makes gym temperature too high and management does switch on Ac's.
Within 30 minutes we will sweat in such a way that we want to quit our workout.
Trainers will not even ask us if we need any help as they also doesn't know much how to handle different clients.

Well equipped with great maintenance and staff.

This is my favorite one and I go there about 4 times a week. I love how they treat the people who come into their gym. Great people who share info gratis, help learn about muscle applications, very clean and machines that are kept in working condition. The price of the membership is unbeatable comparing to others nearby my home. They have great employees helping out the gym members any way they can and they have trainers. They also have a lot and the biggest selection of workout equipment and are always putting in new equipment. Everything about the gym is awesome and it meets my expectations.

I'm so grateful to have found this truly fantastic fitness facility! Since beginning, I've felt so welcomed by all the instructors who provide a positive and supportive environment to help you reach your goals. This team is genuinely invested in my success and I enjoy the sessions. It's a judgment free zone that any woman can come into and feel supported. They offer modifications for all the exercises, so all fitness levels can join and there is never any pressure to over exert yourself or do an exercise your body is not ready for. I would recommend them to any women looking for a female friendly gym!

High quality and branded Equipments in good condition. People are very nice to one another like in friendly community. Trainer's helped me to achieve my goals so far and I love our sessions. Well equipped Gym with professional trainers. Yeah they do offer customized diet plans and exercise programs. Have been taking sessions with personal trainer for a while. Should say worth the money and efforts you put in
