I can't thank Suman enough for the 4 long hours he spent on my hair to get the look I wanted. Had a haircut and Balayage. He went above and beyond to match the color I was expecting without bleaching my hair. He is the real deal and knows what he is doing, very happy with how my hair turned out.
I had gotten my haircut done a few days ago and i cn totally say tht my hair is completely ruined. They r cut in such a weird formation, it is so short frm the middle and long frm the back, it looks out of place and i cant set my hair open coz it makes my face look so small and hair comes out all fluffy. I am totally disappointed with the service. I shall rather prefer a local salon than spending my hard earned money here and ruin my entire look. They set your hair in such a manner while blow drying tht you don't get to know any defects with the cut right away. I wouldn't have given even one star had i been given the option. Above all the behaviour of the receptionist was also rude, she acted as if they have done some obligation on me by cutting my hair.

Had a wonderful experience at Bounce Salon, Banjara Hills. All thanks to Mr Aslam. Had visited Bounce for the Global Hair Colour. Mr Aslam guided us through the various options extremely well. The entire experience and outcome was beyond expectations! Mr Aslam was extremely patient throughout the process. Hats off to that!
The staff in the salon is also extremely friendly. Special mention to the importance given to sanitation taken in the salon. Every equipment and the seats were sanitised really well.

Christina did a great job at my manicure, pedicure and facial. Her advice customized to my skin specification was very helpful. She was also extremely sweet and professional. Vicky coloured and styled my friend's hair and she has never been happier with her hair colour. He gave good, honest advice and is amazing at his job! I took a shampoo, haircut and blow dry at Bounce, Banjara Hills. Shanti was an excellent stylist. She was very perceptive of the brief I had in mind and made suggestions along the way to suit my face structure and hair type. I would definitely recommend Shanti.

Lovely haircut by Lakshman. He analyzed my face shape, thickness of hair, and suggested a hair style that gave a good definition to my hair and made it look bouncy. One of the best haircuts I've ever had.
A clean and well maintained place, got my haircut and global haircolor done here. To be frank I was looking for a Balayage hair color menu, they weren’t well versed with it, so I went ahead with global hair coloring (also my hair was recently colored and I dint want to bleach). Suman (the stylist) did an amazing job by giving a perfect cut which suited my face (my hair is messy so trust me its tough to get the cut right for me) and did the coloring well. Wish they had more exposure with balayage as well. Will certainly go back.
This is an amazing place very professional workers and it’s a very sanitary place I went here to get my hair smoothened and it was so much better that last I went for the QOD hair treatment it was done by senior stylist Lakshman he was very good and professional and my hair so so amazing nowhere

SUMAN - The best hairdresser in Town. Getting a haircut is a tedious task, specially if you have curly hair. This guy (Suman) kept his calm and understood what I was looking for and delivered a masterpiece lol. Very patient, professional and one of ze best hairdresser.
I was one of those hundreds who got a haircut done at home during the pandemic. Which looked great during the first one month and only after that I realised the importance of a professional hairdresser.
I failed to find even a single salon in my area that followed Covid protocols.
Through instagram, I came across Bounce salon and when I visited their website, they assured me of the safety measures and I booked an appointment (That's a must). Their senior stylist, Laxman did a great job! He brought my hair back to life. Thank you Laxman! I got the best service with top notch safety measures from the Bounce, Banjara Hills.

This is the third time I have visited Bounce in Banjara Hills. My first experience was with Bharat who coloured my hair. He knows his job well and does it in an efficient manner. I was happy with my experience. The second time I went there was for a quick redo of hair colour after about 6 months. The stylist appointed to me was Laxman. He took 30min to just discuss the colour requirements and yet after that, it was a very mediocre effort. He talks in a way that makes the customer presume he knows it all and he talks a lot too. It was my first experience with him and I was not too happy with my service but let it go. Last week I needed a haircut so I went to Bounce again. Unfortunately, I couldn’t remember Bharat’s name for a request and since he was anyway busy at the time that I needed an appointment, I was allotted Laxman again. I went ahead with the appointment hoping he cuts hair better than the hair colouring he does. I asked him for a graduated Bob with shorter length at the back and longer front section. He started telling me that since I have a broad structure and have a bigger face, I should not have a short length, but he’ll give me shorter length at the back. All through I kept emphasising the graduated bob and even showed him a picture. He kept laughing and saying he’ll do it better etc.but ultimately took one hour to just give me a TRIM! When I pointed it out to him, he said He just did an initial cut now, he’ll now dry it and then do the final adjustments. I had specifically told him in the beginning that I wanted a graduated bob with layers at the back to add volume to my crown. He not only didn’t achieve that, but he kept drying my hair in a way that it looked flatter than before. I have gotten innumerable haircuts in my life and knew definitely that he was not trained enough. When I told him to please quickly wind up, he for some reason took offence and called Bharat to do the blow dry for me. And even then, he didn’t move away and kept pretending to check out the hair and all and kept touching my hair simply as if to show that he has done a good job. I find that Laxman likes to show that he knows more than he does. I would visit the salon again but don’t want to take his services.
Being my first time visit to Bounce Salon and Spa at Banjara Hills, I was really apprehensive because of the pandemic situation but I really needed to visit a salon and went ahead with them. And to my surprise, they were just so professional with a personal touch. I really liked the way they took care of my requirements and provided their services by taking all the necessary precautions during this pandemic times.
I took beauty and haircut services from them. My beauty services were provided by Ms. Catherine and Salon services by Mr. Suman. I was really happy and satisfied by their work. Both of them gave their best to make me feel comfortable and understand the whole process and helped me choose the correct services. Great job guys. Keep up the work. I really look forward to avail Ms. Catherine and Mr. Suman services during my future visits to Bounce.

I have been to bounce for couple of times now, and Mr. Suman is always my go to person when it comes to haircut. I had a extreme makeover from very long hair to long bob, and I trusted him. He has a very good knowledge of what he does and gives a clear cut picture on how its going to look in the final output. He paitently explains about the hair type, texture, level, whether that particular hair cut suits or not. He is the best! And I love my hair now.
This is my first visit to Bounce at Banjara Hills and certainly not the last. I was taken care of by one Mr. Suman who was quite helpful and guided me on what haircut suits my face better. I was ecstatic by the results! Will come back for sure.
