The ambience and atmosphere is nice but the cost is too much than expected and also few of the stock may be old.

Worst maintenance. Quality of the products are not upto the mark. And the staff didn't organise the clothes according to sizes, we have to check each and every piece to check the sizes. Can't give 0 rating that's why I'm giving 1 rating.

The worst staff and the worst way to treat customers. I would slap the guy who recruitment the branch manager.

No news stock available here, all the unsold brands will be sold here with not proper maintainance, all the cloths are keptylike dump we need pull each and every cloth for selection

Good Customer service provided, I had a concern with the billing and I have approached the desk for the same. This issue has been settled with a prompt response and had taken necessary action on a quick note.

Many number of brands for dresses, sometimes offers also good. Billing counter is bad, too much slow.
Parking fee is Rs. 10 for two wheelers.

Edit after 1 year. Very much delay in billing counter, poor management.

We spend lots of time in dress selection and after that we need to face the fact that we need to wait billing counter.

This is a okay place shopping place for clothes. The cost is low and there are many brands. The location of this store might not be a great plus for Brand Factory unlike the location of other stores.

Sudhakar cashier, is very obedient and so helpful with his friendly nature. His job and and service is really an fragrance of customer support. Appreciate his service.

Very bad maintenance at cash counters, they aren't enough cash counters for the people, waiting is getting too much, approx. 1 hr

I guess due to the sale the staff seemed either missing or tired. Don't blame the staff but the very climate

Perfect bargain place for best brands in the world. All the year 365 days offers. Best buy clothes for all types of occasion.

Good for budget shoppers. To much of line at billing there are two billing corners with multiple billing desk, but at one corner no staff will be available for billing. Few trail rooms.

Very spacious. Wide collection of different brands. Most of the times, we will get merchandise on sale. Since this store is having all brands, the focus cannot cover all items within the same brand. No idea if these merchandise is slow moving or non-moving ones or seconds or old stock. But prices are within reasonable budget.

Most of the brands are available but don't go for shopping on weekends, because u have to stand in queue for hours to checkout.

The mall has huge varieties of clothing with multiple brands. The winter collection was good, though only few brands were there.

It's my favourite store for last four years. It has all the major brands and the unique lies in offers. Offers apply to all sections not limited them to particular stock.
You have to be more patient during big sales. Worth visiting.

Brand factory is one of the good place to buy clothes of multiple brands. In order to find yourself with nice collections I suggest you to visit any of the brand factory stores on Friday or early Saturday. This will at least give you the proper collection of your choice. One more thing, collection also depends on the location of the store. So choose yourself the store, time n location.

This is well known shop in this area get all things about this maintenance is also very good you can get different types of products
Coupons and discounts are fake you get same price online with any discount we need I did get any wallet balance, if you want spend coupon you need to buy above 1500 for each coupons waste of time waste of money

Usually the offer runs through out the year, but when they issues some cash back offer and passes at that time the store is full of outdated stock

We can buy dresses half off the price comparing to the actual showroom price (at the time of discounts)

Good collection of clothes, need to be careful while choosing for any minor defects, need more trial rooms and payment processing is slow.
