Brand factory brand is taken over by Reliance and they renamed and renowned brand to Fashion Factory. I request the management to update necessary information to avoid customer confusion. Rating 3 Star because this store is running short of staff.

Not recommended. Actually, same clothes of Brand Factory, just replaced with the name as Fashion Factory. Cloth quality is not good at all also range is also less.

Sales boys & girls don't have patience. We can't find our required sizes in selected apparels

Exchange coupon codes are available but in Exchange only 2 brand's are available for kids that are useless I lost many coupons and sales person don't know. Anything about coupons and brand's which are eligible to buy very sad and bad

All are busy in stalking not in selling and I have 1000 rupees coupan now they are saying two offers can't be combined.

It's a huge store and spread across three floors. Merchandise is good but the trial rooms are bad. During non peak hours only one of two trial rooms are opened and the staff/security manning the trial rooms have no understanding. After spending an hour to pick when finally went for trial room, they did not open one and the ones open did not let me in as they said mechandise was a different section. Ended up wasting a good 2 hours doing nothing. I drove to another mall close by and bought what i needed

It's a famous materials sales industry just like big malls. Contains vast variety of materials. From child to old age for men & women wears.

It has many options but confusing. Rarely damaged, so need to check before we purchase just so that we don't waste time with returns.

But the quality is not so good and the maitainance is not good.
But the only thing people accept because brand factory attracts with good offers for customers.

Year ending sale running. So much of old stock which that old stock was tagged with high rates and kept with 50%flat discount.

People who love brands can visit it but those who want descent clothes at low prices for them a bit disappointment

The new Brand Factory at Kothapet sucks. The service is pathetic. Staff is rude and it stinks. The baggage counter is horrible. And what is 30% of 800 plus 5% GST? It should be not more than 600 and they charged me 660 which is ridiculous.

Shop is shifting to different place, currently having very less brands, please don't prefer to visit now. Or better to visit new location

I am a loyal customer to brand factory for about 5years now but today I am really disappointed. Exchange of old clothes with new with an offer is really fooling the customers. They are trying to sell all the roadside products with tag on it. I think this would be my last visit to brand factory.

Brand factory always has offers.yesterday it was flat 50 off.and on shipping of over 4000 (4000 after the 50percent off) u get a 20 percent extra! The shop is moving to a different location! Look out for more offers on the opening day!

Worst brand factory.moreover they are shifting the store from this location to 1km towards kothapet. I guess the new store will be good morning one.

I was one of the many people who wanted this store to get shifted to some better place. I always see the same old stock everytime I visit this store. Nagole store is far better than this. If at all there's any offer running, this place gets easily crowded. I don't understand how can you accommodate just 3 billing counters and make people wait longer than the time it took them for shopping.

But the cash counter is small there workers is slow working. Improve the cash counter more

Best place for cloth shopping. Here you will get every brand's fashion clothes, shoes and everything with 20-70% off on branded fashion. Lots of variety. Problem here is they don't have the variety in size of clothes. I have choosen my favorite but didn't get size in that. But overall that is good.

I've visited other branches of Brand Factory before but this one's the WORST/CHAOTIC.
The products are not properly organized and the salespeople have NO good knowledge about the products. I've reported the problem at the feedback section but NO proper action was taken. It always took me more than 2 hours to buy a single item. Customers have to search for the products all by themselves. If I had to describe it in a single sentence I would say, " It's a huge mess with a bunch of dumb employees. "

1.best to go at only festival time mainly (dussera diwali etc)
2.prices are mostly higher and several brands available here.
3.final price will also little bit higher even they give doscounted price at festive proces will be average due to coupons and discounts.
4.management are worst and need to improve.even they dont know about the offers they keep.they have no knowledge.

Place is good but not great collections and clothes are not organized. Nightmare to choose the one you like

It's worst experience by billing staff. Out of five billing counters they closed three at 7: 30pm and there is so much busy and billing staff not responding. It is in kothapet (prajay princeton) Hyderabad.

Provides great offers during festival season, lot of midrange brands, reasonable prices when you visit the store in offers time. Nice atmosphere even parking area is also good.

We can select the best suited costumes out of a wide range of brands within our budget, when we spend some time here.
